1 “Mbreti Nebukadnetsar tërë popujve, tërë kombeve dhe gjuhëve, që banojnë mbi gjithë dheun: Paqja juaj qoftë e madhe.
Nebuchadnezzar king the to all peoples the nations the and languages the which ([are] dwelling *Qk) in all earth the peace your may it increase.
2 M’u duk mirë t’i bëj të njohura shenjat dhe mrekullitë që Perëndia Më i Lartë ka kryer për mua.
Signs the and wonders the which he has done with me God (Most High the *Qk) it seemed good before me to declare.
3 Sa të mëdha janë shenjat e tij dhe sa të fuqishme mrekullitë e tij! Mbretëria e tij është një mbretëri e përjetshme dhe sundimi i tij vazhdon brez pas brezi.
[are] signs His how much! great and [are] wonders his how much! strong kingdom his [is] a kingdom of perpetuity and dominion his [is] with generation and generation.
4 Unë, Nebukadnetsari, isha i qetë në shtëpinë time dhe i gëzuar në pallatin tim.
I Nebuchadnezzar at ease I was in house my and flourishing in palace my.
5 Pashë një ëndërr që më tmerroi; mendimet që pata në shtratin tim dhe vegimet e mendjes sime më tmerruan.
A dream I saw and it made afraid me and imaginings on bed my and [the] visions of head my they alarmed me.
6 Kështu dhashë urdhër që të sillnin para meje gjithë të diturit e Babilonisë, që të më bënin të njohur interpretimin e ëndrrës.
And from me it was made a decree to bring in before me all [the] wise men of Babylon that [the] interpretation of dream the they will make known to me.
7 Atëherë erdhën magijstarët, astrologët, Kaldeasit dhe shortarët, të cilëve u tregova ëndrrën, por ata nuk mundën të më bënin të njohur interpretimin e saj.
Then ([were] going in *Qk) magicians the conjurers the (Chaldeans the *QK) and astrologers the and dream the [was] saying I before them and interpretation its not [they were] making known to me.
8 Më në fund erdhi para meje Danieli, i quajtur Beltshatsar nga emri i perëndisë tim dhe tek i cili është fryma e perëndive të shenjta, dhe unë ia tregova ëndrrën:
And until at last he came in before me Daniel who name his [is] Belteshazzar like [the] name of god my and who a spirit of gods holy [is] in him and dream the before him I said.
9 Beltshatsar, kreu i magjistarëve, sepse unë e di që fryma e perëndive të shenjta është te ti dhe që asnjë sekret nuk të shqetëson, tregomë vegimet e ëndrrës që kam parë dhe interpretimin e saj.
O Belteshazzar [the] chief of magicians the whom - I I know that a spirit of gods holy [is] in you and any secret not [is] oppressing you [the] visions of dream my which I saw and interpretation its tell!
10 Vegimet e mendjes sime kur isha në shtratin tim janë këto: Unë shikoja, dhe ja një dru në mes të dheut, lartësia e të cilit ishte madhe.
And [the] visions of head my on bed my seeing I was and lo! a tree in [the] midst of land the and height its [was] great.
11 Druri u rrit dhe u bë i fortë; maja e tij arrinte në qiell dhe ai mund të shihej nga skajet e gjithë dheut.
It grew great tree the and it grew strong and height its it reached to heavens the and [the] sight of it [was] to [the] end of all land the.
12 Gjethnaja e tij ishte e bukur, fryti i tij i bollshëm dhe ai kishte ushqim për të gjithë; poshtë tij gjenin hije kafshët e fushave, shpendët e qiellit rrinin midis degëve të tij dhe nga ai merrte ushqim çdo qenie e gjallë.
Foliage its [was] beautiful and fruit its [was] plentiful and food for all [was] on it under it it had shade - [the] animal[s] of field the and in branches its (they nested *Qk) [the] birds of heavens the and from it it fed all flesh.
13 Ndërsa në shtratin tim vëreja vegimet e mendjes sime, ja një roje, një i shenjtë, zbriti nga qielli,
Seeing I was in [the] visions of head my on bed my and lo! a watcher and a holy [one] from heavens the [was] coming down.
14 bërtiti fort dhe tha kështu: “Prisni drurin dhe këputni degët e tij, shkundni fletët e tij dhe shpërndani frytet e tij; le të largohen kafshët që rrijnë poshtë tij dhe shpendët nga degët e tij.
[he was] proclaiming With power and as follows [he was] saying cut down! tree the and cut off! branches its strip off! foliage its and scatter! fruit its let it flee animal[s] the from under it and birds the from branches its.
15 Lëreni ndërkaq në tokë cungun e rrënjëve të tij, të lidhur me zinxhirë hekuri dhe bronzi midis barit të fushave. Le të laget nga vesa e qiellit dhe le të ketë bashkë me kafshët pjesën e barit që i takon.
Nevertheless [the] stump of roots its in ground the leave! and with a fetter of iron and bronze in grass the of field the and with [the] dew of heavens the let it become wet and [be] with animal[s] the portion its in [the] grass of earth the.
16 Zemra e tij le të ndryshojë, dhe në vend të një zemre njeriu t’i jepet një zemër kafshe dhe le të kalojnë mbi të shtatë kohë.
Heart its away from (human the *Qk) let it be changed and [the] heart of an animal let it be given to it and seven times let them pass over it.
17 Kjo është dekretuar nga rojet dhe vendimi vjen nga fjala e të shenjtëve në mënyrë që të gjallët të dijnë që Shumë i Larti sundon mbi mbretërinë e njerëzve; ai ia jep atij që dëshiron dhe larton mbi të të keqin e të këqijve”.
[is] by [the] decree of Watchers command the and [is by the] word of holy [ones] affair the to [the] cause that they will know living [people] the that [is] having mastery (Most High the *Qk) over [the] kingdom of (human the *Qk) and to whomever whom he will be pleased he will give it and a lowly [one] of humankind he will set up (over it. *Qk)
18 Kjo është ëndrra që kam parë unë, mbreti Nebukadnetsar. Tani ti, Beltshatsar, jepi interpretimin, sepse asnjë nga të diturit e mbretërisë sime nuk është në gjendje të më bëjë të njohur interpretimin e saj; por ti mundesh, sepse fryma e perëndive të shenjta është te ti”.
This dream the I saw I king the Nebuchadnezzar (and you *Qk) O Belteshazzar interpretation its - tell! as to because that - all [the] wise men of kingdom my not [are] able interpretation the to make known to me (and you *Qk) [are] able who a spirit of gods holy [is] in you.
19 Atëherë Danieli, emri i të cilit është Beltshatsar, mbeti për një çast i tmerruar dhe mendimet e tij e shqetësonin. Mbreti filloi të thotë: “Beltshatsar, mos u turbullo as nga ëndrra as nga interpretimi
Then Daniel who name his [was] Belteshazzar he was appalled about a moment one and thoughts his they alarmed him [was] replying king the and [was] saying O Belteshazzar dream the and interpretation its may not it alarm you [was] replying Belteshazzar and [was] saying (O lord my *Qk) dream the ([be] for enemy your *QK) and interpretation its ([be] for adversaries your. *Qk)
20 Druri që ti ke parë, që ishtë bërë i madh dhe i fortë, maja e të cilit arrinte deri në qiell dhe që dukej nga të gjitha skajet e dheut,
Tree the which you saw which it grew great and it grew strong and height its it reached to heavens the and [the] sight of it [was] to all land the.
21 gjethnaja e të cilit ishte e bukur, fryti i bollshëm, dhe ku gjenin strehë kafshët e fushave dhe mbi degët e së cilës bënin folenë zogjtë e qiellit,
And foliage its [was] beautiful and fruit its [was] plentiful and food for all [was] on it under it it dwelt [the] animal[s] of field the and in branches its they dwelt [the] birds of heavens the.
22 je ti, o mbret, që u bëre i madh dhe i fortë; madhështia jote është rritur dhe ka arritur deri në qiell dhe sundimi yt deri në skajet e dheut.
([is] you *Qk) It king O who you have grown great and you have grown strong and greatness your it has grown great and it has reached to heavens the and dominion your [is] to [the] end earth the.
23 Sa për rojen, një i shenjtë, që mbreti e ka parë të zbresë nga qielli dhe të thotë: “Priteni drurin dhe shkatërrojeni, por lini në tokë cungun me rrënjë, të lidhur me zinxhirë hekuri dhe bronzi midis barit të fushave. Le ta lagë vesa e qiellit dhe le të ketë pjesën e tij bashkë me kafshët e fushave deri sa të kalojnë mbi të shtatë kohë”.
And that he saw king the a watcher and a holy [one] coming down - from heavens the and saying cut down! tree the and destroy it nevertheless [the] stump of roots its in ground the leave! and with a fetter of iron and bronze in grass the of field the and with [the] dew of heavens the let it become wet and [be] with [the] animal[s] of field the portion its until that seven times they will pass over it.
24 Ky është interpretimi, o mbret; ky është dekreti i Shumë të Lartit, që është lëshuar për mbretin, zotin tim;
This [is] interpretation the king O and [is] [the] decree of (Most High the *Qk) it which it has reached to (lord my *Qk) king the.
25 ti do të dëbohesh nga njerëzia dhe banesa jote do të jetë bashkë me kafshët e fushave; do të të japin të hash bar si qetë dhe do të lagesh nga vesa e qiellit; do të kalojnë mbi ty shtatë kohë, deri sa të pranosh që Shumë i Larti sundon mbi mbretërinë e njerëzve dhe ia jep atij që ai dëshiron.
And you [they will be] chasing away from humankind and with [the] animal[s] of field the it will be dwelling place your and grass like oxen - to you they will feed and from [the] dew of heavens the you [they will be] making wet and seven times they will pass (over you *Qk) until that you will know that [is] having mastery (Most High the *Qk) over [the] kingdom of humankind and to whomever whom he will be pleased he will give it.
26 Sa për urdhrin për të lënë cungun me rrënjë, kjo do të thotë se mbretëria jote do të rivendoset, mbasi të kesh pranuar që është qielli ai që sundon.
And that they said to leave [the] stump of roots its of tree the kingdom your to you [will be] enduring from that you will know that [are] having mastery heavens the.
27 Prandaj, o mbret, prano këshillën time: jepu fund mëkateve të tua duke praktikuar drejtësinë dhe paudhësive të tua duke treguar mëshirë ndaj të varfëve; ndofta begatia jote do të zgjasë”.
Therefore king O advice my let it be acceptable (to you *Qk) (and sin your *QK) by right doing break off! and iniquities your by showing mercy to poor people whether it will be a prolonging of prosperity your.
28 E tërë kjo i ndodhi mbretit Nebukadnetsar.
Everything it came on Nebuchadnezzar king the.
29 Dymbëdhjetë muaj më vonë, ndërsa shëtiste në pallatin mbretëror të Babilonisë,
To [the] end of months two plus ten on [the] palace of kingdom the of Babylon walking about he was.
30 mbreti filloi të thotë: “Nuk është kjo Babilonia e madhe, që unë ndërtova si seli mbretërore me forcën e pushtetit tim dhe për lavdinë e madhërisë sime?”.
[was] replying King the and [was] saying ¿ not [is] this it Babylon great which I I built it to a house of a kingdom by [the] strength of power my and for [the] honor of majesty my.
31 Këto fjalë ishin akoma në gojë të mbretit, kur një zë zbriti nga qielli: “Ty, o mbret Nebukadnetsar, të shpall: mbretëria jote të është hequr;
Still word the [was] in [the] mouth of king the a voice from heavens the it fell to you [they are] saying O Nebuchadnezzar king the kingdom the it has passed away from you.
32 ti do të dëbohesh nga njerëzia dhe banesa jote do të jetë me kafshët e fushave; do të të japin të hash bar si qetë dhe do të kalojnë mbi ty shtatë kohë, deri sa të pranosh që Shumë i Larti sundon mbi mbretërinë e njerëzve dhe ia jep atij që ai dëshiron.
And away from humankind you [they are] about to chase and [will be] with [the] animal[s] of field the dwelling place your grass like oxen to you they will feed and seven times they will pass (over you *Qk) until that you will know that [is] having mastery (Most High the *Qk) over [the] kingdom of humankind and to whomever whom he will be pleased he will give it.
33 Në po atë çast fjala lidhur me Nebukadnetsarin u realizua. Ai u dëbua nga njerëzia, hëngri bar si qetë dhe trupi i tij u lag nga vesa e qiellit, deri sa flokët e tij u rritën si pendët e shqiponjave dhe thonjtë e tij si kthetrat e shpendëve.
At it moment the word the it was fulfilled on Nebuchadnezzar and away from humankind he was chased and grass like oxen he ate and from [the] dew of heavens the body his it became wet until that hair his like eagles it grew long and nails his [were] like birds.
34 “Në fund të kësaj kohe, unë Nebukadnetsari ngrita sytë nga qielli dhe arsyeja m’u kthye, e bekova Shumë të Lartin dhe lëvdova dhe përlëvdova atë që rron përjetë, sundimi i të cilit është një sundim
And to [the] end of days the I Nebuchadnezzar eye my - to heavens the I lifted and understanding my on me it returned (and Most High the *Qk) I blessed and [the] [one] living of perpetuity I praised and I glorified that dominion his [is] a dominion of perpetuity and kingdom his [is] with generation and generation.
35 Tërë banorët e dheut përpara tij konsiderohen si asgjë; ai vepron si të dojë me ushtrinë e qiellit dhe me banorët e dheut. Askush nuk mund t’ia ndalë dorën ose t’i thotë: “Çfarë po bën?”.
And all ([the] inhabitants of *Qk) earth the [are] as not considered and as pleases he [he is] doing with [the] army of heavens the (and [the] inhabitants of *Qk) earth the and not there [is] who he will strike on hand his so he may say to him what? have you done.
36 Në po atë kohë m’u kthye arsyeja, dhe për lavdinë e mbretërisë sime m’u kthyen madhëria ime dhe shkëlqimi im. Këshilltarët e mi dhe të mëdhenjtë e mi më kërkuan, dhe unë u rivendosa në mbretërinë time dhe madhështia ime u rrit jashtëzakonisht.
At it time the understanding my - it returned to me and to [the] honor of kingdom my majesty my and splendor my it returned to me and me counselors my and nobles my they sought and over kingdom my it was established and greatness surpassing it was added to me.
37 Tani, unë Nebukadnetsari lëvdoj, lartësoj dhe përlëvdoj Mbretin e qiellit, sepse të gjitha veprat e tij janë të vërteta dhe rrugët e tij janë drejtësi; ai ka pushtet të poshtërojë ata që ecin me kryelartësi.
Now I Nebuchadnezzar [am] praising and [am] lifting up and [am] glorifying [the] king of heavens the who all deeds his [are] truth and ways his [are] justice and [those] who [are] walking in pride [he is] able to bring low.
