Eksodi 23
1 “Nuk do të hapësh asnjë fjalë të rreme dhe nuk do t’i japësh asnjë ndihmë të pabesit për t’u bërë dëshmitar i anshëm.
Thou schalt not resseyue a vois of leesyng, nether thou schalt ioyne thin hond, that thou seie fals witnessyng for a wickid man.
2 Nuk do të shkosh pas shumicës për të bërë të keqen; dhe nuk do të dëshmosh në një çështje gjyqësore duke u radhitur nga ana e shumicës për të prishur drejtësinë.
Thou schalt not sue the cumpanye to do yuel, nether thou schalt ascente to the sentence of ful many men in doom, that thou go awey fro treuthe.
3 Nuk do të favorizosh as të varfrin në gjyqin e tij.
Also thou schalt not haue mercy of a pore man in a `cause, ethir doom.
4 Në rast se takon kaun e armikut tënd ose gomarin e tij që ka humbur rrugën, do t’ia kthesh atij.
If thou meetist `the oxe of thin enemye, ethir the asse errynge, lede thou ayen to hym.
5 Në rast se sheh gomarin e atij që të urren të shtrirë për tokë nën barrën, ruhu se e braktis, por ndihmo të zotin ta zgjidhë.
If thou seest that the asse of hym that hatith thee liggyth vndir a burthun, thou schalt not passe, but thou schalt reise with hym.
6 Mos shkel të drejtën e të varfrit tënd në gjyqin e tij.
Thou schalt not bowe in the doom of a pore man.
7 Shmangu nga çdo pavërtetësi; mos vrit të pafajshmin dhe të drejtin, sepse unë nuk do ta fal të ligun.
Thou schalt fle a lesyng. Thou schalt not sle an innocent man, and iust; for Y am aduersarie to a wickid man.
8 Mos prano asnjë dhuratë, sepse dhurata verbon atë që sheh dhe prapëson fjalët e njerëzve të drejtë.
Take thou not yiftis, that blynden also prudent men, and destryen the wordys of iust men.
9 Mos shtyp të huajin, sepse ju e njihni shpirtin e të huajit, sepse keni qenë të huaj në vendin e Egjiptit.
Thou schalt not be diseseful to a pilgrym, for ye knowen the soulis of comelyngis, for also ye weren pilgryms in the lond of Egipt.
10 Gjashtë vjet me radhë do të mbjellësh tokën tënde dhe do të korrësh frytet e saj;
Sixe yeer thou schalt sowe thi lond, and thou schalt gadre fruytis therof;
11 por vitin e shtatë do ta lësh të pushojë dhe ajo do të mbetet djerr, me qëllim që ta gëzojnë të varfrit e popullit tënd; dhe gjëja e fshatit do të hajë atë që kanë për të lënë ata. Po ashtu do të veprosh me vreshtin tënd dhe ullinjtë e tu.
forsothe in the seuenthe yeer thou schalt leeue it, and schalt make to reste, that the pore men of thi puple ete, and what euer is residue, the beestis of the feeld ete; so thou schalt do in thi vyner, and in place of olyue trees.
12 Gjashtë ditë do të bësh punën tënde por ditën e shtatë do të pushosh, me qëllim që kau yt dhe gomari yt të mund të pushojnë, dhe biri i shërbëtores sate dhe i huaji të mund ta marrin veten.
Sixe dayes thou schalt worche, in the seuenthe dai thou schalt ceesse, that thin oxe and asse reste, and the sone of thin handmaide, and the comelyng be refreischid.
13 Do t’u kushtoni kujdes tërë gjërave që ju kam thënë dhe nuk do ta shqiptoni emrin e perëndive të tjerë; të mos dëgjohet të dalë nga goja juaj.
Kepe ye alle thingis, whiche Y seide to you; and ye schulen not swere bi the name of alien goddis, nether it schal be herd of youre mouth.
14 Tri herë në vit do të më kremtosh një festë.
In thre tymes bi alle yeeris ye schulen halewe feestis to me.
15 Do të kremtosh festën e të ndormëve. Shtatë ditë do të hash bukë pa maja, siç të kam urdhëruar, në kohën e caktuar në muajin e Abibit, sepse në atë muaj ti dole nga Egjipti; dhe askush nuk do të paraqitet para meje duarbosh.
Thou schalt kepe the solempnyte of therf looues; seuene daies thou schalt ete therf breed, as Y comaundide to thee, in the tyme of monethe of newe thingis, whanne thou yedist out of Egipt; thou schalt not appere voide in my siyt.
16 Do të kremtosh edhe festën e korrjes, të prodhimit të hershëm të punës sate, të asaj që ke mbjellë në ara; si dhe festën e të vjelave, në fund të vitit, kur do të mbledhësh nga arat frytet e punës sate.
And thou schalt kepe the solempnete of the monethe of the firste thingis of thi werk, what euer thingis thou hast sowe in the feeld. Also thou schalt kepe the solempnyte in the goyng out of the yeer, whanne thou hast gaderid all thi fruytis of the feeld.
17 Tri herë në vit tërë meshkujt do të paraqiten para Perëndisë, Zotit.
Thries in the yeer al thi male kynde schal appere bifore thi Lord God.
18 Nuk do të ofrosh gjakun e flisë sime bashkë me bukën e mbrujtur; dhe yndyra e flive të festës sime nuk do të teprojë deri në mëngjes.
Thou schalt not offre the blood of thi slayn sacrifice on sour douy; nether the fatnesse of my solempnete schal dwelle til to the morewtid.
19 Do të çosh në shtëpinë e Zotit, Perëndisë tënd, të parat fruta të tokës. Nuk do ta ziesh kecin me qumështin e nënës së tij.
Thou schalt bere the firste thingis of the fruytis of thi lond in to the hows of thi Lord God. Thou schalt not sethe a kide in the mylke of his modir.
20 Ja, pra, unë po dërgoj një Engjëll para teje që të të ruajë gjatë rrugës, dhe të të futë në vendin që kam përgatitur.
Lo! Y schal sende myn aungel, that schal go bifore thee, and schal kepe in the weie, and schal lede to the place which Y haue maad redi to thee.
21 Ki kujdes para tij dhe bindju zërit të tij; mos ngri krye kundër tij, sepse ai nuk do t’i falë shkeljet tuaja, sepse emri im gjendet në të.
Take thou hede to hym, and here thou his vois, nether gesse thou hym to be dispisid; for he schal not foryyue, whanne thou synnest, and my name is in him.
22 Por në qoftë se i bindesh plotësisht zërit të tij dhe bën të gjitha ato që do të them, unë do të jem armiku i armiqve të tu dhe kundërshtari i kundërshtarëve të tu;
For if thou herest his vois, and doist alle thingis whiche Y speke, Y schal be enemy to thin enemyes, and Y schal turment hem, that turmenten thee;
23 sepse Engjëlli im do të shkojë para teje dhe do të të futë në vendin e Amorejve, të Hitejve, të Perezejve, të Kananejve, të Hivejve dhe të Jebusejve, dhe unë do t’i shfaros ata.
and myn aungel schal go bifore thee, and he schal lede yn thee to Amorrei, and Ethei, and Ferezei, and Cananey, and Euey, and Jebusei, whiche Y schal breke.
24 Nuk do përkulesh para perëndive të tyre, dhe nuk do t’u shërbesh. Nuk do të bësh atë që bëjnë ato; por do t’i shkatërrosh plotësisht dhe do të thyesh shtyllat e tyre.
Thou schalt not onoure `the goddis of hem, nether thou schalt worschipe hem; thou schalt not do the werkis of hem, but thou schalt destrie the goddis, and thou schalt breke the ymagis of hem.
25 Shërbejini Zotit, Perëndisë tuaj, ai do të bekojë bukën tënde dhe ujin tënd; dhe unë do të largoj sëmundjen nga ti.
And ye schulen serue to youre Lord God, that Y blesse thi looues, and watris, and do awei sikenesse fro the myddis of thee;
26 Në vendin tënd nuk do të ketë asnjë grua që të dështojë, asnjë grua shterpë. Unë do ta plotësoj numrin e ditëve të tua.
neithir a womman vnfruytful, neither bareyn, schal be in thi lond; Y schal fille the noumbre of thi daies.
27 Unë do të dërgoj para teje tmerrin tim dhe do t’i jap dërmën çdo populli pranë të cilit do të arrish, do të bëj që të gjithë armiqtë e tu të të kthejnë kurrizin.
Y schal sende my drede in to thi biforgoyng, and Y schal sle al the puple, to which thou schalt entre, and Y schal turne the backis of alle thin enemyes bifore thee;
28 Dhe do të dërgoj para teje grerëza, që do t’i përzënë Hivejtë, Kananejtë dhe Hitejtë para syve të tu.
and Y schal sende out bifore scrabrouns, that schulen dryue awei Euey, and Cananey, and Ethei, bifore that thou entre.
29 Nuk do t’i përzë ata para teje brenda një viti, me qëllim që vendi të mos kthehet në një shkrerëtirë dhe kafshët e fushave të mos shumëzohen kundër teje.
Y schal not caste hem out fro thi face in o yeer, lest the lond be turned in to wildirnesse, and beestis encreesse ayens thee;
30 Do t’i përzë para teje pak e nga pak, në mënyrë që ti të rritesh në numër dhe të shtiesh në dorë vendin.
litil and litil I schal caste hem out fro thi siyt, til thou be encreessid, and welde the loond.
31 Dhe unë do t’i caktoj kufijtë e tu nga Deti i Kuq në detin e Filistejve dhe nga shkretëtira deri te Lumi; sepse unë do të lë në duart e tua banorët e vendit dhe ti do t’i dëbosh para syve të tu.
Forsothe Y schal sette thi termys fro the reed see til to the see of Palestyns, and fro desert til to the flood. Y schal yyue to youre hondis the dwelleris of the lond, and Y schal caste hem out fro youre siyt;
32 Nuk do të lidhësh asnjë aleancë me ta, as edhe me perënditë e tyre.
thou schalt not make boond of pees with hem, nethir with `the goddis of hem.
33 Ata nuk do të banojnë në vendin tënd, që të mos të bëjnë të mëkatosh kundër meje: ti do t’u shërbeje perëndive të tyre, dhe kjo do të ishte një lak”.
Dwelle thei not in thi lond, lest perauenture thei make thee to do synne ayens me, yf thou seruest her goddis, which thing certis schal be to thee in to sclaundir.
