Isaia 40
1 “Ngushëlloni, ngushëlloni popullin tim, thotë Perëndia juaj.
Comfort comfort people my he says God your.
2 I flisni zemrës së Jeruzalemit dhe i shpallni që koha e tij e luftës ka mbaruar, që paudhësia e tij është shlyer, sepse ka marrë nga duart e Zotit dyfishin për të gjitha mëkatet e tij”.
Speak to [the] heart of Jerusalem and proclaim to it that it has been completed service its for it has been accepted iniquity its that it has received from [the] hand of Yahweh double for all sins its.
3 Zëri i dikujt që bërtet në shkretëtirë: “Shtroni udhën e Zotit, hapni në shkretëtirë një rrugë për Perëndinë tonë.
A voice [is] calling in the wilderness make clear [the] way of Yahweh make straight in the desert plain a highway for God our.
4 Çdo luginë të jetë e mbushur, çdo mal dhe kodër të jenë sheshuar; vendet dredha-dredha të drejtuar dhe vëndet e vështira të sheshuar.
Every valley it will be lifted up and every mountain and hill they will become low and it will become the steep [place] level ground and the rough places a plain.
5 Atëherë lavdia e Zotit do të zbulohet dhe çdo qenie do ta shohë, sepse goja e Zotit ka folur”.
And it will be revealed [the] glory of Yahweh and they will see [it] all flesh together for [the] mouth of Yahweh it has spoken.
6 Një zë thotë: “Bërtit!”, dhe përgjigja që merr është: “Çfarë të bërtas?”. “Bërtit që çdo qenie është si bari, dhe që tërë hiri i tij është si lulja e fushës
A voice [is] saying proclaim and he said what? will I proclaim all flesh [is] grass and all loyalty its [is] like [the] flower of the field.
7 Bari thahet, lulja fishket, kur Fryma e Zotit fryn mbi të; me siguri populli nuk është veçse bar.
It dries up grass it withers a flower if [the] breath of Yahweh it blows on it truly [is] grass the people.
8 Bari thahet, lulja fishket, por fjala e Perëndisë tonë mbetet përjetë”.
It dries up grass it withers a flower and [the] word of God our it will stand for ever.
9 O Sion, ti që sjell lajmin e mirë, ngjitu mbi një mal të lartë! O Jeruzalem, ti që sjell lajmin e mirë, ngrije zërin me forcë! Ngrije zërin, mos ki frikë! Thuaju qyteteve të Judës: “Ky është Perëndia juaj!”.
On a mountain high go up yourself O bearer of news of Zion lift up with strength voice your O bearer of news of Jerusalem lift [it] up may not you be afraid say to [the] cities of Judah here! God your.
10 Ja, Perëndia, Zoti, vjen i fuqishëm dhe krahu i tij sundon për të. Ja, e ka shpërblimin me vete, dhe shpërblimi i tij e pararend.
Here! [the] Lord Yahweh a strong [one] he will come and arm his [is] ruling for him here! reward his [is] with him and recompense his [is] before him.
11 Ai do të kullosë kopenë e tij si një bari, do t’i mbledhë qengjat me krahun e tij dhe do t’i mbajë në gji të tij, dhe do të udhëheqë me ëmbëlsi dhe kujdes delet që kanë të vegjëlit e tyre.
Like a shepherd flock his he will shepherd in arm[s] his he will gather lambs and in bosom his he will carry [them] nursing [ewes] he will lead.
12 Kush i ka matur ujëat me gropën e dorës, kush ka marrë përmasat e qiellit me pëllëmbë, kush ka mbledhur pluhurin e tokës në një masë apo ka peshuar malet me një peshore dhe kodrat e tyre me një kandar?
Who? has he measured in [the] hollow of hand his [the] waters and [the] heavens with span has he marked off? and has he contained? in third of a measure [the] dust of the earth and has he weighed? with balance mountains and hills with scales.
13 Kush i ka marrë përmasat e Frymës së Zotit, ose si këshilltari i tij i ka dhënë mësime?
Who? has he directed [the] spirit of Yahweh and [the] person of counsel his will he inform? him.
14 Me kë është konsultuar, që t’i jepte mend, t’i mësonte shtegun e drejtësisë, t’i jepte dituri dhe t’i tregonte rrugën e arsyes?
With whom? did he take counsel and did he give understanding? him and did he teach? him [the] path of justice and did he teach? him knowledge and [the] way of understanding will he inform? him.
15 Ja, kombet janë si një pikë ujë në një kovë, konsiderohen si pluhuri i një peshoreje; ja, ai i ngre ishujt si të ishin një send shumë i vogël.
There! nations like a drop from a bucket and like [the] dust of scales they are regarded there! islands like fine [dust] he lifts.
16 Libani nuk do të mjaftonte për të siguruar lëndën djegëse që i duhet zjarrit, as kafshët e tij nuk do të mjaftonin për olokaustin.
And Lebanon not [is] sufficiency of burning and animal[s] its not [is] sufficiency of burnt offering.
17 Të gjitha kombet janë si një hiç para tij dhe konsiderohen prej tij si një hiç dhe një kotësi.
All the nations [are] as nothing before him from nothingness and emptiness they are regarded by him.
18 Kujt dëshironi t’i përngjajë Perëndia dhe çfarë figure do t’i vinit përballë?
And to whom? will you liken! God and what? likeness will you compare to him.
19 Një artist shkrin një shëmbëlltyrë të gdhendur dhe argjendari e vesh me ar dhe shkrin zinxhirë të vegjël prej argjendi.
The idol he has cast a craftsman and a metalsmith with gold he will overlay it and chains of silver [is] refining.
20 Ai që është tepër i varfër për një ofertë të tillë zgjedh një dru që nuk kalbet dhe gjen një artizan të shkathët, që i përgatit një shëmbëlltyrë të gdhendur që nuk lëviz.
The impoverished [person] a contribution wood [which] not it will rot he chooses a craftsman skillful he seeks for himself to prepare an idol [which] not it will be shaken.
21 Por nuk e dini, nuk e keni dëgjuar? A nuk ju është njoftuar që në fillim? Nuk e keni kuptuar nga themelet e tokës?
¿ Not do you know ¿ not do you hear ¿ not has it been told from [the] beginning to you ¿ not have you understood [the] foundations of the earth.
22 Ai është ai që rri ulur mbi rruzullin e tokës, banorët e së cilës janë si karkaleca; ai i shpalos qiejtë si një velo dhe i hap si një çadër ku mund të banosh.
The [one who] sits above [the] circle of the earth and inhabitants its [are] like grasshoppers the [one who] stretched out like curtain [the] heavens and he spread out them like tent to dwell in.
23 Ai i katandis princat në një hiç dhe i bën të panevojshëm gjykatësit e tokës.
The [one who] appoints rulers to nothing judges of [the] earth like nothingness he makes.
24 Sapo janë mbjellë, sapo janë hedhur në tokë sapo kërcelli i tyre ka lëshuar rrënjë, ai fryn mbi ta dhe ata thahen; uragani i merr me vete si kashtë.
Even not they have been planted even not they have been sown even not it has taken root in the ground rootstock their and also he blows on them and they have dried up and a tempest like chaff it carries off them.
25 “Me kë kërkoni, pra, të më ngjasoni, që të jem baras me të?”, thotë i Shenjti.
And to whom? will you liken me and I may be equal? he says [the] holy [one].
26 Ngrini sytë tuaja përpjetë dhe shikoni: Kush i krijoi këto gjëra? Ai që e nxjerr ushtrinë e tyre me shumicë dhe thërret gjithçka me emër; për madhështinë e fuqisë së tij dhe forcën e tij, asnjë nuk mungon.
Lift up height eyes your and see who? did he create these the [one who] brings out by number host their all of them by name he calls from greatness of strength and a strong [one] of power any not it is missing.
27 Pse thua, o Jakob, dhe ti, Izrael, shpall: “Rruga ime i është fshehur Zotit dhe për të drejtën time nuk kujdeset Perëndia im?
Why? do you say O Jacob so you may declare? O Israel it is hidden way my from Yahweh and from God my justice my it passes away.
28 Nuk e di ti, vallë, nuk e ke dëgjuar? Perëndia i përjetësisë, Zoti, krijuesi i kufijve të tokës, nuk mundohet dhe nuk lodhet, zgjuarësia e tij është e panjohshme.
¿ Not do you know or? not have you heard [is] a God of perpetuity - Yahweh [the one who] created [the] ends of the earth not he grows weary and not he becomes weary there not [is] inquiry to understanding his.
29 Ai i jep forcë të lodhurit dhe rrit fuqinë e të këputurit.
[he is] giving To the weary [person] strength and to [those who] there not [is] power strength he increases.
30 Të rinjtë mundohen dhe lodhen, të rinjtë e zgjedhur me siguri pengohen dhe rrëzohen,
And they may grow weary youths so they may become weary and young men certainly they stumble.
31 por ata që shpresojnë te Zoti fitojnë forca të reja, ngrihen me krahë si shqiponja, vrapojnë pa u lodhur dhe ecin pa u lodhur.
And [those who] wait for Yahweh they will renew strength they will go up wing[s] like eagles they will run and not they will become weary they will walk and not they will grow weary.
