Mateu 16
1 Pastaj iu afruan farisenjtë dhe saducenjtë dhe, për ta tunduar, i kërkuan që t’u tregojë një shenjë nga qielli.
And having approached the Pharisees and Sadducees, testing they asked Him a sign out of heaven to show them.
2 Por ai iu përgjigj atyre dhe tha: “Në mbrëmje ju thoni: “Do të jetë mot i mirë, sepse qielli është i kuq”.
And answering He said to them; Evening having come you say; Fair weather, is red for the sky.
3 Dhe në mëngjes thoni: “Sot do të jetë stuhi, sepse qielli është i kuq dhe i vranët”. Hipokritë, pra, ju dini të dalloni dukuritë e qiellit, por nuk arrini të kuptoni shenjat e kohës?
And in the morning; Today a storm, is red for being overcast the sky. (hypocrites *K) The indeed appearance of the sky you know [how] to discern, however the signs of the times not you are able?
4 Një brez i mbrapshtë dhe kurorëshkelës kërkon një shenjë, por nuk do t’i jepet asnjë shenjë, përveç shenjës së profetit Jona”. Dhe i la ata dhe shkoi.
A generation evil and adulterous a sign seeks; and a sign not will be given to it only except the sign of Jonah (prophet. *K) And having left them He went away.
5 Kur dishepujt e vet arritën në bregun tjetër, ja që kishin harruar të marrin bukë me vete.
And having come the disciples (of him *k) to the other side they forgot bread to take.
6 Dhe Jezusi u tha atyre: “Kini kujdes dhe ruhuni nga majaja e farisenjve dhe e saducenjve!”.
And Jesus said to them; do watch and do beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
7 Dhe ata arsyetuan ndërmjet tyre duke thënë: “Se nuk kemi marrë bukë”.
And they were reasoning among themselves saying Because bread not we took.
8 Por Jezusi i vuri re e iu tha atyre: “O njerëz besimpakë, përse diskutoni ndërmjet jush që nuk keni marrë bukë?
Having known [this] however Jesus said (to them: *k) Why reason you among yourselves, O [you] of little faith, because bread not (you take? *N+KO)
9 Nuk e keni kuptuar akoma dhe nuk kujtoni të pesë bukët për pesë mijë burrat dhe sa kosha keni mbledhur?
Not yet do you understand nor remember the five loaves for the five thousand and how many hand-baskets you gathered?
10 Dhe të shtatë bukët për katër mijë bu-rra dhe sa kosha keni mbushur?
Nor [remember] the seven loaves for the four thousand and how many baskets you gathered?
11 Si nuk kuptoni që nuk e kisha fjalën për bukën kur ju thashë të ruheni nga majaja e farisenjve dhe saducenjve?”.
How not understand you that not concerning (loaves *N+kO) I spoke to you? (do beware *N+kO) (also *no) of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees!
12 Atëherë ata e kuptuan se ai nuk u kishte thënë të ruheshin nga majaja e bukës, por nga doktrina e farisenjve dhe të saducenjve.
Then they understood that not He said to beware of the leaven (of the loaves *N+kO) but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
13 Pastaj Jezusi, mbasi arriti në krahinën e Cezaresë së Filipit, i pyeti dishepujt e vet: “Kush thonë njerëzit se jam unë, i Biri i njeriut?”.
Having come then Jesus into the district of Caesarea Philippi He was questioning the disciples of Him saying; Whom (Me *k) do pronounce men to be the Son of man?
14 Dhe ata thanë: “Disa Gjon Pagëzori, të tjerë Elia, të tjerë Jeremia, ose një nga profetët”.
And they said: Some indeed, John the Baptist, others however, Elijah, others however, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.
15 Ai u tha atyre: “Po ju, kush thoni se jam unë?”.
He says to them; You yourselves but whom Me do you pronounce to be?
16 Dhe Simon Pjetri duke u përgjigjur tha: “Ti je Krishti, Biri i Perëndisë të gjallë”.
Answering now Simon Peter said; You yourself are the Christ the Son of God the living.
17 Dhe Jezusi duke përgjigjur u tha: “I lumur je ti, o Simon, bir i Jonas, sepse këtë nuk ta zbuloi as mishi as gjaku, por Ati im që është në qiej.
(and *k) Answering (now *no) Jesus said to him; Blessed are you, Simon Barjona! For flesh and blood not revealed [it] to you but the Father of Mine who [is] in the heavens.
18 Dhe unë po të them gjithashtu se ti je Pjetri, dhe mbi këtë shkëmb unë do të ndërtoj kishën time dhe dyert e ferrit nuk do ta mundin atë. (Hadēs g86)
I myself also I myself also now to you say that you yourself are Peter and on this the rock I will build My church, and [the] gates of hades not will prevail against it. (Hadēs g86)
19 Dhe unë do të të jap çelësat e mbretërisë së qiejve; gjithçka që të kesh lidhur mbi tokë, do të jetë lidhur në qiej, dhe gjithçka që të kesh zgjidhur mbi tokë, do të jetë zgjidhur në qiej”.
(and *ko) I will give to you the keys of the kingdom of the heavens, and whatever (if *NK+o) you shall bind on the earth, will be bound in the heavens, and whatever (maybe *NK+o) you shall loose on the earth, will be loosed in the heavens.
20 Atëherë i urdhëroi dishepujt e vet që të mos i thonin askujt se ai ishte Jezusi, Krishti.
Then (he ordered *NK+O) the disciples (of him *k) that to no one they may say that He himself is (Jesus *k) the Christ.
21 Që nga ai çast Jezusi filloi t’u sqarojë dishepujve të vet se i duhej të shkonte në Jeruzalem, të vuante shumë për shkak të pleqve, të krerëve të priftërinjve dhe të skribëve, se do të vritej dhe do të ringjallej të tretën ditë.
From that time began Jesus (Christ *O) to show to the disciples of Him that it is necessary for Him to Jerusalem to go away and many things to suffer from the elders and chief priests and scribes and to be killed and on the third day to be raised.
22 Atëherë Pjetri e mori mënjanë dhe nisi ta qortojë duke thënë: “O Zot, të shpëtoftë Perëndia; kjo nuk do të të ndodhë kurrë”.
And having taken aside Him Peter began to rebuke Him saying; Far be it from You, Lord; certainly not will be to You this.
23 Por ai u kthye dhe i tha Pjetrit: “Shporru prej meje, o Satan! Ti je një skandal për mua, sepse s’ke ndër mënd punët e Perëndisë, por punët e njerëzve”.
And having turned He said to Peter; do go behind Me Satan! A stumbling block you are (to me, *N+kO) For not your thoughts are of those of God but [of] the [things] of men.
24 Atëherë Jezusi u tha dishepujve të vet: “Në qoftë se dikush don të vijë pas meje, ta mohojë vetveten, ta marrë kryqin e vet dhe të më ndjekë.
Then Jesus said to the disciples of Him; If anyone desires after Me to come, he should deny himself and he should take up the cross of him and he should follow Me.
25 Sepse ai që do të dojë ta shpëtojë jetën e vet, do ta humbasë; por ai që do ta humbasë jetën e vet për hirin tim, do ta gjejë atë.
Who[ever] for (maybe *N+kO) shall desire the life of him to save, will lose it; who[ever] however maybe shall lose the life of him on account of Me, will find it.
26 Ç’përfitim ka njeriu nëse fiton gjithë botën dhe pastaj e humb shpirtin e vet? Ose çfarë do të japë njeriu si shkëmbim të shpirtit të vet?
What for (will it be profitable *N+kO) [for] a man, if the world whole he shall gain, but the soul of him shall lose? Or what will give a man [as] an exchange for the soul of him?
27 Sepse Biri i njeriut do të vijë në lavdinë e Atit të vet bashkë me engjëjt e tij; dhe atëherë ai do të shpërblejë secilin sipas veprës së tij.
Is about for the Son of the man to come in the glory of the Father of Him with the angels of Him and then He will give to each according to the deeds of him.
28 Në të vërtetë ju them se disa nga ata që janë të pranishëm këtu nuk do të vdesin pa e shikuar më parë Birin e njeriut duke ardhur në mbretërinë e vet”.
Amen I say to you (that *no) there are some of those here (already standing *NK+o) who certainly not shall taste of death until when they may have seen the Son of Man coming in the kingdom of Him.
