1 Mbas këtyre gjërave Perëndia e vuri në provë Abrahamin dhe i tha: “Abraham!” Ai u përgjegj: “Ja ku jam”.
and to be after [the] word: thing [the] these and [the] God to test [obj] Abraham and to say to(wards) him Abraham and to say behold I
2 Dhe Perëndia tha: “Merr tani birin tënd, birin tënd të vetëm, atë që ti do, Isakun, shko në vendin e Moriahve dhe sakrifikoje në një nga malet që do të të tregoj”.
and to say to take: take please [obj] son: child your [obj] only your which to love: lover [obj] Isaac and to go: went to/for you to(wards) land: country/planet [the] (Mount) Moriah and to ascend: offer up him there to/for burnt offering upon one [the] mountain: mount which to say to(wards) you
3 Kështu Abrahami u ngrit herët në mëngjes, i vuri samarin gomarit, mori me vete dy shërbyes dhe të birin Isak dhe çau dru për sakrificën; pastaj u nis drejt vendit ku i kishte thënë Perëndia të shkonte.
and to rise Abraham in/on/with morning and to saddle/tie [obj] donkey his and to take: take [obj] two youth his with him and [obj] Isaac son: child his and to break up/open tree: wood burnt offering and to arise: rise and to go: went to(wards) [the] place which to say to/for him [the] God
4 Ditën e tretë Abrahami ngriti sytë dhe pa së largu vendin.
in/on/with day [the] third and to lift: look Abraham [obj] eye his and to see: see [obj] [the] place from distant
5 Atëherë Abrahami u tha shërbyesve të tij: “Rrini këtu bashkë me gomarin; unë dhe djali do të shkojmë deri atje dhe do të adhurojmë; pastaj do të kthehemi pranë jush”.
and to say Abraham to(wards) youth his to dwell to/for you here with [the] donkey and I and [the] youth to go: went till thus and to bow and to return: again to(wards) you
6 Kështu Abrahami mori drutë e sakrificës dhe i ngarkoi mbi Isakun, birin e tij; pastaj mori në dorë të vet zjarrin dhe u nisën rrugës që të dy.
and to take: take Abraham [obj] tree: wood [the] burnt offering and to set: put upon Isaac son: child his and to take: take in/on/with hand his [obj] [the] fire and [obj] [the] knife and to go: went two their together
7 Dhe Isaku i foli atit të tij Abraham dhe i tha: “Ati im!”. Abrahami iu përgjegj: “Ja ku jam, biri im”. Dhe Isaku tha: “Ja zjarri dhe druri, po ku është qengji për sakrificën?”.
and to say Isaac to(wards) Abraham father his and to say father my and to say behold I son: child my and to say behold [the] fire and [the] tree: wood and where? [the] sheep to/for burnt offering
8 Abrahami u përgjegj: “Djali im, Perëndia do ta sigurojë vetë qengjin për sakrificën”. Dhe vazhduan rrugën të dy bashkë.
and to say Abraham God to see: select to/for him [the] sheep to/for burnt offering son: child my and to go: went two their together
9 Kështu arritën në vendin që Perëndia i kishte treguar dhe atje Abrahami ndërtoi altarin dhe sistemoi drutë; pastaj e lidhi Isakun, birin e tij, dhe e vendosi mbi altar sipër druve.
and to come (in): come to(wards) [the] place which to say to/for him [the] God and to build there Abraham [obj] [the] altar and to arrange [obj] [the] tree: wood and to bind [obj] Isaac son: child his and to set: put [obj] him upon [the] altar from above to/for tree: wood
10 Pastaj Abrahami shtriu dorën dhe mori thikën për të vrarë të birin.
and to send: reach Abraham [obj] hand his and to take: take [obj] [the] knife to/for to slaughter [obj] son: child his
11 Por Engjëlli i Zotit thirri nga qielli dhe i tha: “Abraham, Abraham!”. Ai u përgjegj: “Ja ku jam”.
and to call: call to to(wards) him messenger: angel LORD from [the] heaven and to say Abraham Abraham and to say behold I
12 Engjëlli i tha: “Mos e zgjat dorën kundër djalit dhe mos i bëj asnjë të keqe. Tani e di mirë që ti i trembesh Perëndisë, se nuk më ke refuzuar birin tënd, të vetmin bir që ke”.
and to say not to send: reach hand your to(wards) [the] youth and not to make: do to/for him anything for now to know for afraid God you(m. s.) and not to withhold [obj] son: child your [obj] only your from me
13 Atëherë Abrahami ngriti sytë dhe shikoi; dhe ja prapa tij një dash i zënë për brirësh në një kaçube. Kështu Abrahami shkoi, mori dashin e tij dhe e ofroi si sakrificë në vend të të birit.
and to lift: look Abraham [obj] eye his and to see: see and behold ram after to grasp in/on/with thicket in/on/with horn his and to go: went Abraham and to take: take [obj] [the] ram and to ascend: offer up him to/for burnt offering underneath: instead son: child his
14 Dhe Abrahami e quajti këtë vend Jehovah Jireh. Prandaj edhe sot e kësaj dite thuhet: “Do të furnizohet mali i Zotit”.
and to call: call by Abraham name [the] place [the] he/she/it LORD Provider which to say [the] day: today in/on/with mountain: mount LORD to see: see
15 Engjëlli i Zotit e thirri për të dytën herë Abrahamin nga qielli dhe tha:
and to call: call to messenger: angel LORD to(wards) Abraham second from [the] heaven
16 “Unë betohem për veten time, thotë Zoti, se ti e bëre këtë dhe nuk kurseve tët bir, të vetmin bir që ke,
and to say in/on/with me to swear utterance LORD for because which to make: do [obj] [the] word: thing [the] this and not to withhold [obj] son: child your [obj] only your
17 unë me siguri do të të bekoj fort dhe do të shumoj pasardhësit e tu si yjet e qiellit dhe si rëra që ndodhet në brigjet e detit dhe trashëgimtarët e tu do të zotërojnë portat e armiqve të tij.
for to bless to bless you and to multiply to multiply [obj] seed: children your like/as star [the] heaven and like/as sand which upon lip: shore [the] sea and to possess: take seed: children your [obj] gate enemy his
18 Dhe tërë kombet e tokës do të bekohen te pasardhësit e tu, sepse ti iu binde zërit tim”.
and to bless in/on/with seed: children your all nation [the] land: country/planet consequence which to hear: obey in/on/with voice my
19 Pastaj Abrahami u kthye te shërbëtorët e tij, ata u ngritën dhe shkuan bashkë në Beer-Sheba. Dhe Abrahami zuri vend në Beer-Sheba.
and to return: return Abraham to(wards) youth his and to arise: rise and to go: went together to(wards) Beersheba Beersheba and to dwell Abraham in/on/with Beersheba Beersheba
20 Mbas këtyre gjërave i thanë Abrahamit këtë: “Ja, Milkah i ka lindur edhe ajo bij Nahorit, vëllait tënd;
and to be after [the] word: thing [the] these and to tell to/for Abraham to/for to say behold to beget Milcah also he/she/it son: child to/for Nahor brother: male-sibling your
21 Uzi, dhëndri i tij i parë, Buzi vëllai i tij, Kemueli babai i Aramit,
[obj] Uz firstborn his and [obj] Buz brother: male-sibling his and [obj] Kemuel father Aram
22 Kesedi, Hazoi, Pildashi, Jidlafi dhe Bethueli”.
and [obj] Chesed and [obj] Hazo and [obj] Pildash and [obj] Jidlaph and [obj] Bethuel
23 Dhe Bethuelit i lindi Rebeka. Këta tetë bij Milkah i lindi nga Nahori, vëllai i Abrahamit.
and Bethuel to beget [obj] Rebekah eight these to beget Milcah to/for Nahor brother: male-sibling Abraham
24 Konkubina e tij, që quhej Reumah, lindi edhe ajo Tebahun, Gahamin, Tahashin dhe Maakahun.
and concubine his and name her Reumah and to beget also he/she/it [obj] Tebah and [obj] Gaham and [obj] Tahash and [obj] Maacah
