2 Bitrus 2
1 Anan liru nin Kutelle an kinuu wa dak Israila a anan dursuzu kiti kinu ma dak kiti mine. Ima dak nin dursuzu un wultunu kiti likire, iming ma nari cikilare na ana seru nani. Inung dsin liru nnin kimolo nati mine dedei.
But there were false prophets also among the people, as there shall be also among you false teachers, who shall bring in by the bye destructive heresies, and deny the master that bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction;
2 Grandang ma dofunu usu nibinai mine, barainughe ima zoguzu libo kidegene.
and many shall follow their dissolute ways, through whom the way of the truth shall be blasphemed.
3 Bara usu nati mine ima ti nkoli nin ghinu ndas uzuzun nliru kinu mine. Na ushara mine ma yiru kubi pit ba; na uwutunu mine ma yitu hem ba.
And through covetousness, with well-turned words, will they make merchandise of you: for whom judgment of old is not idle, and their destruction slumbers not.
4 Ndafo na kutalk wa ceo litai unono kadura mae alenge na iwa ti kulapi ba, ndafo awa na tunari nan nya kukunsa ligang, i ceo nanii ku nin ninyaag nan nya sirti isu uca nshara. (Tartaroō g5020)
For if God spared not [the] angels who had sinned, but having cast them down to the deepest pit of gloom has delivered them to chains of darkness [to be] kept for judgment; (Tartaroō g5020)
5 ndafo na awa ceo uyi uyi unbburne ba, ama awa tucu Nuhu ku unan belun nbeleng katwa kacine ligowe nin na nit kuzor amini wa dak nin fibark nmyen in yii kulapi.
and spared not [the] old world, but preserved Noe, [the] eighth, a preacher of righteousness, having brought in [the] flood upon [the] world of [the] ungodly;
6 A mini wa juju nipinpin Sodom nin Gomora ni lwa utong, a mini wa ceo nani nca nkul ios imon yenju na udin cinu dak kiti na nan sali fiu Kutelle.
and having reduced [the] cities of Sodom and Gomorrha to ashes, condemned [them] with an overthrow, setting [them as] an example to those that should [afterwards] live an ungodly life;
7 Amini wa tucu unan katwa kacine, ulenge na awa sessu ufizu nayi ko kome kubi bara adadu ananzang na nan sli fiu Kutelle nin kuna niyizi.
and saved righteous Lot, distressed with the abandoned conversation of the godless,
8 Bara katwa nsalu fiu Kutelle mine na unan katwa ka cine na yenje alanza ko lome liyiri a sossino nan nya mine w a lanza fisudu katwa kacine me ukul.
(for the righteous man through seeing and hearing, dwelling among them, tormented [his] righteous soul day after day with [their] lawless works, )
9 Cikilare yiru ulenge na ama tucu anan fiu me nan nya ndumunuzu mine, a yiro kitin ciu nanit alenge na idi nin katwa kacine ba bar44a uniu lirin nshara.
[the] Lord knows [how] to deliver the godly out of trial, and to keep [the] unjust to [the] day of judgment [to be] punished;
10 Ulengene ma sossin kidegene kiti na lenge na idin lin hun nin likara li nanzang nin tik nidowo ina ni nari tigo. Idi nin nayi akone nin nilaza nati mine. Na idin lanzaq fiu izogo sa ima su untigo uliuru ba.
and specially those who walk after the flesh in [the] lust of uncleanness, and despise lordship. Bold [are they], self-willed; they do not fear speaking injuriously of dignities:
11 Nono kadura Kutelle di nin nakara adya nin yiru ikafin anit vat, ama na idin dassu nin shara tizogo kitene mine kitin cikilare ba.
when angels, who are greater in might and power, do not bring against them, before the Lord, an injurious charge.
12 Ama anit nan kpiizu nafo inawan tene ima na kye nani bara ikifizo i nanzari. Na i yiru imong ile na ijogo ba. Ima nanzu nani.
But these, as natural animals without reason, made to be caught and destroyed, speaking injuriously in things they are ignorant of, shall also perish in their own corruption,
13 ima lanzu ukul bara uduk likara linanzang mine. Idin su lissosin nlanzu mmang nin liring. Idi nin na lap a akura amanzang. Idin lanzu mmang nadu kinnu mine i wa din sonu nfunu ninfi.
receiving [the] reward of unrighteousness; accounting ephemeral indulgence pleasure; spots and blemishes, rioting in their own deceits, feasting with you;
14 Iyizi mine kulun nin su na wani nfunu; na kulapi din batizunu nani ba. Idi wunu anan sali nakara nibinai udu su katwa kananjang, nibinai mine nmali se udursuzu bara kuna niyizi, nono nti nnuu.
having eyes full of adultery, and that cease not from sin, alluring unestablished souls; having a heart practised in covetousness, children of curse;
15 ina filing libo licine. Ina wulu inani na dofin libo in Balamu, usaun Basura, ulenge na awa di nin su a seru uduk kitene nfanu me.
having left [the] straight way they have gone astray, having followed in the path of Balaam [the son] of Bosor, who loved [the] reward of unrighteousness;
16 Amini wa se uboriu niyizi kitene nfanu me. kajaki nsalin liru kani wa su uliru nin liwui nnit uni wa Yissa unan liru nin nuu Kutelle tik.
but had reproof of his own wickedness — [the] dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbad the folly of the prophet.
17 Anit alele masin igunanghari sa nmyen. Imasin awutari na ufunu nwesse. Nsirti mi bibitari ina ceo bara inunghe. (questioned)
These are springs without water, and mists driven by storm, to whom the gloom of darkness is reserved [for ever]. (questioned)
18 Idi su uliru nin tikunan nati tiham. Idin wunu anit nin tok nidowo. Idin anit ale na ipizira isurto nacara na lenge na issosin nan nya ntanu.
For [while] speaking great highflown words of vanity, they allure with [the] lusts of [the] flesh, by dissoluteness, those who have just fled those who walk in error,
19 Idin su nani uliru nworu ima lissosin li taop, ama inung ati mine acin nitwa ni nanzanghari. Bara unit kucin nimon ilenge na ileo likara nere.
promising them liberty, while they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a man is subdued, by him is he also brought into slavery.
20 Ulenge na a surto nacara nnanu in yii nnuzun in yiru nakilari nin nan tucu Yisa Kristi, amini kuri a kpilla nan nya nnanu une tutung, uso nani unanu unanzang ule na nkatin un burne.
For if after having escaped the pollutions of the world through [the] knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, again entangled, they are subdued by these, their last state is worse than the first.
21 Uwa kutunu nani nworu na iwa ma na yinin libo katwa kacine nworu na iwa ma na yinin libo katwa kacine nworu iyinin i kura i kpilya timuro mine kiti nduka ulau ule na iwa nani.
For it were better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known [it] to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them.
22 Ule uliru tigoldoe kidegenere kiti mine: “Ka kau nkpilla kiti tilozo me. kuladu ko na isalsuna kunin nkpillla nan nya mboro.”
But that [word] of the true proverb has happened to them: [The] dog [has] turned back to his own vomit; and, [The] washed sow to [her] rolling in mud.
