Osea 10

1 Izraeli ishte një vresht i harlisur, që jepte fryt për veten e tij; sa më tepër rritej fryti i tij, aq më tepër i shumonte altarët e tij; sa më i pasur ishte vendi i tij, aq më të bukura i bënte shtyllat e tij të shenjta.

[was] a vine Luxuriant Israel fruit he made for himself when [it] became numerous to fruit his he multiplied the altars according to [the] good of land his they made good sacred pillars.

2 Zemra e tyre është gënjeshtare; tani do të marrin ndëshkimin për të. Ai do të rrëzojë altarët e tyre, do të shkatërrojë shtyllat e tyre të shenjta.

It is slippery heart their now they will be held guilty he he will break altars their he will destroy sacred pillars their.

3 Po, tani do të thonë: “Nuk kemi më mbret, sepse nuk kemi pasur frikë nga Zoti; por edhe mbreti çfarë do të mund të bënte për ne?”.

For now they will say not a king [belongs] to us for not we fear Yahweh and the king what? will he do for us.

4 Thonë fjalë, betohen me të rreme kur lidhin besëlidhjen; prandaj ndëshkimi lulëzon si kukuta në brazdat e arave.

They have spoken words they have sworn an oath falsehood they have made a covenant and it sprouts up like poisonous plant justice on [the] furrows of a field.

5 Banorët e Samarisë do të drithërohen për viçin e Beth-avenit, sepse populli i tij do të mbajë zi për të dhe priftërinjtë e tij që gëzoheshin me të do të dridhen, mbasi lavdia u largua prej tij.

For [the] heifers of Beth Aven they will be afraid [the] inhabitant[s] of Samaria for it will mourn on it people its and pagan priests its on it they will tremble on glory its for it has gone into exile from it.

6 Vetë idhullin do ta çojnë në Asiri si një dhuratë për mbretin mbrojtës. Efraimi do të turpërohet dhe Izraeli do të koritet për planet e tij.

Also it to Assyria it will be carried tribute to king Jareb shame Ephraim it will seize and it may be ashamed Israel from own counsel its.

7 Sa për Samarinë, mbreti i saj do të zhduket si shkuma mbi ujë.

[will] be destroyed Samaria king its like a twig on [the] surface of [the] waters.

8 Edhe vendet e larta të Avenit, mëkati i Izraelit, do të asgjësohen; ferra dhe gjemba do të rriten mbi altarët e tyre. Atëherë do t’u thonë maleve: “Na mbuloni!”, dhe kodrave: “Na bini përsipër!”.

And they will be destroyed [the] high places of wickedness [the] sin of Israel thorn[s] and thistle[s] it will grow up over altars their and they will say to the mountains cover us and to the hills fall on us.

9 “Që nga ditët e Gibeahut ti ke mëkatuar, o Izrael. Atje u ndalën; në Gibeah beteja kundër të bijve të paudhësisë nuk i arriti.

Since [the] days of Gibeah you have sinned O Israel there they have remained not will it overtake? them in Gibeah war on sons of injustice.

10 Kur të më pëlqejë, do t’i ndëshkoj; popujt do të mblidhen kundër tyre, kur t’i lidh për të dy paudhësitë e tyre.

At desire my and I will discipline them and they will be gathered on them peoples when harness them to [the] two (iniquities their. *QK)

11 Efraimi është si një mëshqerrë e stërvitur mirë, së cilës i pëlqen të shijë grurin, por unë do të vë zgjedhën mbi qafën e saj të bukur; do ta lidh Efraimin me parmendën, Juda do të lërojë, Jakobi do të thërmojë plisat”.

And Ephraim [was] a heifer trained [which] loved to thresh and I I passed over [the] goodness of neck its I will cause to draw Ephraim it will plow Judah it will harrow itself Jacob.

12 Mbillni për vete sipas drejtësisë, korrni sipas dhemshurisë, lëroni arën tuaj të lënë djerrë, sepse është koha për të kërkuar Zotin, derisa ai të vijë dhe përhapë mbi ju drejtësinë.

Sow yourselves righteousness reap a mouth of loyalty plow yourselves unplowed ground and [it is] time to seek Yahweh until he will come and he may rain down righteousness for you.

13 Ju keni lëruar ligësinë, keni korrur paudhësinë, keni ngrënë frytin e gënjeshtrës. Duke qenë se ti u ke besuar rrugëve të tua, në turmën e trimave të tu,

You have plowed wickedness injustice you have reaped you have eaten [the] fruit of lying for you have trusted in own way your in [the] multitude of warriors your.

14 një trazirë do të lindë në mes të popullit tënd dhe të gjitha fortesat e tua do të shkatërrohen ashtu si Shalmani shkatërroi Beth-arbelin, ditën e betejës, kur nëna u bë copë-copë mbi bijtë.

And it will arise an uproar among people your and all fortresses your it will be devastated like [the] devastation of Shalman Beth Arbel on [the] day of battle mother with children she was dashed in pieces.

15 Kështu do të ndodhë me ty, o Bethel, për shkak të ligësisë suaj të pamasë. Në mëngjes mbreti i Izraelit do të shkatërrohet krejt.

Thus someone will do to you O Beth-el because of [the] evil of wickedness your at dawn certainly he will be destroyed [the] king of Israel.
