Luka 4
1 Dhe Jezusi, plot me Frymën e Shenjtë, u kthye nga Jordani dhe Fryma e çoi në shkretëtirë,
And Jhesus ful of the Hooli Goost turnede ayen fro Jordan, and was led bi the spirit into desert fourti daies,
2 ku për dyzet ditë e tundoi djalli; gjatë atyre ditëve ai nuk hëngri asgjë, por kur ato kaluan, e mori uria.
and was temptid of the deuel, and eet nothing in tho daies; and whanne tho daies weren endid, he hungride.
3 Dhe djalli i tha: “Nëse je Biri i Perëndisë, i thuaj këtij guri të bëhet bukë”.
And the deuel seide to him, If thou art Goddis sone, seie to this stoon, that it be maad breed.
4 Por Jezusi u përgjigj duke thënë: “Éshtë shkruar: “Njeriu nuk do të rrojë vetëm me bukë, por me çdo fjalë të Perëndisë””.
And Jhesus answeride to hym, It is writun, That a man lyueth not in breed aloone, but in euery word of God.
5 Pastaj djalli e çoi në një mal të lartë dhe, për një çast, i tregoi të gjitha mbretëritë e botës.
And the deuel ladde hym in to an hiy hil, and schewide to hym alle the rewmes of the world in a moment of tyme;
6 Dhe djalli i tha: “Unë do të të jap gjithë pushtetin e këtyre mbretërive dhe lavdinë e tyre, sepse m’u dha mua në dorë dhe unë ia jap kujt të dua.
and seide to hym, Y schal yyue to thee al this power, and the glorie of hem, for to me thei ben youun, and to whom Y wole, Y yyue hem;
7 Në qoftë se ti, pra, duke rënë përmbys, më adhuron, do të jetë krejt jotja”.
therfor if thou falle doun, and worschipe bifore me, alle thingis schulen be thine.
8 Por Jezusi, duke u përgjigjur, i tha: “Largohu prej meje, Satana. Éshtë shkruar: “Adhuro Zotin, Përëndinë tënd dhe shërbeji vetëm atij””.
And Jhesus answeride, and seide to hym, It is writun, Thou schalt worschipe thi Lord God, and to hym aloone thou schalt serue.
9 Pastaj e çoi në Jeruzalem, e vuri në majë të tempullit, në cep, dhe i tha: “Nëse je Biri i Perëndisë, hidhu poshtë që këtej;
And he ledde hym in to Jerusalem, and sette hym on the pynacle of the temple, and seide to hym, If thou art Goddis sone, sende thi silf fro hennes doun;
10 sepse është shkruar: “Ai do t’u urdhërojë engjëjve të vet rreth teje të të ruajnë.
for it is writun, For he hath comaundide to hise aungels of thee, that thei kepe thee in alle thi weies,
11 Dhe ata do të të mbajnë mbi duart e tyre që këmba jote të mos ndeshë me asnjë gur””.
and that thei schulen take thee in hondis, lest perauenture thou hirte thi foote at a stoon.
12 Dhe Jezusi u përgjigj dhe i tha: “Éshtë thënë: “Mos e tundo Zotin, Perëndinë tënd””.
And Jhesus answeride, and seide to him, It is seid, Thou schalt not tempte thi Lord God.
13 Dhe kur djalli i mbaroi të gjitha tundimet, u largua prej tij, për një farë kohe.
And whanne euery temptacioun was endid, the feend wente a wei fro hym for a tyme.
14 Dhe Jezusi, në fuqinë e Frymës, u kthye në Galile dhe fama e tij u përhap në mbarë krahinën përreth.
And Jhesus turnede ayen in the vertu of the spirit in to Galilee, and the fame wente forth of hym thorou al the cuntre.
15 Dhe ai mësonte në sinagogat e tyre, i nderuar nga të gjithë.
And he tauyte in the synagogis of hem, and was magnyfied of alle men.
16 Pastaj erdhi në Nazaret, ku ishte rritur, dhe si e kishte zakon ditën e shtunë, hyri në sinagogë dhe u ngrit për të lexuar.
And he cam to Nazareth, where he was norisschid, and entride aftir his custom in the sabat dai in to a synagoge, and roos to reed.
17 I dhanë në dorë librin e profetit Isaia; e hapi dhe gjeti vendin ku ishte shkruar:
And the book of Ysaye, the prophete, was takun to hym; and as he turnede the book, he foond a place, where it was wrytun,
18 “Fryma e Zotit është mbi mua, sepse ai më vajosi për të ungjillizuar të varfërit; ai më dërgoi për të shëruar ata që e kanë zemrën të thyer, për të shpallur çlirimin e të burgosurve dhe kthimin e të parit të verbërve, për të çliruar përsëri të shtypurit,
The Spirit of the Lord on me, for which thing he anoyntide me; he sente me to preche to pore men, to hele contrite men in herte,
19 dhe për të predikuar vitin e pranueshëm të Zotit”.
and to preche remyssioun to prisoneris, and siyt to blynde men, and to delyuere brokun men in to remissioun; to preche the yeer of the Lord plesaunt, and the dai of yeldyng ayen.
20 Pastaj, si e mbylli librin dhe ia dha shërbyesit, u ul; dhe sytë e të gjithëve në sinagogë u drejtuan mbi të.
And whanne he hadde closid the book, he yaf ayen to the mynystre, and sat; and the iyen of alle men in the synagoge were biholdynge in to hym.
21 Atëherë ai nisi të thotë: “Sot ky Shkrim u përmbush në veshët tuaja”.
And he bigan to seie to hem, For in this dai this scripture is fulfillid in youre eeris.
22 Dhe të gjithë jepnin dëshmi dhe mrekulloheshin për fjalët e hirit që dilnin nga goja e tij, dhe thoshnin: “Po ky, a nuk është biri i Jozefit?”.
And alle men yauen witnessyng to hym, and wondriden in the wordis of grace, that camen forth of his mouth. And thei seiden, Whether this is not the sone of Joseph?
23 Dhe ai u tha atyre: “Me siguri ju do të më përmendni fjalën e urtë: “Mjek, shëro veten tënde”; të gjitha ato që dëgjuam se u bënë në Kapernaum, bëji edhe këtu në atdheun tënd”.
And he seide to hem, Sotheli ye schulen seie to me this liknesse, Leeche, heele thi silf. The Farisees seiden to Jhesu, Hou grete thingis han we herd don in Cafarnaum, do thou also here in thi cuntre.
24 Por ai tha: “Në të vërtetë po ju them se asnjë profet nuk mirëpritet në atdheun e vet.
And he seide, Treuli Y seie to you, that no profete is resseyued in his owne cuntre.
25 Në të vërtetë po ju them se në kohën e Elias, kur qielli u mbyll për tre vjet e gjashtë muaj dhe u bë një uri e madhe në gjithë vendin, ishin shumë të veja në Izrael;
In treuthe Y seie to you, that many widowis weren in the daies of Elie, the prophete, in Israel, whanne heuene was closid thre yeer and sixe monethis, whanne greet hungur was maad in al the erthe;
26 e megjithatë tek asnjëra nga ato nuk u dërgua Elia, përveç se te një grua e ve në Sareptë të Sidonit.
and to noon of hem was Elye sent, but in to Sarepta of Sydon, to a widowe.
27 Dhe në kohën e profetit Elize kishte shumë lebrozë në Izrael; megjithatë asnjë prej tyre nuk u pastrua, përveç Naamanit Sirian”.
And many meseles weren in Israel, vndur Helisee, the prophete, and noon of hem was clensid, but Naaman of Sirye.
28 Kur i dëgjuan këto fjalë, të gjithë ata që ishin në sinagogë u zemëruan shumë.
And alle in the synagoge herynge these thingis, weren fillid with wraththe.
29 Dhe u ngritën, e dëbuan nga qyteti dhe e çuan deri në buzë të majës së malit, mbi të cilin ishte ndërtuar qyteti i tyre, për ta hedhur poshtë.
And thei risen vp, and drouen hym out with out the citee, and ledden hym to the cop of the hil on which her citee was bildid, to caste hym doun.
30 Por ai, duke kaluar përmes tyre, u largua.
But Jhesus passide, and wente thorou the myddil of hem; and cam doun in to Cafarnaum,
31 Pastaj zbriti në Kapernaum, qytet i Galilesë, dhe i mësonte njerëzit ditët e shtuna.
a citee of Galilee, and there he tauyte hem in sabotis.
32 Dhe ata habiteshin nga mësimi i tij, sepse fjala e tij ishte me autoritet.
And thei weren astonyed in his techyng, for his word was in power.
33 Në sinagogë ishte një njeri që ishte pushtuar me frymën e një demoni të ndyrë. Ai bërtiti me zë të lartë duke thënë:
And in her synagoge was a man hauynge an vnclene feend, and he criede with greet vois,
34 “Ah, ç’ka mes nesh dhe teje, o Jezus Nazareas? A erdhe të na shkatërrosh? Unë e di se kush je ti: i Shenjti i Perëndisë!”.
and seide, Suffre, what to vs and to thee, Jhesu of Nazareth? art thou comun to leese vs? Y knowe, that thou art the hooli of God.
35 Por Jezusi e qortoi duke thënë: “Hesht dhe dil prej tij!”. Dhe demoni, pasi e përplasi përpara tyre, doli prej tij pa i bërë asgjë të keqe.
And Jhesus blamede hym, and seide, Wexe doumbe, and go out fro hym. And whanne the feend hadde cast hym forth in to the myddil, he wente a wei fro hym, and he noyede hym no thing.
36 Atëherë të gjithë i pushtoi habia dhe i thoshin njëri-tjetrit: “Ç’fjalë është kjo, vallë? Ai urdhëron me autoritet dhe pushtet frymërat e ndyra dhe ata dalin!”.
And drede was maad in alle men, and thei spaken togider, and seiden, What is this word, for in power and vertu he comaundith to vnclene spiritis, and thei gon out?
37 Dhe fama e tij përhapej në çdo vend të krahinës përreth.
And the fame was pupplischid of him in to ech place of the cuntre.
38 Mbasi doli nga sinagoga, Jezusi hyri në shtëpinë e Simonit. Vjehrrën e Simonit e kishin zënë ethe të forta; dhe ata e lutën për të.
And Jhesus roos vp fro the synagoge, and entride in to the hous of Symount; and the modir of Symountis wijf was holdun with grete fyueris, and thei preieden hym for hir.
39 Ai u përkul mbi të, qortoi ethet dhe ato e lëshuan; dhe ajo u ngrit menjëherë dhe filloi t’u shërbejë.
And Jhesus stood ouer hir, and comaundide to the feuer, and it lefte hir; and anoon sche roos vp, and seruede hem.
40 Kur perëndoi dielli, të gjithë ata që kishin të sëmurë me sëmundje të ndryshme i prunë tek ai; dhe ai i shëroi duke vënë duart mbi secilin prej tyre.
And whanne the sunne wente doun, alle that hadden sijke men with dyuerse langours, ledden hem to hym; and he sette his hoondis on ech bi `hem silf, and heelide hem.
41 Prej shumë vetëve dilnin demonë që bërtitnin dhe thoshnin: “Ti je Krishti, Biri i Perëndisë”. Por ai i qortonte dhe nuk i lejonte të flisnin, sepse ata e dinin se ai ishte Krishti.
And feendis wenten out fro manye, and crieden, and seiden, For thou art the sone of God. And he blamede, and suffride hem not to speke, for thei wisten hym, that he was Crist.
42 Kur zbardhi drita ai doli dhe shkoi në një vend të pabanuar. Por turmat e kërkonin dhe e arritën; dhe e mbanin që të mos largohej prej tyre.
And whanne the dai was come, he yede out, and wente in to a desert place; and the puple souyten hym, and thei camen to hym, and thei helden hym, that he schulde not go a wei fro hem.
43 Por ai u tha atyre: “Më duhet ta shpall lajmin e mirë të mbretërisë së Perëndisë edhe në qytete të tjera, sepse për këtë jam dërguar”.
To whiche he seide, For also to othere citees it bihoueth me to preche the kyngdom of God, for therfor Y am sent.
44 Dhe ai predikonte nëpër sinagoga të Galilesë.
And he prechide in the synagogis of Galilee.
