عِبرانِيّين 3
| مِنْ ثَمَّ أَيُّهَا ٱلْإِخْوَةُ ٱلْقِدِّيسُونَ، شُرَكَاءُ ٱلدَّعْوَةِ ٱلسَّمَاوِيَّةِ، لَاحِظُوا رَسُولَ ٱعْتِرَافِنَا وَرَئِيسَ كَهَنَتِهِ ٱلْمَسِيحَ يَسُوعَ، | ١ 1 |
Therefore, holy brothers, you share in a heavenly calling. Think about Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession.
| حَالَ كَوْنِهِ أَمِينًا لِلَّذِي أَقَامَهُ، كَمَا كَانَ مُوسَى أَيْضًا فِي كُلِّ بَيْتِهِ. | ٢ 2 |
He was faithful to God, who appointed him, just as Moses was also faithful in God's house.
| فَإِنَّ هَذَا قَدْ حُسِبَ أَهْلًا لِمَجْدٍ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ مُوسَى، بِمِقْدَارِ مَا لِبَانِي ٱلْبَيْتِ مِنْ كَرَامَةٍ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ ٱلْبَيْتِ. | ٣ 3 |
For Jesus has been considered worthy of greater glory than Moses, because the one who builds a house has more honor than the house itself.
| لِأَنَّ كُلَّ بَيْتٍ يَبْنِيهِ إِنْسَانٌ مَا، وَلَكِنَّ بَانِيَ ٱلْكُلِّ هُوَ ٱللهُ. | ٤ 4 |
For every house is built by someone, but the one who built everything is God.
| وَمُوسَى كَانَ أَمِينًا فِي كُلِّ بَيْتِهِ كَخَادِمٍ، شَهَادَةً لِلْعَتِيدِ أَنْ يُتَكَلَّمَ بِهِ. | ٥ 5 |
For Moses was faithful as a servant in God's entire house, bearing witness about the things that were to be spoken of in the future.
| وَأَمَّا ٱلْمَسِيحُ فَكَٱبْنٍ عَلَى بَيْتِهِ. وَبَيْتُهُ نَحْنُ إِنْ تَمَسَّكْنَا بِثِقَةِ ٱلرَّجَاءِ وَٱفْتِخَارِهِ ثَابِتَةً إِلَى ٱلنِّهَايَةِ. | ٦ 6 |
But Christ is faithful as a Son who is in charge of God's house. We are his house if we hold fast to our courage and the hope of which we boast.
| لِذَلِكَ كَمَا يَقُولُ ٱلرُّوحُ ٱلْقُدُسُ: «ٱلْيَوْمَ، إِنْ سَمِعْتُمْ صَوْتَهُ، | ٧ 7 |
Therefore, it is just as the Holy Spirit says: “Today, if you hear his voice
| فَلَا تُقَسُّوا قُلُوبَكُمْ، كَمَا فِي ٱلْإِسْخَاطِ، يَوْمَ ٱلتَّجْرِبَةِ فِي ٱلْقَفْرِ | ٨ 8 |
do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, in the time of testing in the wilderness.
| حَيْثُ جَرَّبَنِي آبَاؤُكُمُ. ٱخْتَبَرُونِي وَأَبْصَرُوا أَعْمَالِي أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً. | ٩ 9 |
This was when your ancestors rebelled by testing me, and when, during forty years, they saw my deeds.
| لِذَلِكَ مَقَتُّ ذَلِكَ ٱلْجِيلَ، وَقُلْتُ: إِنَّهُمْ دَائِمًا يَضِلُّونَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ، وَلَكِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَعْرِفُوا سُبُلِي. | ١٠ 10 |
Therefore I was displeased with that generation. I said, 'They have always gone astray in their hearts. They have not known my ways.'
| حَتَّى أَقْسَمْتُ فِي غَضَبِي: لَنْ يَدْخُلُوا رَاحَتِي». | ١١ 11 |
It is just as I swore in my anger: 'They will never enter my rest.'”
| اُنْظُرُوا أَيُّهَا ٱلْإِخْوَةُ، أَنْ لَا يَكُونَ فِي أَحَدِكُمْ قَلْبٌ شِرِّيرٌ بِعَدَمِ إِيمَانٍ فِي ٱلِٱرْتِدَادِ عَنِ ٱللهِ ٱلْحَيِّ. | ١٢ 12 |
Be careful, brothers, so that among you there will not be anyone with an evil heart of unbelief, a heart that turns away from the living God.
| بَلْ عِظُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ، مَا دَامَ ٱلْوَقْتُ يُدْعَى ٱلْيَوْمَ، لِكَيْ لَا يُقَسَّى أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ بِغُرُورِ ٱلْخَطِيَّةِ. | ١٣ 13 |
Instead, encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “today,” so that no one among you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
| لِأَنَّنَا قَدْ صِرْنَا شُرَكَاءَ ٱلْمَسِيحِ، إِنْ تَمَسَّكْنَا بِبَدَاءَةِ ٱلثِّقَةِ ثَابِتَةً إِلَى ٱلنِّهَايَةِ، | ١٤ 14 |
For we have become partners of Christ if we firmly hold to our confidence in him from the beginning to the end.
| إِذْ قِيلَ: «ٱلْيَوْمَ، إِنْ سَمِعْتُمْ صَوْتَهُ، فَلَا تُقَسُّوا قُلُوبَكُمْ، كَمَا فِي ٱلْإِسْخَاطِ». | ١٥ 15 |
About this it has been said, “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion.”
| فَمَنْ هُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ إِذْ سَمِعُوا أَسْخَطُوا؟ أَلَيْسَ جَمِيعُ ٱلَّذِينَ خَرَجُوا مِنْ مِصْرَ بِوَاسِطَةِ مُوسَى؟ | ١٦ 16 |
Who was it who heard God and rebelled? Was it not all those who came out of Egypt through Moses?
| وَمَنْ مَقَتَ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً؟ أَلَيْسَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَخْطَأُوا، ٱلَّذِينَ جُثَثُهُمْ سَقَطَتْ فِي ٱلْقَفْرِ؟ | ١٧ 17 |
With whom was he angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose dead bodies fell in the wilderness?
| وَلِمَنْ أَقْسَمَ: «لَنْ يَدْخُلُوا رَاحَتَهُ»، إِلَّا لِلَّذِينَ لَمْ يُطِيعُوا؟ | ١٨ 18 |
To whom did he swear that they would not enter his rest, if it was not to those who disobeyed him?
| فَنَرَى أَنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَقْدِرُوا أَنْ يَدْخُلُوا لِعَدَمِ ٱلْإِيمَانِ. | ١٩ 19 |
We see that they were not able to enter his rest because of unbelief.
