Gjoni 19
1 Atëherë Pilati mori Jezusin dhe dha urdhër ta fshikullonin.
At that time therefore took Pilate Jesus and flogged [Him].
2 Dhe ushtarët thurrën një kurorë me gjemba, ia vunë mbi krye dhe i veshën siper një mantel të purpurt,
And the soldiers having twisted together a crown of thorns put [it] of Him on the head and a robe purple cast around Him
3 dhe thoshnin: “Tungjatjeta, o mbret i Judenjve”; dhe i binin me shuplaka.
(and they were coming up to Him *NO) and were saying; Hail! O King of the Jews! And they were giving to Him blows with the palm.
4 Pastaj Pilati doli përsëri dhe u tha atyre: “Ja, po jua nxjerr jashtë, që ta dini se nuk gjej në të asnjë faj”.
(And *no) went forth (therefore *K) again outside Pilate and he says to them; Behold I bring to you Him out, so that you may know that no [thing] guilt I find in Him.
5 Jezusi, pra, doli, duke mbajtur kurorën prej gjembash dhe mantelin e purpurit. Dhe Pilati u tha atyre: “Ja njeriu!”.
Went forth therefore Jesus outside wearing the thorny crown and the purple robe. And he says to them; (behold *N+kO) the man!
6 Kur e panë krerët e priftërinjve dhe rojet, filluan të bërtasin, duke thënë: “Kryqëzoje, kryqëzoje!”. Pilati u tha atyre: “Merreni ju dhe kryqëzojeni, sepse unë nuk gjej në të asnjë faj”.
When therefore saw Him the chief priests and the officers, they cried out saying; do crucify do crucify (him. *k) Says to them Pilate; do take Him yourselves and do crucify [him]; I myself for no find in Him guilt.
7 Judenjtë iu përgjigjën: “Ne kemi një ligj dhe sipas ligjit tonë ai duhet të vdesë, sepse e bëri veten Bir të Perëndisë”.
Answered to him the Jews; We ourselves a law have, and according to the law (of us *k) He ought to die, because [the] Son of God Himself He made.
8 Kur Pilati i dëgjoi këto fjalë, kishte akoma më shumë frikë;
When therefore heard Pilate this word [the] more he was afraid
9 dhe, si u kthye në pretorium, i tha Jezusit: “Nga je ti?”. Por Jezusi nuk i dha kurrfarë përgjigje.
And he went into the Praetorium again and he says to Jesus; From where are You yourself? But Jesus an answer not did give to him.
10 Për këtë arsye Pilati i tha: “S’po më flet? ti s’e di që unë kam pushtet të të kryqëzoj dhe pushtet të të liroj?”.
Says therefore to Him Pilate; To me myself not speak You? Surely You know that authority I have to release You and authority I have to crucify You?
11 Jezusi u përgjigj: “Ti nuk do të kishe asnjë pushtet përmbi mua, po të mos të qe dhënë prej së larti; prandaj ai që më dorëzoi tek ti ka faj më të madh”.
Answered (to him *N+KO) Jesus; Not you were having authority against Me none, only unless it were given to you from above; Because of this the [one] (having betrayed *N+kO) Me to you greater sin has.
12 Që nga ai moment Pilati kërkoi ta lironte; por Judenjtë bërtisnin, duke thënë: “Po e lirove këtë, nuk je mik i Cezarit; kush e bën veten mbret, i kundërvihet Cezarit”.
Out of this Pilate was seeking to release Him. but the Jews (cried out *N+kO) saying; If this [man] you shall release, not you are a friend of Caesar. Everyone a king (himself *N+kO) making speaks against Caesar.
13 Pilati, pra, kur i dëgjoi këto fjalë, e çoi jashtë Jezusin dhe u ul në selinë e gjykatës, në vendin e quajtur “Kalldrëm”, e në hebraisht “Gabatha”;
Therefore Pilate having heard (words these *N+kO) brought out Jesus and sat down upon (of the *k) judgment seat at a place being named [the] Stone Pavement, in Hebrew now Gabbatha.
14 tani ishte dita e përgatitjes së Pashkës, dhe ishte afërsisht ora e gjashtë; dhe u tha Judenjve: “Ja mbreti juaj”.
It was now [the] Day of Preparation of the Passover, [the] hour (was about *N+kO) [the] sixth. And he says to the Jews; Behold the king of you!
15 Por ata bërtitën: “Largoje! Largoje! Kryqëzoje!”. Pilati u tha atyre: “Ta kryqëzoj mbretin tuaj?”. Krerët e priftërinjve u përgjigjën: “Ne s’kemi mbret tjetër përveç Cezarit!”.
(now *k) They cried out (therefore *NO) (concerning Him: *no) away away! do crucify Him! Says to them Pilate; The King of you shall I crucify? Answered the chief priests; Not we have a king only except Caesar.
16 Atëherë ai ua dorëzoi që të kryqëzohej. Dhe ata e morën Jezusin dhe e çuan tutje.
Then therefore he delivered Him to them that He may be crucified. They took (therefore *N+KO) Jesus (and *K) (they led [him] away; *K+o)
17 Dhe ai, duke mbartur kryqin e tij, u nis drejt vendit që quhej “Kafka”, që në hebraisht quhet “Golgota”,
And bearing (His own *N+kO) cross He went out to (the [place] *NK+o) being named of the Skull Place, (which *N+kO) is named in Hebrew Golgotha,
18 ku e kryqëzuan, dhe me të dy të tjerë, njërin në një anë e tjetrin në anën tjetër, dhe Jezusi në mes.
where Him they crucified and with Him others two on this side and on that side, in between now Jesus.
19 Dhe Pilati shkroi edhe një mbishkrim dhe e vuri në kryq; dhe atje ishte shkruar: “JEZUSI NAZAREAS, MBRETI I JUDENJVE”.
Wrote then also a title Pilate and put [it] on the cross. It was now written: Jesus of Nazareth the King of the Jews.
20 Kështu këtë mbishkrim e lexuan shumë nga Judenjtë, sepse vendi ku u kryqëzua Jezusi ishte afër qytetit; dhe mbishkrimi ishte shkruar hebraisht, greqisht dhe latinisht.
This therefore the title many read of the Jews, for near was the place of the city where was crucified Jesus; and it was written in Hebrew, in Latin, in Greek.
21 Prandaj krerët e priftërinjve të Judenjve i thanë Pilatit: “Mos shkruaj: “Mbreti i Judenjve”, por se ai ka thënë: “Unë jam mbreti i Judenjve””.
Were saying therefore to Pilate the chief priests of the Jews; Not do write; The King of the Jews, but for He said; King I am of the Jews.
22 Pilati u përgjigj: “Atë që kam shkruar, e kam shkruar!”.
Answered Pilate; What I have written, I have written.
23 Dhe ushtarët, mbasi e kishin kryqëzuar Jezusin, morën rrobat e tij dhe bënë katër pjesë, një pjesë për çdo ushtar, dhe tunikën. Por tunika ishte pa tegel, e endur një copë nga maja e deri në fund.
The then soldiers, when they crucified Jesus, took the garments of Him and made four parts, to each soldier a part, and also the tunic. Was now the tunic seamless, from the top woven throughout all.
24 Prandaj ata i thanë njëri-tjetrit: “Nuk e grisim, por hedhim short kujt t’i bjerë”; që të përmbushej Shkrimi, që thotë: “I ndanë midis tyre rrobat e mia, dhe hodhën short për tunikën time”. Ushtarët, pra, i bënë këto gjëra.
They said therefore to one another; Not let us tear up it, but let us cast lots for it whose it will be; that the Scripture may be fulfilled what is being spoken: They divided the garments of Mine among themselves and for the clothing of Mine they cast a lot. The indeed therefore soldiers these things did,
25 Por afër kryqit të Jezusit, qendronin nëna e tij dhe motra e nënës së tij, Maria e Kleopas dhe Maria Magdalenë.
Had been standing however by the cross of Jesus the mother of Him and the sister of the mother of Him, Mary the [wife] of Clopas and Mary Magdalene.
26 Atëherë Jezusi, kur pa nënën e tij dhe pranë saj dishepullin që donte, i tha nënës së tij: “O grua, ja biri yt!”.
Jesus therefore having seen [His] mother and the disciple already standing by whom He was loving says to the mother (of him: *k) Woman, (behold *N+kO) the son of you.
27 Pastaj i tha dishepullit: “Ja nëna jote!”. Dhe që në atë moment ai e mori në shtëpinë e vet.
Then He says to the disciple; (behold *N+kO) the mother of you. And from that [very] hour took the disciple her to [his] own.
28 Pas kësaj, Jezusi, duke ditur që tashmë çdo gjë ishte kryer, që të përmbushej Shkrimi, tha: “Kam etje!”.
After this (knowing *NK+o) Jesus that now all things has been accomplished, so that may be fulfilled the Scripture, He says; I thirst.
29 Por aty ishte një enë plot me uthull. Pasi shtinë një sfungjer në uthull dhe e vunë në majë të një dege hisopi, ia afruan te goja.
A vessel (therefore *K) was set [there] of sour wine full. a sponge (therefore full of the *N+KO) sour wine (and *k) on a hyssop stalk having put they brought it to the mouth.
30 Kur Jezusi e mori uthullën, tha: “U krye!”. Dhe duke ulur kryet, dha frymën.
When then took the sour wine Jesus He said; It has been finished. And having bowed the head He yielded up the spirit.
31 Duke qenë se ishte dita e Përgatitjes, me qëllim që trupat të mos qëndronin në kryq të shtunën, sepse ajo e shtunë ishte një ditë me rëndësi të veçantë, Judenjtë i kërkuan Pilatit që atyre t’u thyheshin kërcinjtë dhe të hiqeshin që andej.
Therefore the Jews, since [the] Preparation was, so that not may remain on the cross the bodies on the Sabbath — was for a high day of that Sabbath — asked Pilate that may be broken their legs and they may be taken away.
32 Ushtarët, pra, erdhën dhe ia thyen kërcinjtë të parit dhe pastaj edhe tjetrit që ishte kryqëzuar me të;
Came therefore the soldiers and of the indeed first broke the legs and of the other which having been crucified with Him.
33 por, kur erdhën te Jezusi, dhe si panë se ai tashmë kishte vdekur, nuk ia thyen kërcinjtë,
to however Jesus having come, when they saw already Him having been dead, not they did break His legs,
34 por njëri nga ushtarët ia tejshpoi brinjën me një heshtë, dhe menjëherë i doli gjak e ujë.
But one of the soldiers with a spear of His side pierced, and came out immediately blood and water.
35 Dhe ai që ka parë, ka dëshmuar për këtë, dhe dëshmia e tij është e vërtetë; dhe ai e di se thotë të vërtetën, që ju të besoni.
And the [one] having seen has borne witness and true of him is the testimony And He knows that truth he is speaking, that (also *no) you yourselves (may believe. *NK+o)
36 Këto gjëra në fakt ndodhën që të përmbushet Shkrimi: “Nuk do t’i thyhet asnjë eshtër”.
Took place for these things so that the Scripture may be fulfilled: Bone not one will be broken (from *o) of Him.
37 Dhe akoma një Shkrim tjetër thotë: “Do të vështrojnë atë që e kanë tejshpuar”.
And again another Scripture says: They will behold on the [One] they have pierced.
38 Pas këtyre gjërave, Jozefi nga Arimatea, që ishte dishepull i Jezusit, por fshehtas nga druajtja e Judenjve, i kërkoi Pilatit që mund ta merrte trupin e Jezusit; dhe Pilati i dha leje. Atëherë ai erdhi dhe e mori trupin e Jezusit.
After then these things asked Pilate Joseph from Arimathea being a disciple of Jesus — concealed however through the fear of the Jews — that he may take away the body of Jesus. and gave permission Pilate. He came therefore and he took away the body (of Him. *N+KO)
39 Por erdhi dhe Nikodemi, i cili më përpara kishte vajtur te Jezusi natën, duke sjellë një përzierje prej mirre dhe aloe, prej rreth njëqind librash.
Came now also Nicodemus the [one] having come to (Him *N+KO) by night at the first bearing (a mixture *NK+O) of myrrh and aloes (about *N+kO) litras a hundred.
40 Ata, pra, e morën trupin e Jezusit dhe e mbështollën në pëlhura liri me erëra të këndëshme, sipas zakonit të varrimit që ndiqnin Judenjtë.
They took therefore the body of Jesus and bound it (in *o) in linen cloths with the spices, even as [the] custom is among the Jews to prepare for burial.
41 Por në atë vend ku ai u kryqëzua ishte një kopsht, dhe në kopsht një varr i ri, në të cilën ende nuk ishte vënë askush.
There was now in the place where He was crucified a garden and in the garden a tomb new in which not yet no [one] (was *no) ([already] laid. *N+kO)
42 Aty, pra, për shkak të Përgatitjes së Judenjve, e vunë Jezusin, sepse varri ishte afër.
There therefore on account of the Preparation of the Jews, because near was the tomb, they laid Jesus.
