Jeremia 28

1 Po atë vit, në fillim të mbretërimit të Sedekias, mbret i Judës, në vitin e katërt, në muajin e pestë, ndodhi që Hananiahu, bir i Azurit, profetit, që ishte nga Gabaoni, më foli në shtëpinë e Zotit,

And it was don in that yeer, in the bigynnyng of the rewme of Sedechie, kyng of Juda, in the fourthe yeer, in the fyuethe monethe, Ananye, the sone of Azur, a profete of Gabaon, seide to me in the hous of the Lord, bifor the preestis, and al the puple,

2 “Kështu thotë Zoti i ushtrive, Perëndia i Izraelit: Unë thyej zgjedhën e mbretit të Babilonisë.

`and seide, The Lord of oostis, God of Israel, seith these thingis, Y haue al to-broke the yok of the kyng of Babiloyne.

3 Brenda dy vjetëve unë do të bëj që të kthehen në këtë vend të gjitha orenditë e shtëpisë së Zotit, që Nebukadnetsari, mbreti i Babilonisë, mori nga ky vend dhe i çoi në Babiloni.

Yit twei yeeris of daies ben, and Y schal make to be brouyt ayen to this place alle the vessels of the Lord, whiche Nabugodonosor, kyng of Babiloyne, took fro this place, and translatide tho in to Babiloyne.

4 Do të kthej gjithashtu në këtë vend”, thotë Zoti, “Jekoniahun, birin e Jehojakimit, mbret i Judës, me gjithë të internuarit e Judës që kanë shkuar në robëri në Babiloni, sepse do të thyej zgjedhën e mbretit të Babilonisë”.

And Y schal turne to this place, seith the Lord, Jeconye, the sone of Joachym, the kyng of Juda, and al the passyng ouer of Juda, that entriden in to Babiloyne; for Y schal al to-breke the yok of the kyng of Babiloyne.

5 Atëherë profeti Jeremia iu përgjigj profetit Hananiah në prani të priftërinjve dhe në prani të të gjithë popullit që gjendej në shtëpinë e Zotit.

And Jeremye, the profete, seide to Ananye, the profete, bifore the iyen of preestis, and bifore the iyen of al the puple that stoden in the hous of the Lord.

6 Profeti Jeremia tha: “Amen! Kështu le të bëjë Zoti! Zoti realizoftë atë që ke profetizuar, duke bërë që të kthehen nga Babilonia në këtë vend orenditë e shtëpisë së Zotit dhe të gjithë ata që janë çuar në robëri!

And Jeremye, the profete, seide to Ananye, Amen! so do the Lord; the Lord reise thi wordis whiche thou profesiedist, that the vessels be brouyt ayen in to the hous of the Lord, and al the passyng ouer fro Babiloyne, to this place.

7 Megjithatë dëgjo tani këtë fjalë që do të të them para veshëve të tu dhe para veshëve të gjithë popullit.

Netheles here thou this word, which Y speke in thin eeris, and in the eeris of al the puple.

8 Profetët që kanë ardhur para meje dhe para teje, që nga kohët e lashta kanë profetizuar kundër shumë vendeve dhe kundër mbretërive të mëdha, luftën, urinë dhe murtajën.

Profetis that weren bifore me, and bifor thee, fro the bigynnyng, and profesieden on many londis, and on many rewmes, of batel, and of turment, and of hungur.

9 Profeti që profetizon paqen, kur fjala e tij do të realizohet, do të njihet si një profet i vërtetë i dërguar nga Zoti”.

The profete that profesiede pees, whanne his word cometh, shal be knowun the profete whom the Lord sente in treuthe.

10 Atëherë profeti Hananiah mori zgjedhën nga qafa e profetit Jeremia dhe e copëtoi.

And Ananye, the profete, took the chayne fro the necke of Jeremye, the profete, and brak it.

11 Pastaj Hananiahu foli në prani të të gjithë popullit, duke thënë: “Kështu thotë Zoti: Në këtë mënyrë unë do të thyej zgjedhën e Nebukadnetsarit, mbretit të Babilonisë, brenda dy vjetëve, nga qafa e të gjitha kombeve. Profeti Jeremia iku nëpër rrugën e tij.

And Ananye, the profete, seide in the siyt of al the puple, `and seide, The Lord seith these thingis, So Y schal breke the yok of Nabugodonosor, kyng of Babiloyne, aftir twei yeeris of daies, fro the necke of alle folkis.

12 Mbasi profeti Hananiah theu zgjedhën nga qafa e profetit Jeremia, fjala e Zotit iu drejtua Jeremias, duke thënë:

And Jeremye, the profete, yede in to his weie. And the word of the Lord was maad to Jeremye, aftir that Ananye, the profete, brak the chayne fro the necke of Jeremye; and the Lord seide,

13 “Shko dhe i thuaj Hananiahut: Kështu thotë Zoti: Ti ke thyer disa zgjedha prej druri, por në vendin e tyre ke krijuar zgjedha prej hekuri.

Go thou, and seie to Ananye, The Lord seith these thingis, Thou hast al to-broke the chaynes of tre, and thou schalt make yrun chaynes for tho.

14 Kështu në fakt thotë Zoti i ushtrive, Perëndia i Izraelit: Unë vë një zgjedhë prej hekuri mbi qafën e tërë këtyre kombeve që t’i shërbejnë Nebukadnetsarit, mbretit të Babilonisë, dhe ata do t’i shërbejnë. Atij i kam dhënë gjithashtu kafshët e fushës”.

For the Lord of oostis, God of Israel, seith these thingis, Y haue set an yrun yok on the necke of alle these folkis, that thei serue Nabugodonosor, the king of Babiloyne, and thei schulen serue hym; ferthermore and Y yaf to hym the beestis of erthe.

15 Pastaj profeti Jeremia i tha profetit Hananiah: “Dëgjo, Hananiah, Zoti nuk të ka dërguar, dhe ti e ke shtyrë këtë popull t’i besojë gënjeshtrës.

And Jeremye, the profete, seide to Ananye, the profete, Ananye, here thou; the Lord sente not thee, and thou madist this puple for to triste in a leesyng.

16 Prandaj kështu thotë Zoti: “Ja, unë do të të përzë nga faqja e dheut. Sivjet ke për të vdekur, sepse ke folur për rebelim kundër Zotit””.

Therfor the Lord seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal sende thee out fro the face of erthe; in this yeer thou schalt die, for thou spakest ayens the Lord.

17 Profeti Hananiah vdiq po atë vit, në muajin e shtatë.

And Ananye, the profete, diede in that yeer, in the seuenthe monethe.
