Uruyan Yuhana 13
1 Ddragone uni wa yissin kitene licicin nbiyu kurawa. In nin yene finawa kusho din nuzu nanya kurawa. Awa di nin nawulu likureaati kuzur. Nyana wulu kuzore kolome wa di nin kitik tigo, nate tutung tisa wa duku tin zuguzo Kutelle.
And he took up a position upon the sands of the sea-shore. Then I saw a Wild Beast coming up out of the sea, and he had ten horns and seven heads. On his horns were ten kingly crowns, and inscribed on his heads were names full of blasphemy.
2 Finawa kusho kune nan wa yene wadi nofo kukpi. Abune wa masin fo abunu fichiin, unuwe nafo unuun nzakii. Dragone na ghe likara me, nin kiti lisosin me, anin na ghe likara lidya nsu kataa me.
The Wild Beast which I saw resembled a leopard, and had feet like the feet of a bear, and his mouth was like the mouth of a lion; and it was to the Dragon that he owed his power and his throne and his wide dominion.
3 Nloliti nya nati finawa koshe wa di nin kunut na kuwa sa da nin kulme. Ama kunute na mo ushinu, uyii vat tutung kifuzo tinu inin dofino finawe.
I saw that one of his heads seemed to have been mortally wounded; but his mortal wound was healed, and the whole world was amazed and followed him.
4 Inughe wan wa su udragone usujada bara na awa ni finawan tine akara, iwa su finawan tene usujada, tutung i leu ubun nbelu, “Ghari di fo finawan tine? tutung “Ghari nya a sung nnung ninghe?”
And they offered worship to the Dragon, because it was to him that the Wild Beast owed his dominion; and they also offered worship to the Wild Beast, and said, "Who is there like him? And who is able to engage in battle with him?"
5 Iwa ni finawan tene unnu nliru nin tikunang lifi aati tizogo, iwa yinin ghe a suu tigo udu tigo udu duru tipui akut anas nin tiba.
And there was given him a mouth full of boastful and blasphemous words; and liberty of action was granted him for forty-two months.
6 Finawan tene puno unu me a zoguzo Kutelle, lisame, udu kikakaa na a sosin ku nan na le na isosin nin ghe kitene kane.
And he opened his mouth to utter blasphemies against God, to speak evil of His name and of His dwelling-place--that is to say, of those who dwell in Heaven.
7 Iwa yinin finawan tene asu likum nin nanit alau anin kifo anin. Tutung iwa nighe likara kitene vat na nit, tilelem nin ni gbiri.
And permission was given him to make war upon God's people and conquer them; and power was given him over every tribe, people, language and nation.
8 Vat na le na idin nyan yi ba su ghe usujada, nyan chizinun ken yi, vat ale na iwa yertin tisa mine nyan tagarda Gono Kutelle, ule na iwa imolu.
And all the inhabitants of the earth will be found to be worshipping him: every one whose name is not recorded in the Book of Life--the Book of the Lamb who has been offered in sacrifice ever since the creation of the world.
9 Ule na adinin na tuf na alanza.
Let all who have ears give heed.
10 Ule na iba yiru ghe udu lichin, nya lichinari aba du. Ule na iba molu ghe nin litan, nin litannare iba molu ghe. Uyichulu ule na le na inonko nibine nya kidegen bara ale na idi lau.
If any one is eager to lead others into captivity, he must himself go into captivity. If any one is bent on killing with the sword, he must himself be killed by the sword. Here is an opportunity for endurance, and for the exercise of faith, on the part of God's people.
11 In nin yene fon finawa, tene nnuzu nya yi. Awa di nin na wul aba gono kuzara alira for dragon.
Then I saw another Wild Beast, coming up out of the earth. He had two horns like those of a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon.
12 Nbun finawa kusho nfinu ayi likara ataa ale na isosin nya yi isu finawan tenen nfinu usujada-ule na kunut me na shiin.
And the authority of the first Wild Beast--the whole of that authority--he exercises in his presence, and he causes the earth and its inhabitants to worship the first Wild Beast, whose mortal wound had been healed.
13 Awa su adadu zikiki a taa ula utolu nnuzu kitene kane udeu nbun nanit,
He also works great miracles, so as even to make fire come down from Heaven to earth in the presence of human beings.
14 nin na adadu a zikiki arusuzo ale na idi nyan ye, adin su anin ike nchil nin litang, vat nane na akuu ba.
And his power of leading astray the inhabitants of the earth is due to the marvels which he has been permitted to work in the presence of the Wild Beast. And he told the inhabitants of the earth to erect a statue to the Wild Beast who had received the sword-stroke and yet had recovered.
15 Iwa yinin ghe anin nchil finawantene infip azoguzu anin molsu ale na inari usu finawa kushe usujada.
And power was granted him to give breath to the statue of the Wild Beast, so that the statue of the Wild Beast could even speak and cause all who refuse to worship it to be put to death.
16 Awati anit vat adidya nin na bebene, anan se nin na nan diru, achiin nan sali na chiin iseru kulap nachara alime mine sa niting mine.
And he causes all, small and great, rich and poor, free men and slaves, to have stamped upon them a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads,
17 Na uwa din mang ba unit seru sa aleu sa kulap finawa kushe ba, watu, lisame sa ulamba.
in order that no one should be allowed to buy or sell unless he had the mark--either the name of the Wild Beast or the number which his name represents.
18 Ulele uyichi ujinjinaghari. Andi umon dinin yenjun bun, na a batiza ulamba finawa ko shue, ulamba nnit usirne ari. Ulamba me di 666
Here is scope for ingenuity. Let people of shrewd intelligence calculate the number of the Wild Beast; for it indicates a certain man, and his number is 666.
