Veprat e Apostujve 8
1 Por Sauli e kishte miratuar vrasjen e tij. Në atë kohë u bë një përndjekje e madhe kundër kishës që ishte në Jeruzalem; dhe të gjithë u shpërndanë nëpër krahinat e Judesë dhe të Samarisë, me përjashtim të apostujve.
Saul now was there consenting to the killing of him. Arose then on that [very] day a persecution great against the church which [was] in Jerusalem; All (then *N+kO) were scattered throughout the regions of Judea and Samaria except the apostles.
2 Disa njerëz të përshpirtshëm e varrosën Stefanin dhe bënë gjëmë të madhe për të.
Buried now Stephen men devout and (they made *N+kO) lamentation great over him.
3 Por Sauli po shkatërronte kishën: hynte shtëpi më shtëpi, merrte me vete burra dhe gra dhe i fuste në burg.
Saul however was destroying the church by houses entering, dragging off then men and women he was delivering [them] to prison.
4 Ata, pra, që ishin shpërndarë shkonin rreth e përqark, duke shpallur fjalën.
Those indeed therefore having been scattered they went about evangelising the word.
5 Dhe Filipi zbriti në qytetin e Samarisë dhe u predikoi atyre Krishtin.
Philip now having gone down to (the *no) city of Samaria was proclaiming to them the Christ.
6 Dhe turmat, me një mendje të vetme, dëgjonin me vëmendje gjërat që thoshte Filipi, duke dëgjuar dhe duke parë mrekullitë që ai bënte.
Were giving heed (now *N+kO) the crowds to the [things] being spoken by Philip with one accord in the [time] to hear them and to see the signs that he was performing;
7 Frymëra të ndyra, pra, dilnin nga shumë të idemonizuar, duke bërtitur me zë të lartë; dhe shumë të paralizuar e të çalë shëroheshin.
(many *N+kO) for of those having spirits unclean crying voice in a loud (were coming out, *N+kO) many now paralyzed and lame were healed;
8 Dhe në atë qytet u bë gëzim i madh.
(and *k) There was (then *no) (much *N+kO) joy in the city that.
9 Prej kohësh në atë qytet ishte një njeri që quhej Simon, i cili merrej me magji dhe i bënte të çuditeshin njerëzit e Samarisë, gjoja sikur ishte njeri i madh.
A man now certain named Simon was formerly in the city practicing sorcery and amazing the people of Samaria declaring to be someone himself great;
10 Dhe të gjithë, nga më i madhi te më i vogli, ia vinin veshin, duke thënë: “Ky është fuqia e madhe e Perëndisë”.
to whom were giving heed all from small until great saying; This [one] is the power of God which (is called *NO) Great.
11 Dhe e dëgjonin, sepse prej një kohe të gjatë ai i kishte mahnitur me mjeshtrinë e tij prej magjistari.
They were giving heed now to him because the long time with the magic arts to have amazed them;
12 Por, kur i besuan Filipit, që shpalli lajmin e mirë të gjërave të mbretërisë së Perëndisë dhe emrin e Jezu Krishtit, burra dhe gra u pagëzuan.
When however they believed Philip evangelising concerning the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized men both and women.
13 Besoi edhe Simoni dhe, mbasi u pagëzua, rrinte vazhdimisht me Filipin; dhe, duke parë veprat e fuqishme dhe shenjat që ishin bërë, mbeti i çuditur.
And Simon also himself believed, and having been baptized he was steadfastly continuing with Philip, Beholding then [the] signs and miracles great being performed he was amazed.
14 Por kur apostujt dëgjuan në Jeruzalem se Samaria kishte pranuar fjalën e Perëndisë, i dërguan atyre Pjetrin dhe Gjonin.
Having heard now the in Jerusalem apostles that has received Samaria the word of God, they sent to them Peter and John;
15 Kur këta arritën, u lutën për ta, që të merrnin Frymën e Shenjtë,
who having come down they prayed for them that they may receive [the] Spirit Holy.
16 sepse ende nuk kishte zbritur mbi asnjë prej tyre, por ata vetëm ishin pagëzuar në emër të Zotit Jezus.
(Not yet *N+kO) for He was upon none of them having fallen, only however baptized they were being into the name of the (Lord *NK+O) Jesus.
17 Atëherë vunë duart mbi ta dhe ata morën Frymën e Shenjtë.
Then they were laying the hands upon them and they were receiving [the] Spirit Holy.
18 Dhe Simoni, kur pa se me vënien e duarve të apostujve jepej Fryma e Shenjtë, u ofroi atyre para,
(having seen *N+kO) now of Simon that through the laying on of the hands of the apostles was given the Spirit (holy *KO) he offered to them money
19 duke thënë: “Ma jepni edhe mua këtë pushtet, që ai të cilit do t’i vë duart, të marrë Frymën e Shenjtë”.
saying; do give also to me also to me authority this, that on whom (when *N+kO) I shall lay the hands he may receive [the] Spirit Holy.
20 Por Pjetri i tha: “Le të humbasë paraja jote dhe ti bashkë me të, sepse ti mendove se mund ta blesh me para dhuratën e Perëndisë.
Peter however said to him; The silver of you with you would [that] it be to destruction, because the gift of God you thought through money to be obtained!
21 Ti nuk ke as pjesë as short në këtë gjë, sepse zemra jote nuk është e drejtë përpara Perëndisë.
No there is to you part nor lot in matter this; the for heart of you not is right (before *N+kO) God.
22 Pendohu, pra, për këtë ligësi që ke dhe lutju Perëndisë që, po të jetë e mundur, të të falet mendimi i zemrës sate.
do repent therefore of the wickedness of yours this and do pray earnestly to the (Lord, *N+KO) if indeed will be forgiven you the intent of the heart of you.
23 Sepse unë të shoh se je në vrerin e hidhësisë dhe në prangat e paudhësisë”.
in for [the] gall of bitterness and [the] bond of iniquity I see you being.
24 Dhe Simoni, duke u përgjigjur, tha: “Lutjuni ju Zotit për mua, që të mos më ndodhë asgjë nga ato që thatë”.
Answering now Simon said; do pray earnestly you yourselves on behalf of me to the Lord, so that nothing may come upon me myself of which you have spoken.
25 Ata, pra, pasi dhanë dëshmi dhe predikuan fjalën e Zotit, u kthyen në Jeruzalem, mbasi ungjillzuan shumë fshatra të Samaritanëve.
They indeed therefore having earnestly testified and having spoken the word of the Lord (were travelling back *N+kO) to Jerusalem, to many then villages of the Samaritans (they were evangelising. *N+kO)
26 Dhe një engjëll i Zotit i foli Filipit, duke i thënë: “Çohu dhe shko drejt jugut, në rrugën që nga Jeruzalemi zbret në Gaza; ajo është e shkretë”.
An angel now of [the] Lord spoke to Philip saying; do rise up and do go toward [the] south to the road which is going down from Jerusalem to Gaza; This is [the] desert [road].
27 Ai u ngrit dhe u nis; dhe ja, një njeri Etiopas, eunuk, një zyrtar i lartë i Kandaces, mbretëreshës së Etiopisë, përgjegjës i të gjitha thesareve të saj, i cili kishte ardhur në Jeruzalem për të adhuruar.
And having risen up he went; And behold a man an Ethiopian a eunuch a potentate of Candace (the *k) queen of Ethiopians, who was over all the treasure of her, who had come to then worship to Jerusalem,
28 Tani ai po kthehej dhe, i ulur në karrocën e vet, lexonte profetin Isaia.
he was (then *NK+o) returning and sitting in the chariot of him and he was reading the prophet Isaiah.
29 Dhe Fryma i tha Filipit: “Afrohu dhe arrije atë karrocë!”.
Said then the Spirit to Philip; do go near and do be joined to the chariot this [one].
30 Filipi iu turr afër dhe, duke dëgjuar se po lexonte profetin Isaia, i tha: “A e kupton atë që lexon?”.
Having run up then Philip heard when he is reading Isaiah the prophet and said; Surely not also understand you what you are reading?
31 Ai tha: “E si do të mundja, po s’pata një që të më udhëzojë?”. Pastaj iu lut Filipit të hipë dhe të ulet pranë tij.
And he said; How for maybe would I be able only unless someone (will guide *N+kO) me? He invited then Philip having come up to sit with him.
32 Por pjesa e Shkrimit që ai po lexonte ishte kjo: “Atë e çuan si delja në thertore; dhe ashtu si qengji është memec përpara qethtarit, kështu ai nuk e hapi gojën e vet.
Now the passage of the Scripture which he was reading was this: As a sheep to slaughter He was led, and as a lamb before the [one who] (shearing *N+kO) him [is] silent, so not He opens the mouth of Him.
33 Në përuljen e tij iu mohua çfarëdolloj drejtësie; po kush do të mund ta përshkruajë brezin e tij? Sepse jeta e tij u hoq nga toka”.
In the humiliation of Him justice from Him was taken away, The (now *k) generation of Him who will describe? For is removed from the earth the life of Him.
34 Dhe eunuku iu kthye Filipit dhe tha: “Të lutem, për kë e thotë profeti këtë? Për veten e vet apo për ndonjë tjetër?”.
Answering now the eunuch to Philip said; I pray you, concerning whom the prophet says this? Concerning himself, or concerning other some?
35 Atëherë e mori fjalën Filipi dhe, duke filluar nga ky Shkrim, i shpalli Jezusin.
Having opened then Philip the mouth of him and having begun from Scripture this he evangelised to him [about] Jesus.
36 Dhe, ndërsa po vazhdonin rrugën, arritën në një vend me ujë. Dhe eunuku tha: “Ja uji! Çfarë më pengon të pagëzohem?”.
As then they were going along the road, they came upon some water and says the eunuch; Behold water; what prevents me to be baptized?
37 Dhe Filipi tha: “Nëse ti beson me gjithë zemër, mund ta bësh”. Dhe ai u përgjigj duke thënë: “Unë besoj se Jezu Krishti është Biri i Perëndisë”.
(said now Philip: if believe you from all the heart it is lawful. answering now said: I believe the son of God to be Jesus Christ. *K)
38 Urdhëroi atëherë të ndalet karroca, dhe të dy, Filipi dhe eunuku, zbritën në ujë dhe ai e pagëzoi.
And he commanded to stop the chariot, And they went down both to the water, both Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him.
39 Kur dolën nga uji, Fryma e Zotit e rrëmbeu Filipin dhe eunuku nuk e pa më; por e vazhdoi rrugën e tij me plot gëzim.
When now they came up out of the water, [the] Spirit of [the] Lord carried away Philip, and not saw him no longer no longer the eunuch; he was going for the way of him rejoicing.
40 Por Filipi u gjet në Azot; dhe, duke vazhduar, ungjillëzoi të gjitha qytetet, derisa arriti në Cezare.
Philip however was found at Azotus, and passing through he was evangelising to the towns all until coming of him to Caesarea.
