Psalmet 147

1 Lëvdoni Zotin, sepse është një gjë e mirë t’i këndosh lavde Perëndisë tonë, sepse është e kënaqshme dhe e leverdishme ta lëvdosh.

Praise Yahweh - for [is] good to sing praises to God our for [is] pleasant [is] fitting praise.

2 Zoti ndërton Jeruzalemin, dhe mbledh të humburit e Izraelit.

[is] [the] builder of Jerusalem Yahweh [the] banished [ones] of Israel he gathers.

3 Ai shëron ata që e kanë zemrën të thyer dhe lidh plagët e tyre.

Who [is] healing [the people] broken of heart and [he is] binding up wounds their.

4 Llogarit numrin e yjeve dhe i thërret të gjitha sipas emrit të tyre.

[he is] counting [the] number Of the stars to all of them names he calls.

5 I madh është Zoti ynë, e pamasë është fuqia e tij dhe e pafund zgjuarësia e tij.

[is] great Lord our and great of power to understanding his there not [is] a number.

6 Zoti larton njerëzit e përulur, por ul deri në tokë njerëzit e këqij.

[is] relieving Humble [people] Yahweh [is] bringing low wicked [people] to [the] ground.

7 Këndojini Zotit me falenderim, këndojini me qeste lavde Perëndisë tonë,

Sing to Yahweh with thanksgiving make music to God our with a harp.

8 që mbulon qiellin me re, përgatit shiun për tokën dhe bën që të rritet bari në malet.

Who covers [the] heavens - with clouds who prepares for the earth rain who causes to sprout mountains grass.

9 Ai i jep ushqime bagëtisë dhe zogjve të korbeve që thërresin.

[who] gives To animal[s] food its to [the] young ones of a raven which they call out.

10 Ai nuk kënaqet në forcën e kalit, dhe nuk gjen ndonjë gëzim në këmbët e njeriut.

Not in [the] strength of horse he delights not in [the] legs of man he takes pleasure.

11 Zoti kënaqet me ata që kanë frikë prej tij, me ata që shpresojnë në mirësinë e tij.

[is] taking pleasure in Yahweh [those] fearing him those [who] hope for covenant loyalty his.

12 Lëvdo Zotin, o Jeruzalem, kremto Perëndinë tënd, o Sion.

Extol O Jerusalem Yahweh praise God your O Zion.

13 Sepse ai ka përforcuar shufrat e portave të tua dhe ka bekuar bijtë e tu në mes teje.

For he has strengthened [the] bars of gates your he has blessed children your in midst your.

14 Ai e ruan paqen brenda kufijve të tu dhe të ngop me grurin më të mirë.

The [one who] makes territory your peace [the] best of wheat he satisfies you.

15 Dërgon mbi tokë urdhërin e tij, fjala e tij merr dheun.

The [one who] sends word his [the] earth to quickly it runs word his.

16 Dërgon borën si lesh dhe përhap brymën si hi.

The [one who] gives snow like wool frost like ash[es] he scatters.

17 Hedh breshërin e tij si me copa; kush mund t’i bëjë ballë të ftohtit të tij?

[the one who] throws Ice his like crumbs before coldness his who? will he stand.

18 Dërgon fjalën e tij dhe i shkrin ato; bën që të fryjë era e tij, dhe ujërat rrjedhin.

He sends word his and he melts them he makes blow wind his they flow waters.

19 Ai ia ka bërë të njohur Jakobit fjalën e tij, dhe Izraelit statutet e tij dhe dekretet e tij.

[the one who] declares (Words his *QK) to Jacob decrees his and judgments his to Israel.

20 Ai nuk e ka bërë këtë me asnjë komb tjetër; dhe ato nuk i njohin dekretet e tij. Aleluja.

Not he has done thus - for any nation and judgments not they have known them praise Yahweh.
