And are gathered together to Him the Pharisees and some of the scribes having come from Jerusalem.
2 Ba iyene among nan nya nono katwa me ili nimonli nin dinong nachara mine, wati na iwa kusu achara ba.
And they had seen some of the disciples of Him (that *no) with defiled hands, That is unwashed, (are eating *N+kO) (the *no) bread (they found fault; *K)

and [on coming] from [the] market (now *o) (when may come *ko) only unless (they shall wash *NK+o) not they eat; and other things many there are which they received to keep washings of cups and vessels and utensils and couches for dining.
5 A Farisawa nan nadidyan yiru niyertẹ tirino Yisa ku, ''Iyaghari ta na nono katwa fe din dortu ugadu nakune ba, bara na idin li nimonli mine sa ukusu nachara?
(And *N+kO) questioned Him the Pharisees and the scribes; Because of why not walk the disciples of You according to the tradition of the elders, but (with unsanctified *N+KO) hands eat the bread?
6 A woro nani, ''Ishaya unan liru nin nu Kutellẹ wa yertin gai kitene kinu ndortu liru Kutellẹ na idin su, 'Anit alele din sue liru nin na kpa tinu minere, a nibinayi mine yita piit ninmi.
And (answering *k) He said to them (that: *ko) Rightly prophesied Isaiah concerning you hypocrites, as it has been written (that *no) This people with the lips Me honors, but the heart of them far away is kept from Me.
In vain now they worship Me teaching [as] doctrines [the] precepts of men.’
8 Ina filin uduka Kutellẹ i nanin na kifo adadun ngadu nanit asirne.''
Having neglected (for *k) the commandment of God you hold to the tradition of men (washings of vessels and of cups and more like things many things you do. *KO)
9 A woro, i lanza nmang infillu duka Kutellẹ inan yinnọ udortu gadu!
And He was saying to them; Neatly do you set aside the commandment of God that the tradition of you (you may maintain. *N+kO)

Moses for said; do honor the Father of you and the mother of you,’ and The [one] speaking evil of father or mother in death should end.’
11 Anughe kuru iworo, ''Asa unit belle uchif me sa aname, vat ubunu urika na usere kiti nin kobaghari,'' (wati nworu, 'imon nni Kutlellẹri) -
You yourselves however say [that]: if may say a man to the father or to the mother; [It is] Corban, that is a gift, whatever if from me you shall be profited,

making void the word of God for the tradition of you which you have handed down; And like [things] such many you do.
14 Ayichila ligozin nanite aworo ani, ''Lanzanni, vat mine, ikuru iyinin.
And having called to [Him] (again *N+KO) the crowd He was saying to them; (do listen to *N+kO) Me all and (do understand. *N+kO)
No [thing] there is outside of the man entering into him which is able to defile him but the [things] (out of the man *NO) proceeding (from of him *k) (that *ko) are those which are defiling the man.
16 Vat urika na adinin natuf nlanzun liru na alanza.''
(if anyone has ears to hear he should hear. *KO)
17 Nene kube na Yisa wa chin ligozin nanite a pira kilari, anan katwa me tiringhe tigoldo tone. Yisa woro,
And when He went into [the] house from the crowd, were asking Him the disciples of Him (concerning *k) (the parable. *N+kO)
And He says to them; Thus also you yourselves without understanding are? Surely you understand that everything outside entering into the man not is able him to defile?
19 bara na iwaya ipira nan nya kibinayi ba, asa ipira nan nya liburu me, idi tolu itunna idi nuzu kitin tin das (npunju).''
because not it enters of him into the heart but into the belly and into the sewer goes out, (purifying *N+kO) all the food.
20 A woro, “Imon irika na idin nuchu daga nanya nit usurneri din nanzughe.
He was saying now that That out of the man going forth, that [is what] defiles the man.
21 Bara nan nya kibinayin nit usurneri, makpilizu-kpilizun magunta din nuchu ku, unozu nin nin nawani sa nalililme, likiri, umolsu nanit,

(and *ko) From there (also *no) having risen up He went away into the (region *N+KO) of Tyre (and Sidon. *KO) And having entered into a house no [one] He was wishing to know [it] and not He was able to be hidden.
25 Na nin dandaunu umong uwani na kashune wadi nin nagbergenu uwani une lanza ubeleng Yisa adah ada deu na bunun me.
(But immediately *NO) having heard (for *k) a woman about Him of whom had the little daughter of her spirit unclean, having come she fell at the feet of Him;
26 Uwani une ushono hẹllen iyawa ri unuzu surofinikiya, a fuu ye acara anutun agbergene nanyan shune me.
Now the woman was Gentile Syrophoenician by race, and was asking Him that the demon (He may cast forth *N+kO) out of the daughter of her.
(And *N+kO) (Jesus *k) (He was saying *N+kO) to her; do permit first to be satisfied the children; not for it is good to take the bread of the children and to the dogs to cast [it].
Gwana banii gwana me imollu, uchif nin gono me. But she answered and she says to Him; (yes *KO) Lord, even (for *k) the dogs under the table (eat *N+kO) of the crumbs of the children.
29 A woro, “Bara na ubenle nani, can fi. Ku gbergene in nuzu nanyan nshono fe.”
And He said to her; Because of this word do go, has gone forth out of the daughter of you the demon.
30 Uwane kpilla Kilari adi se gone nọn kitenen nkomi, kugbergene nuzu.
And having gone away to the home of her she found the (child *N+KO) (laid *N+kO) on (the bed *N+kO) and the demon having left.
31 Tutung anuzu kusarin Tyre, akatan Sida udak kurawan Galili, vat udu Kusarin Dikafoli.
And again having departed from the region of Tyre He came (through *N+KO) Sidon (to *N+kO) the Sea of Galilee through [the] midst of the region of [the] Decapolis.
32 I daghe nin mon unan nituri, unan sali nbellun liru gegeme, ifoghe acara a tarda kuture acara ulau me.
And they bring to Him a deaf man (and *no) who spoke with difficulty and they implore Him that He may lay on him the hand.
33 A nuzu ninghe nanya ligozin nanite udu kusari kurum a dudo atufe nin ticin me, atufuno attaf, a dudo lilem me.
And having taken away him from the crowd aside privately He put the fingers of Him to the ears of him, and having spit He touched the tongue of him,
34 A ghantina izi kitene kani, aceu kibinai a woronghe, “ifafattha,” nworo, “puno”
and having looked up to heaven He sighed deeply and He says to him; Ephphatha! that is do be opened
35 Na nin dodonu ba atufemme puno alanza, ikala ile imong na kese lilem me atuna nliru gegeme.
And (immediately *NK) (were opened *N+kO) his ears, and was loosed the band of the tongue of him, and he was speaking plainly.
36 A wuno nani atuf na iwa belin umonba. Illeu ubun mbellu nimong na a kpada nani na iwa belin ba.
And He instructed them that to no one (they may speak; *N+kO) As much as however (He himself *k) them was instructing, (they themselves *no) more excessive were proclaiming [it].
Atah kuturi alanza unan saling bellu nliru lirina.”
And above measure above measure they were astonished saying; Well all things He has done both the deaf He makes to hear and (the *NK) mute to speak.
