2 Timoteut 2
1 Ti, pra, biri im, forcohu në hirin që është në Krishtin Jezus;
You yourself therefore, child of mine, do be strong in the grace that [is] in Christ Jesus,
2 dhe ato që dëgjove nga unë përpara shumë dëshmitarëve, jepua njerëzve besnikë, që do të jenë të aftë të mësojnë edhe të tjerë.
And [the things] which you have heard from me among many witnesses, these do yourself entrust to faithful men, such as sufficient will be also others to teach.
3 Ti, pra, duro pjesën tënde të vuajtjeve, si një ushtar i mirë i Jezu Krishtit.
(you yourself *k) (therefore *K) (do share in suffering *N+kO) as [a] good soldier of Christ Jesus.
4 Sepse asnjë nga ata që shkojnë ushtarë nuk ngatërrohet me punërat e jetës, që t’i pëlqejë atij që e mori ushtar.
No [one] serving as a soldier entangles himself in the of this life affairs, so that the [one] having enlisted him he may please.
5 Po ashtu, nëse dikush merr pjesë në gara, nuk kurorëzohet po të mos ketë luftuar sipas rregullave.
If now also shall compete anyone, not he is crowned only unless lawfully he shall compete.
6 Bujku që mundohet duhet ta marrë i pari pjesën e fryteve.
For the hardworking farmer it is necessary first of the fruits to partake;
7 Mendo për ato që të them, sepse Zoti do të të japë mend për të gjitha.
do consider ([the] thing *N+kO) I am saying; (will grant *N+kO) for you the Lord understanding in all things.
8 Kujto që Jezu Krishti, nga fisi i Davidit, u ngjall së vdekuri sipas ungjillit tim,
do remember Jesus Christ raised out from [the] dead from [the] seed of David according to gospel of mine;
9 për të cilin unë po vuaj deri edhe në pranga posi keqbërës; por fjala e Perëndisë nuk lidhet në pranga.
in which I suffer hardship even to chains as an evildoer, But the word of God not has been bound!
10 Prandaj unë i duroj të gjitha për shkak të të zgjedhurve, që ata të kenë shpëtimin që është në Krishtin Jezus, bashkë me lavdi të përjetshme. (aiōnios g166)
Because of this all things I endure for the sake of the elect, so that also they themselves [the] salvation may obtain that [is] in Christ Jesus with glory eternal. (aiōnios g166)
11 Kjo fjalë është e vërtetë, sepse, nëse ne vdiqëm me të, me të edhe do të rrojmë;
Trustworthy [is] the saying: If for we have died with [Him], also we will live with [Him];
12 në qoftë se vuajmë, do të mbretërojmë bashkë me të; po ta mohojmë, edhe ai do të na mohojë.
if we endure, also we will reign with [Him]; if (we will deny [Him], *N+kO) He also He also will deny us;
13 Nëse jemi të pabesë, ai mbetet besnik, sepse ai nuk mund të mohojë vetveten.
if we are faithless, He faithful remains; to deny (for *no) Himself not He is able.
14 Ua kujto atyre këto gjëra, duke u përbetuar përpara Zotit të mos hahen kot me fjalë pa asnjë dobi, në dëm të atyre që dëgjojnë.
These things do remind [them] solemnly charging [them] before (God *N+KO) not to quarrel about words (upon *N+kO) no [thing] profitable [but] to [the] subversion of those hearing.
15 Mundohu të dalësh përpara Perëndisë si i sprovuar, si punëtor që nuk ka pse të turpërohet, që thotë drejt fjalën e së vërtetës.
do hasten yourself approved to present to God a workman not ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.
16 Shmangu nga fjalët e kota dhe profane, sepse do të çojnë në pabesi,
But worldly empty babblings do yourself avoid; on to more for they will lead to ungodliness,
17 dhe fjala e tyre do të brejë si një gangrenë; ndër këta janë Himeneu dhe Fileti,
and the talk of them like gangrene pasture to grow will have; among whom are Hymenaeus and Philetus,
18 të cilët dolën jashtë rrugës së të vërtetës, duke thënë se ringjallja ka ngjarë dhe përmbysin besimin e disave.
who concerning the truth went astray asserting the resurrection already to have taken place, and they are overthrowing the of some faith.
19 Megjithatë themeli i fortë i Perëndisë qëndron i patundur, dhe ka këtë vulë: “Zoti i njeh të vetët”, dhe: “Le t’i largohet paudhësisë kushdo që përmend emrin e Krishtit”.
Nevertheless the firm foundation of God has stood having seal this: Knows [the] Lord those being His, and should depart from iniquity everyone who is naming the name (of the Lord. *N+KO)
20 Në një shtëpi të madhe nuk ka vetëm enë prej ari dhe argjendi, por edhe prej druri dhe balte; disa për të nderuar; të tjerat për të mos nderuar.
In a great now house not there are only vessels golden and silver but also wooden and earthen, and some indeed unto honor some however unto dishonor.
21 Pra, në qoftë se dikush pastrohet nga këto gjëra, do të jetë një enë nderi, e shenjtëruar dhe e dobishme për të zotin, e përgatitur për çdo vepër të mirë.
If therefore anyone shall cleanse himself from these, he will be a vessel for honor sanctified (and *k) useful to the Master, for every work good prepared.
22 Largohu nga pasionet rinore dhe bjeru pas drejtësisë, besimit, dashurisë dhe paqes bashkë me ata që e thërresin në ndihmë Zotin me zemër të pastër.
And youthful lusts do flee, do pursue now righteousness, faith, love, [and] peace along with those calling on the Lord out of pure a heart.
23 Shmang gjithashtu diskutimet e marra dhe pa mend, duke ditur se shkaktojnë grindje.
And foolish and ignorant speculations do refuse knowing that they breed quarrels;
24 Sepse shërbëtori i Zotit nuk duhet të zihet, por të jetë i butë me të gjithë, i aftë për të mësuar njerëzit dhe i durueshëm,
[The] bond-servant now of [the] Lord not it behooves to quarrel but gentle to be toward all, able to teach, forbearing,
25 duke i mësuar me butësi kundërshtarët, me shpresë se Perëndia ua jep atyre të pendohen, që arrijnë të njohin të vërtetën,
in gentleness disciplining those opposing, otherwise otherwise (he may give *NK+o) to them God repentance unto a knowledge of [the] truth,
26 dhe të vijnë në vete, duke shpëtuar nga laku i djallit, që i ka zënë robër të vullnetit të tij.
and they may recover out of the of the devil snare captured by him for his will.
