عِبرانِيّين 6
| لِذَلِكَ وَنَحْنُ تَارِكُونَ كَلَامَ بَدَاءَةِ ٱلْمَسِيحِ، لِنَتَقَدَّمْ إِلَى ٱلْكَمَالِ، غَيْرَ وَاضِعِينَ أَيْضًا أَسَاسَ ٱلتَّوْبَةِ مِنَ ٱلْأَعْمَالِ ٱلْمَيِّتَةِ، وَٱلْإِيمَانِ بِٱللهِ، | ١ 1 |
So then, let us leave the beginning of the message of Christ and move forward to maturity. Let us not lay again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith in God,
| تَعْلِيمَ ٱلْمَعْمُودِيَّاتِ، وَوَضْعَ ٱلْأَيَادِي، قِيَامَةَ ٱلْأَمْوَاتِ، وَٱلدَّيْنُونَةَ ٱلْأَبَدِيَّةَ، (aiōnios g166) | ٢ 2 |
nor the foundation of teaching about baptisms, laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. (aiōnios g166)
| وَهَذَا سَنَفْعَلُهُ إِنْ أَذِنَ ٱللهُ. | ٣ 3 |
We will also do this if God permits.
| لِأَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتُنِيرُوا مَرَّةً، وَذَاقُوا ٱلْمَوْهِبَةَ ٱلسَّمَاوِيَّةَ، وَصَارُوا شُرَكَاءَ ٱلرُّوحِ ٱلْقُدُسِ، | ٤ 4 |
For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, who tasted the heavenly gift, who were sharers of the Holy Spirit,
| وَذَاقُوا كَلِمَةَ ٱللهِ ٱلصَّالِحَةَ وَقُوَّاتِ ٱلدَّهْرِ ٱلْآتِي، (aiōn g165) | ٥ 5 |
and who tasted God's good word and the powers of the age to come, (aiōn g165)
| وَسَقَطُوا، لَا يُمْكِنُ تَجْدِيدُهُمْ أَيْضًا لِلتَّوْبَةِ، إِذْ هُمْ يَصْلِبُونَ لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ ٱبْنَ ٱللهِ ثَانِيَةً وَيُشَهِّرُونَهُ. | ٦ 6 |
but who then fell away—it is impossible to restore them again to repentance. This is because they crucify the Son of God for themselves again, and publicly shame him.
| لِأَنَّ أَرْضًا قَدْ شَرِبَتِ ٱلْمَطَرَ ٱلْآتِيَ عَلَيْهَا مِرَارًا كَثِيرَةً، وَأَنْتَجَتْ عُشْبًا صَالِحًا لِلَّذِينَ فُلِحَتْ مِنْ أَجْلِهِمْ، تَنَالُ بَرَكَةً مِنَ ٱللهِ. | ٧ 7 |
For the land that drinks in the rain that often comes on it, and that gives birth to the plants useful to those for whom the land was worked—this is the land that receives a blessing from God.
| وَلَكِنْ إِنْ أَخْرَجَتْ شَوْكًا وَحَسَكًا، فَهِيَ مَرْفُوضَةٌ وَقَرِيبَةٌ مِنَ ٱللَّعْنَةِ، ٱلَّتِي نِهَايَتُهَا لِلْحَرِيقِ. | ٨ 8 |
But if it bears thorns and thistles, it is worthless and is near to a curse. Its end is in burning.
| وَلَكِنَّنَا قَدْ تَيَقَّنَّا مِنْ جِهَتِكُمْ أَيُّهَا ٱلْأَحِبَّاءُ، أُمُورًا أَفْضَلَ، وَمُخْتَصَّةً بِٱلْخَلَاصِ، وَإِنْ كُنَّا نَتَكَلَّمُ هَكَذَا. | ٩ 9 |
But we are convinced about better things concerning you, beloved ones, things that concern salvation, even though we speak like this.
| لِأَنَّ ٱللهَ لَيْسَ بِظَالِمٍ حَتَّى يَنْسَى عَمَلَكُمْ وَتَعَبَ ٱلْمَحَبَّةِ ٱلَّتِي أَظْهَرْتُمُوهَا نَحْوَ ٱسْمِهِ، إِذْ قَدْ خَدَمْتُمُ ٱلْقِدِّيسِينَ وَتَخْدِمُونَهُمْ. | ١٠ 10 |
For God is not so unjust that he would forget your work and the love that you have shown for his name, because you served the believers and still serve them.
| وَلَكِنَّنَا نَشْتَهِي أَنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْكُمْ يُظْهِرُ هَذَا ٱلِٱجْتِهَادَ عَيْنَهُ لِيَقِينِ ٱلرَّجَاءِ إِلَى ٱلنِّهَايَةِ، | ١١ 11 |
We greatly desire that each of you may show the same diligence to the end, in order to make your hope certain.
| لِكَيْ لَا تَكُونُوا مُتَبَاطِئِينَ بَلْ مُتَمَثِّلِينَ بِٱلَّذِينَ بِٱلْإِيمَانِ وَٱلْأَنَاةِ يَرِثُونَ ٱلْمَوَاعِيدَ. | ١٢ 12 |
This is so that you will not become lazy, but imitators of those who by faith and patience inherit the promises.
| فَإِنَّهُ لَمَّا وَعَدَ ٱللهُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِذْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ أَعْظَمُ يُقْسِمُ بِهِ، أَقْسَمَ بِنَفْسِهِ، | ١٣ 13 |
For when God made his promise to Abraham, he swore by himself, since he could not swear by anyone greater.
| قَائِلًا: «إِنِّي لَأُبَارِكَنَّكَ بَرَكَةً وَأُكَثِّرَنَّكَ تَكْثِيرًا». | ١٤ 14 |
He said, “I will certainly bless you, and I will greatly increase you.”
| وَهَكَذَا إِذْ تَأَنَّى نَالَ ٱلْمَوْعِدَ. | ١٥ 15 |
In this way, Abraham obtained what was promised after he had patiently waited.
| فَإِنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ يُقْسِمُونَ بِٱلْأَعْظَمِ، وَنِهَايَةُ كُلِّ مُشَاجَرَةٍ عِنْدَهُمْ لِأَجْلِ ٱلتَّثْبِيتِ هِيَ ٱلْقَسَمُ. | ١٦ 16 |
For people swear by someone greater than themselves. At the end of each of their disputes, an oath serves as confirmation.
| فَلِذَلِكَ إِذْ أَرَادَ ٱللهُ أَنْ يُظْهِرَ أَكْثَرَ كَثِيرًا لِوَرَثَةِ ٱلْمَوْعِدِ عَدَمَ تَغَيُّرِ قَضَائِهِ، تَوَسَّطَ بِقَسَمٍ، | ١٧ 17 |
When God decided to show more clearly to the heirs of the promise the unchangeable quality of his purpose, he guaranteed it with an oath.
| حَتَّى بِأَمْرَيْنِ عَدِيمَيِ ٱلتَّغَيُّرِ، لَا يُمْكِنُ أَنَّ ٱللهَ يَكْذِبُ فِيهِمَا، تَكُونُ لَنَا تَعْزِيَةٌ قَوِيَّةٌ، نَحْنُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱلْتَجَأْنَا لِنُمْسِكَ بِٱلرَّجَاءِ ٱلْمَوْضُوعِ أَمَامَنَا، | ١٨ 18 |
He did this so that by two unchangeable things—with which it is impossible for God to lie—we, who have fled for refuge, will have a strong encouragement to hold firmly to the hope set before us.
| ٱلَّذِي هُوَ لَنَا كَمِرْسَاةٍ لِلنَّفْسِ مُؤْتَمَنَةٍ وَثَابِتَةٍ، تَدْخُلُ إِلَى مَا دَاخِلَ ٱلْحِجَابِ، | ١٩ 19 |
We have this as a secure and reliable anchor for the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain,
