إِشَعْيَاءَ 25

١ 1 يَارَبُّ، أَنْتَ إِلَهِي أُعَظِّمُكَ. أَحْمَدُ ٱسْمَكَ لِأَنَّكَ صَنَعْتَ عَجَبًا. مَقَاصِدُكَ مُنْذُ ٱلْقَدِيمِ أَمَانَةٌ وَصِدْقٌ.

O Yahweh [are] God my you I will exalt you I will give thanks to name your for you have done wonder[s] plans from distant [time] faithfulness faithfulness.

٢ 2 لِأَنَّكَ جَعَلْتَ مَدِينَةً رُجْمَةً. قَرْيَةً حَصِينَةً رَدْمًا. قَصْرَ أَعَاجِمَ أَنْ لَا تَكُونَ مَدِينَةً. لَا يُبْنَى إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ.

For you have made from a city into heap a town fortified into a ruin a fortress of strangers from a city for ever not it will be rebuilt.

٣ 3 لِذَلِكَ يُكْرِمُكَ شَعْبٌ قَوِيٌّ، وَتَخَافُ مِنْكَ قَرْيَةُ أُمَمٍ عُتَاةٍ.

There-fore they will honor you a people strong a town of nations ruthless they will fear you.

٤ 4 لِأَنَّكَ كُنْتَ حِصْنًا لِلْمِسْكِينِ، حِصْنًا لِلْبَائِسِ فِي ضِيقِهِ، مَلْجَأً مِنَ ٱلسَّيْلِ، ظِلًّا مِنَ ٱلْحَرِّ، إِذْ كَانَتْ نَفْخَةُ ٱلْعُتَاةِ كَسَيْلٍ عَلَى حَائِطٍ.

For you have been a refuge for the poor [person] a refuge for the needy [person] when it was distress to him a shelter from rainstorm a shade from heat for [the] breath of ruthless [people] [is] like a rainstorm of a wall.

٥ 5 كَحَرٍّ فِي يَبَسٍ تَخْفِضُ ضَجِيجَ ٱلْأَعَاجِمِ. كَحَرٍّ بِظِلِّ غَيْمٍ يُذَلُّ غِنَاءُ ٱلْعُتَاةِ.

Like heat in a dry land [the] uproar of strangers you will subdue heat in [the] shade of a cloud [the] song of ruthless [people] he will quieten.

٦ 6 وَيَصْنَعُ رَبُّ ٱلْجُنُودِ لِجَمِيعِ ٱلشُّعُوبِ فِي هَذَا ٱلْجَبَلِ وَلِيمَةَ سَمَائِنَ، وَلِيمَةَ خَمْرٍ عَلَى دَرْدِيٍّ، سَمَائِنَ مُمِخَّةٍ، دَرْدِيٍّ مُصَفًّى.

And he will make Yahweh of hosts for all the peoples on the mountain this a feast of fat things a feast of old wine fat things full of marrow old wine refined.

٧ 7 وَيُفْنِي فِي هَذَا ٱلْجَبَلِ وَجْهَ ٱلنِّقَابِ. ٱلنِّقَابِ ٱلَّذِي عَلَى كُلِّ ٱلشُّعُوبِ، وَٱلْغِطَاءَ ٱلْمُغَطَّى بِهِ عَلَى كُلِّ ٱلْأُمَمِ.

And he will swallow up on the mountain this [the] surface of the covering - which covers over all the peoples and the woven stuff which is woven over all the nations.

٨ 8 يَبْلَعُ ٱلْمَوْتَ إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ، وَيَمْسَحُ ٱلسَّيِّدُ ٱلرَّبُّ ٱلدُّمُوعَ عَنْ كُلِّ ٱلْوُجُوهِ، وَيَنْزِعُ عَارَ شَعْبِهِ عَنْ كُلِّ ٱلْأَرْضِ، لِأَنَّ ٱلرَّبَّ قَدْ تَكَلَّمَ.

He will swallow up death to perpetuity and he will wipe away [the] Lord Yahweh tear[s] from on every face and [the] reproach of people his he will remove from on all the earth for Yahweh he has spoken.

٩ 9 وَيُقَالُ فِي ذَلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ: «هُوَذَا هَذَا إِلَهُنَا. ٱنْتَظَرْنَاهُ فَخَلَّصَنَا. هَذَا هُوَ ٱلرَّبُّ ٱنْتَظَرْنَاهُ. نَبْتَهِجُ وَنَفْرَحُ بِخَلَاصِهِ».

And someone will say in the day that here! [is] God our this we have waited for him and he will save us this [is] Yahweh we have waited for him let us be glad and let us rejoice in salvation his.

١٠ 10 لِأَنَّ يَدَ ٱلرَّبِّ تَسْتَقِرُّ عَلَى هَذَا ٱلْجَبَلِ، وَيُدَاسُ مُوآبُ فِي مَكَانِهِ كَمَا يُدَاسُ ٱلتِّبْنُ فِي مَاءِ ٱلْمَزْبَلَةِ.

For it will rest [the] hand of Yahweh on the mountain this and it will be trampled down Moab in place its as is trampled down a heap of straw (in *QK) a dung hill.

١١ 11 فَيَبْسِطُ يَدَيْهِ فِيهِ كَمَا يَبْسِطُ ٱلسَّابِحُ لِيَسْبَحَ، فَيَضَعُ كِبْرِيَاءَهُ مَعَ مَكَايِدِ يَدَيْهِ.

And it will spread out hands its in midst its just as he spreads [them] out swimmer to swim and he will bring low haughtiness its with [the] tricks of hands its.

١٢ 12 وَصَرْحَ ٱرْتِفَاعِ أَسْوَارِكِ يَخْفِضُهُ، يَضَعُهُ، يُلْصِقُهُ بِٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَى ٱلتُّرَابِ.

And [the] fortification of [the] refuge of walls your he will lay low he will bring [it] low he will make [it] touch the ground to [the] dust.
