Veprat e Apostujve 7
1 Atëherë kryeprifti i tha: “A janë këto gjëra pikërisht kështu?”.
Asked then the high priest; whether (therefore *k) these things so are?
2 Ai tha: “Vëllezër dhe etër, dëgjoni. Perëndia i lavdisë iu shfaq Abrahamit, atit tonë, kur ai ishte në Mesopotami, përpara se të banonte në Haran,
And he was speaking: Men brothers and fathers, do listen. The God of glory appeared to the father of us Abraham being in Mesopotamia before than dwelling of his in Haran,
3 dhe i tha: “Dil prej vendit tënd e prej farefisit tënd dhe shko në vendin që unë do të të tregoj”.
and He said to him; do go out from the country of you and from the kindred of you and come into (the *no) land which then to you I may show.’
4 Atëherë ai doli nga vendi i Kaldeasve dhe banoi në Haran; prej andej, mbasi i vdiq i ati, Perëndia e bëri të vijë në këtë vend, ku banoni ju tani.
Then having gone out from [the] land of Chaldeans he dwelt in Haran; And from there And from there after dying the father of him He removed him into land this in which you yourselves now dwell,
5 Ai nuk i dha kurrfarë trashëgimie, as edhe vend për të vënë një këmbë. Por i premtoi t’ia japë për pronë atij dhe pasardhësve të tij, pas tij, kur ai ende s’kishte asnjë fëmijë.
And not He did give to him an inheritance in it not even [give] [the] length of a foot but He promised to give to him for a possession it and to the descendants of him after him, not there being to him a child.
6 Dhe Perëndia foli kështu: “Pasardhësit e tij do të banonin si të huaj në një vend të huaj, dhe atje do të mbaheshin në skllavëri dhe do të të keqtrajtoheshin për katërqind vjet.
Spoke however (thus *NK+O) God that will be the seed of him a sojourner in a land strange and they will enslave it and they will mistreat [it] years four hundred.
7 Por Perëndia shtoi: “Unë do ta gjykoj atë komb të cilit ata do t’i shërbejnë; dhe pas kësaj ata do të dalin dhe do të më shërbejnë në këtë vend”.
And the nation to which (then *NK+o) (they will be in bondage, *N+kO) will judge I myself, God said and after these things they will come forth and they will serve Me in place this.’
8 Pastaj i dha atij besëlidhjen e rrethprerjes. Dhe kështu Abrahamit i lindi Isaku dhe e rrethpreu të tetën ditë; Isakut i lindi Jakobi, dhe Jakobit dymbëdhjetë patriarkë.
And He gave to him [the] covenant of circumcision; and thus he begat Isaac and circumcised him on the day eighth, and Isaac Jacob, and Jacob the twelve patriarchs.
9 Patriarkët, duke pasur smirë Jozefin, e shitën në Egjipt, por Perëndia ishte me të;
And the patriarchs having envied Joseph sold [him] into Egypt; But was God with him
10 dhe e shpëtoi nga të gjitha mundimet e tij dhe i dha hir e urtësi para Faraonit, mbretit të Egjiptit, i cili e caktoi guvernator të Egjiptit dhe të mbarë shtëpisë së tij.
and rescued him out of all the tribulations of him and gave to him favor and wisdom before Pharaoh king of Egypt and he appointed him ruler over Egypt and (over *n) all the house of him.
11 Por ra një zi buke dhe u bë një shtrëngesë në gjithë vendin e Egjiptit dhe të Kanaanit, dhe etërit tanë nuk gjenin ushqime.
Came then a famine upon all the (land *k) (of Egypt *N+kO) and Canaan and affliction great and not were finding sustenance the fathers of us.
12 Por Jakobi dëgjoi se në Egjipt kishte grurë, dhe dërgoi atje herën e parë etërit tanë.
Having heard now Jacob [there] is (grain in Egypt *N+kO) he sent forth the fathers of us first,
13 Herën e dytë Jozefi u tregoi që ta njihnin vëllezërit e tij dhe Faraonit iu njoftua farefisnia e Jozefit.
and on the second time (was recognised by *NK+o) Joseph the to brothers of him, and known became to Pharaoh the family (of Joseph. *NK+O)
14 Atëherë Jozefi dërgoi ta thërresin atin e vet Jakobin dhe gjithë farefisin e vet, gjithsej shtatëdhjetë e pesë veta.
Having sent then Joseph he called for Jacob the father of him and all the kindred (of him *k) in all souls seventy five.
15 Jakobi zbriti në Egjipt, ku vdiq ai dhe etërit tanë.
(And *no) went down (now *ko) Jacob into Egypt and died he himself and the fathers of us
16 Ata pastaj i mbartën në Sikem dhe i varrosën në varrin që Abrahami pati blerë me argjend nga bijtë e Emorit, ati i Sikemit.
and they were carried over into Shechem and were placed in the tomb (which *N+kO) bought Abraham for a sum of silver from the sons of Hamor (in *N+kO) Shechem.
17 Por, ndërsa po afrohej koha e premtimit që Perëndia i ishte betuar Abrahamit, populli u shtua dhe u shumua në Egjipt,
Even as now was drawing near the time of the promise that (he agreed *N+KO) God to Abraham, increased the people and multiplied in Egypt
18 derisa doli në Egjipt një mbret tjetër që nuk e kishte njohur Jozefin.
until that there arose king another (over Egypt *NO) who not knew Joseph.
19 Ky, duke vepruar me ligësi kundër skotës sonë, i keqtrajtoi etërit tanë deri sa t’i ekspozojnë foshnjat e tyre, që të mos mbeteshin gjallë.
He having dealt treacherously with the race of us he mistreated the fathers of us making [them] the infants abandon of them unto the not to be given life.
20 Në atë kohë lindi Moisiu, dhe ishte i bukur në sytë e Perëndisë; ai u ushqye për tre muaj në shtëpinë e të atit.
In that time was born Moses and he was beautiful to God; who was brought up months three in the house of the father (of him; *k)
21 Dhe kur u ekspozua, e mori e bija e faraonit dhe e rriti si birin e vet.
(When was being exposed *N+kO) then (he *N+kO) took up him the daughter of Pharaoh and brought up him for herself for a son.
22 Kështu Moisiu u arsimua me gjithë diturinë e Egjiptasve dhe ishte i pushtetshëm në fjalë e në vepra.
And was instructed Moses (in *no) all [the] wisdom of [the] Egyptians; he was now mighty in words and (in *k) deeds (of him. *no)
23 Po kur arriti në moshën dyzet vjeçare, i erdhi në zemër të shkojë e të vizitojë vë-llezërit e tij: bijtë e Izraelit.
When then was fulfilled to him of forty years a period, it came into the mind of him to visit the brothers of him the sons of Israel.
24 Kur pa se dikujt po i bëhej një padrejtësi, e mbrojti dhe ia mori hakun të shtypurit, duke vrarë Egjiptasin.
And having seen a certain one being wronged he defended [him] and he did vengeance for the [one] being oppressed having struck down the Egyptian.
25 Dhe ai mendonte se vëllezërit e tij do ta kuptonin se Perëndia do t’u jepte çlirimin me anë të tij, por ata nuk e kuptuan.
He was supposing now to understand the brothers of him that God through [the] hand of him is giving salvation to them; but not they understood.
26 Të nesërmen ai u duk në mes tyre, ndërsa po ziheshin dhe i këshilloi për paqe, duke thënë: “O burra, ju jeni vëllezër, pse ia bëni me të padrejtë njëri-tjetrit?”.
On the and following day he appeared to those who were quarreling and (was reconciling *N+KO) them to peace having said: Men, brothers are (you yourselves; *k) why why wrong one another?
27 Por ai që ia bënte me të padrejtë fqinjit të vete shtyu, duke thënë: “Kush të ka vënë ty të parë dhe gjykatës mbi ne?
The [one] however mistreating the neighbour pushed away him having said; Who you appointed ruler and judge over (us? *N+kO)
28 Don të më vrasësh mua, ashtu si vrare dje Egjiptasin?”.
Surely not to execute me you yourself desire [the] same way you executed yesterday the Egyptian?’
29 Për shkak të këtyre fjalëve Moisiu iku dhe banoi si i huaj në vendin e Madianit, ku i lindën dy bij.
Fled then Moses at remark this and became exiled in [the] land of Midian, where he begat sons two.
30 Si kaluan dyzet vjet, engjëlli i Zotit iu shfaq në shkretëtirën e malit Sinai, në flakën e zjarrit të një ferrishteje.
And when were passing years forty appeared to him in the wilderness of the Mount Sinai an angel (of [the] Lord *K) in a flame of fire of a bush.
31 Kur e pa, Moisiu mbeti i habitur nga sa shihte; dhe, kur po afrohej për të vërejtur, dëgjoi zërin e Zotit,
And Moses having seen [it] was marvelling at the vision; When is approaching then he to behold [it], there was [the] voice of [the] Lord (to him: *K)
32 që thoshte: “Unë jam Perëndia e etërve të tu, Perëndia e Abrahamit, Perëndia e Isakut dhe Perëndia e Jakobit”. Por Moisiu, që dridhej i tëri, nuk guxonte të shikonte.
I myself [am] the God of the Fathers of you, the God of Abraham and (the God *k) of Isaac and (the God *k) of Jacob.’ Terrified then having become Moses not he was daring to look.
33 Atëherë Perëndia i tha: “Hiqi sandalet nga këmbët e tua, sepse vendi ku ti po qëndron është tokë e shenjtë.
Said then to him the Lord; do take off the sandal of the feet of you; for the place (on *N+kO) which you have stood ground holy is.
34 Unë e kam parë qartë pikëllimin e popullit tim në Egjipt dhe i dëgjova psherëtimat e tyre, dhe kam zbritur për t’i çliruar; tani, pra, eja, unë do të të dërgoj në Egjipt!”.
Having seen I saw the oppression of the people of Mine in Egypt and the groans (of them *NK+o) I have heard; and I have come down to deliver them; and now come (I may send *N+kO) you to Egypt.’
35 Atë Moisiun që e kishin refuzuar, duke thënë: “Kush të vuri ty të parë dhe gjykatës?”, po atë u dërgoi Perëndia si kryetar dhe çlirues me anë të engjëllit që i ishte shfaqur në ferrishte.
This Moses whom they rejected having said; Who you appointed ruler and judge?’ — him [whom] God [as] (and *no) ruler and redeemer (has sent by *N+kO) [the] hand of [the] angel who having appeared to him in the bush.
36 Ai i nxori jashtë, duke kryer shenja e mrekulli në vendin e Egjiptit, në Detin e Kuq dhe në shkretirë për dyzet vjet.
this one led out them having done wonders and signs in ([the] land of *NK+o) (Egypt *N+kO) and in [the] Red Sea and in the wilderness years forty.
37 Ky është ai Moisi që u tha bijve të Izraelit: “Zoti, Perëndia juaj do të nxjerrë për ju, nga mesi i vëllezërve tuaj, një profet si mua. Dëgjojeni!”.
This is the Moses having said to the sons of Israel; A prophet for you will raise up ([the] Lord *K) God (of you *K+O) out from the brothers of you like me myself (of him you will listen to. *K)
38 Ky është ai që në kuvend, në shkretëtirë, ishte me engjëllin që i fliste mbi malin Sinai dhe me etërit tanë; dhe mori fjalët e jetës për të na e përçuar neve.
This is the [one] having been in the congregation in the wilderness with the angel who is speaking to him in the Mount Sinai and of the fathers of us who received (oracles *NK+O) living to give (to us; *NK+O)
39 Etërit tanë nuk deshën t’i binden atij; madje e hodhën poshtë dhe me zemrat e tyre u kthyen nga Egjipti,
to whom not wanted obedient to be the fathers of us, but they thrust away and they turned back (in *no) (the hearts *NK+o) of them to Egypt,
40 duke i thënë Aaronit: “Na bëj disa perëndi që të na prijnë, sepse nuk dimë ç’i ka ndodhur këtij Moisiu që na nxori nga vendi i Egjiptit”.
having said to Aaron; do make us gods who will go before us; As for Moses this who brought out us from [the] land of Egypt, not we know what (happened *N+kO) to him.’
41 Dhe në ato ditë ata bënë një viç, i ofruan flijim idhullit dhe u gëzuan me veprën e duarve të tyre.
And they made a calf in the days those and offered a sacrifice to the idol and they were rejoicing in the works of the hands of them.
42 Atëherë Perëndia u tërhoq dhe i la t’i shërbejnë ushtrisë së qiellit, ashtu siç është shkruar në librin e profetëve: “O shtëpi e Izraelit, a më keni kushtuar flijime dhe olokauste për dyzet vjet në shkretëtirë?
Turned away however God and delivered them to worship the host of heaven, even as it has been written in [the] book of the prophets: Not slain beasts and sacrifices did you offer to Me years forty in the wilderness, O house of Israel?
43 Apo më shumë mbartët çadrën e Molokut dhe yllin e perëndisë suaj Remfan, imaxhe që i bëtë vetë për t’i adhuruar; për këtë arsye unë do t’ju shpërngul përtej Babilonisë”.
And You took up the tabernacle of Moloch and the star of the god of you Rephan, the images that you made to worship them; and I will remove you beyond Babylon.’
44 Etërit tuaj në shkretëtirë kishin tabernakullin e dëshmisë, ashtu siç kishte urdhëruar ai që i pati thënë Moisiut ta bëjë sipas modelit që kishte parë.
The tabernacle of the testimony was (among *K) the fathers of us in the wilderness, even as had commanded the [One] speaking to Moses to make it according to the pattern that he had seen;
45 Dhe etërit tanë, pasi e morën, e mbartën me Jozueun në vendin që e kishin pushtuar johebrenjtë, të cilët Perëndia i dëboi para etërve tanë; dhe aty qëndroi deri në ditët e Davidit,
which also brought [it] having received by succession the fathers of us with Joshua in the taking possession of the nations whom drove out God from [the] face of the fathers of us until the days of David;
46 i cili gjeti hir përpara Perëndisë dhe kërkoi të mund të gjente një banesë për Perëndinë e Jakobit.
who found favor before God and asked to find a dwelling place for the (house *N+KO) of Jacob.
47 Por qe Salomoni ai që ia ndërtoi një shtëpi.
Solomon however built for Him [the] house.
48 Por Shumë i Larti nuk banon në tempuj të ndërtuar nga dora e njeriut, sikurse thotë profeti:
Yet not the Most High in hand-made (temples *K) dwells, Even as the prophet says:
49 “Qielli është froni im dhe toka stoli i këmbëve të mia; çfarë shtëpie do të më ndërtonit ju, thotë Zoti, ose cili do të qe vendi i pushimit tim?
Heaven [is] to Me a throne, (and *NK+o) the earth a footstool of the feet of Mine; What kind of house will you build Me? says [the] Lord, or what [is] [the] place of the rest of Mine?
50 A nuk i bëri të gjitha këto gjëra dora ime?”.
Surely the hand of Mine has made these things all?’
51 O njerëz qafëfortë dhe me zemër e veshë të parrethprerë, ju gjithnjë e kundërshtoni Frymën e Shenjtë; ashtu siç bënin etërit tuaj, ashtu bëni edhe ju.
Stiff-necked and uncircumcised (in the *k+o) (hearts *N+kO) (of you *o) and in ears, you yourselves always the Spirit Holy resist, as the fathers of you also you;
52 Cilin nga profetët nuk e përndoqën etërit tuaj? Ata vranë edhe ata që paralajmeronin ardhjen e të Drejtit, për të cilin tani ju jeni bërë tradhtarë dhe vrasës;
Which of the prophets not did persecute the fathers of you? And they killed those having foretold about the coming of the Righteous One, of whom now you yourselves betrayers and murderers (have become; *N+kO)
53 ju, që e morët ligjin të shpallur nga engjëjt dhe nuk e keni respektuar!”.
who received the law by [the] ordination of angels and not kept [it].
54 Kur i dëgjuan këto fjalë, ata thereshin në zemër të tyre dhe kërcëllonin dhëmbët kundër tij.
Hearing now these things they felt cut up in the hearts of them and were gnashing the teeth at him.
55 Por ai, mbushur me Frymë të Shenjtë, i nguli sytë nga qielli, pa lavdinë e Perëndisë dhe Jezusin që rrinte në këmbë në të djathtën e Perëndisë,
He being however full of [the] Spirit Holy, having looked intently into heaven saw [the] glory of God and Jesus already standing at [the] right hand of God
56 dhe tha: “Ja, unë po shoh qiejt e hapur dhe Birin e njeriut që rri në këmbë në të djathtën e Perëndisë”.
and he said; Behold I see the heavens (opened up *N+kO) and the Son of Man at [the] right [hand] already standing of God.
57 Por ata, duke lëshuar britma të forta, i zunë veshët dhe të gjithë tok u sulën mbi të;
Having cried out then in a voice loud they held the ears of them and rushed with one accord upon him;
58 dhe, si e nxorën jashtë qytetit, e vranë me gurë. Dëshmitarët i vunë rrobat e tyre te këmbët e një djaloshi, të quajtur Saul.
and having cast [him] out of the city they were stoning [him]. And the witnesses laid aside the garments of them at the feet of a young man named Saul
59 Kështu e vranë me gurë Stefanin, që i thërriste Jezusit dhe thoshte: “O Zoti Jezus, pranoje frymën time!”.
And [as] they were stoning Stephen he was calling out and saying; Lord Jesus, do receive the spirit of mine.
60 Atëherë ra në gjunjë dhe bërtiti me zë të lartë: “O Zot, mos ua ngarko atyre këtë mëkat!”. Dhe, si tha këtë, fjeti.
Having fallen then on [his] knees he cried in a voice loud; Lord, not may place to them this sin. And this having said he fell asleep.
