كُولُوسِي 4

١ 1 أَيُّهَا ٱلسَّادَةُ، قَدِّمُوا لِلْعَبِيدِ ٱلْعَدْلَ وَٱلْمُسَاوَاةَ، عَالِمِينَ أَنَّ لَكُمْ أَنْتُمْ أَيْضًا سَيِّدًا فِي ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ.

Masters, give to slaves what is right and fair. You know that you also have a master in heaven.

٢ 2 وَاظِبُوا عَلَى ٱلصَّلَاةِ سَاهِرِينَ فِيهَا بِٱلشُّكْرِ،

Continue steadfastly in prayer. Stay alert in it in thanksgiving.

٣ 3 مُصَلِّينَ فِي ذَلِكَ لِأَجْلِنَا نَحْنُ أَيْضًا، لِيَفْتَحَ ٱلرَّبُّ لَنَا بَابًا لِلْكَلَامِ، لِنَتَكَلَّمَ بِسِرِّ ٱلْمَسِيحِ، ٱلَّذِي مِنْ أَجْلِهِ أَنَا مُوثَقٌ أَيْضًا،

Pray together for us also, that God would open a door for the word, to speak the secret truth of Christ. Because of this, I am chained up.

٤ 4 كَيْ أُظْهِرَهُ كَمَا يَجِبُ أَنْ أَتَكَلَّمَ.

Pray that I may make it clear, as I ought to speak.

٥ 5 اُسْلُكُوا بِحِكْمَةٍ مِنْ جِهَةِ ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ مِنْ خَارِجٍ، مُفْتَدِينَ ٱلْوَقْتَ.

Walk in wisdom toward those outside, and redeem the time.

٦ 6 لِيَكُنْ كَلَامُكُمْ كُلَّ حِينٍ بِنِعْمَةٍ، مُصْلَحًا بِمِلْحٍ، لِتَعْلَمُوا كَيْفَ يَجِبُ أَنْ تُجَاوِبُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ.

Let your words always be with grace. Let them be seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer each person.

٧ 7 جَمِيعُ أَحْوَالِي سَيُعَرِّفُكُمْ بِهَا تِيخِيكُسُ ٱلْأَخُ ٱلْحَبِيبُ، وَٱلْخَادِمُ ٱلْأَمِينُ، وَٱلْعَبْدُ مَعَنَا فِي ٱلرَّبِّ،

As for the things concerning me, Tychicus will make them known to you. He is a beloved brother, a faithful servant, and fellow slave in the Lord.

٨ 8 ٱلَّذِي أَرْسَلْتُهُ إِلَيْكُمْ لِهَذَا عَيْنِهِ، لِيَعْرِفَ أَحْوَالَكُمْ وَيُعَزِّيَ قُلُوبَكُمْ،

I sent him to you for this, that you might know the matters about us, and so that he may encourage your hearts.

٩ 9 مَعْ أُنِسِيمُسَ ٱلْأَخِ ٱلْأَمِينِ ٱلْحَبِيبِ ٱلَّذِي هُوَ مِنْكُمْ. هُمَا سَيُعَرِّفَانِكُمْ بِكُلِّ مَا هَهُنَا.

I sent him together with Onesimus, the faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They will tell you everything that has happened here.

١٠ 10 يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَرِسْتَرْخُسُ ٱلْمَأْسُورُ مَعِي، وَمَرْقُسُ ٱبْنُ أُخْتِ بَرْنَابَا، ٱلَّذِي أَخَذْتُمْ لِأَجْلِهِ وَصَايَا. إِنْ أَتَى إِلَيْكُمْ فَٱقْبَلُوهُ.

Aristarchus, my fellow prisoner, greets you, as well as Mark, the cousin of Barnabas (about whom you received orders; if he comes to you, receive him),

١١ 11 وَيَسُوعُ ٱلْمَدْعُوُّ يُسْطُسَ، ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ مِنَ ٱلْخِتَانِ. هَؤُلَاءِ هُمْ وَحْدَهُمُ ٱلْعَامِلُونَ مَعِي لِمَلَكُوتِ ٱللهِ، ٱلَّذِينَ صَارُوا لِي تَسْلِيَةً.

and also Jesus who is called Justus. These alone of the circumcision are my fellow workers for the kingdom of God. They have been a comfort to me.

١٢ 12 يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَبَفْرَاسُ، ٱلَّذِي هُوَ مِنْكُمْ، عَبْدٌ لِلْمَسِيحِ، مُجَاهِدٌ كُلَّ حِينٍ لِأَجْلِكُمْ بِٱلصَّلَوَاتِ، لِكَيْ تَثْبُتُوا كَامِلِينَ وَمُمْتَلِئِينَ فِي كُلِّ مَشِيئَةِ ٱللهِ.

Epaphras greets you. He is one of you and a slave of Christ Jesus. He always strives for you in prayer, so that you may stand complete and fully assured in all the will of God.

١٣ 13 فَإِنِّي أَشْهَدُ فِيهِ أَنَّ لَهُ غَيْرَةً كَثِيرَةً لِأَجْلِكُمْ، وَلِأَجْلِ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي لَاوُدِكِيَّةَ، وَٱلَّذِينَ فِي هِيَرَابُولِيسَ.

For I bear witness of him, that he works hard for you, for those in Laodicea, and for those in Hierapolis.

١٤ 14 يُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْكُمْ لُوقَا ٱلطَّبِيبُ ٱلْحَبِيبُ، وَدِيمَاسُ.

Luke the beloved physician and Demas greet you.

١٥ 15 سَلِّمُوا عَلَى ٱلْإِخْوَةِ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي لَاوُدِكِيَّةَ، وَعَلَى نِمْفَاسَ وَعَلَى ٱلْكَنِيسَةِ ٱلَّتِي فِي بَيْتِهِ.

Greet the brothers in Laodicea, and Nympha, and the church that is in her house.

١٦ 16 وَمَتَى قُرِئَتْ عِنْدَكُمْ هَذِهِ ٱلرِّسَالَةُ فَٱجْعَلُوهَا تُقْرَأُ أَيْضًا فِي كَنِيسَةِ ٱللَّاوُدِكِيِّينَ، وَٱلَّتِي مِنْ لَاوُدِكِيَّةَ تَقْرَأُونَهَا أَنْتُمْ أَيْضًا.

When this letter has been read among you, have it read also in the church of the Laodiceans, and see that you also read the letter from Laodicea.

١٧ 17 وَقُولُوا لِأَرْخِبُّسَ: «ٱنْظُرْ إِلَى ٱلْخِدْمَةِ ٱلَّتِي قَبِلْتَهَا فِي ٱلرَّبِّ لِكَيْ تُتَمِّمَهَا».

Say to Archippus, “Look to the ministry that you have received in the Lord, that you should fulfill it.”

١٨ 18 اَلسَّلَامُ بِيَدِي أَنَا بُولُسَ. اُذْكُرُوا وُثُقِي. اَلنِّعْمَةُ مَعَكُمْ. آمِينَ. -كُتِبَتْ إِلَى أَهْلِ كُولُسِّي مِنْ رُومِيَةِ بِيَدِ تِيخِيكُسَ وَ أُنِسِمُسَ-
