2 i Samuelit 16
1 Davidi sapo e kishte kaluar majën e malit; kur ja, Tsiba, shërbëtor i Mefiboshethit, i doli përpara me gomarë me samar dhe të ngarkuar me dyqind bukë, njëqind vile rrushi të thatë, njëqind fruta vere dhe një calik me verë.
And David he passed on a little from the top and there! Ziba [the] servant of Mephi-bosheth to meet him and a pair of donkeys [were] saddled and [were] on them two hundred bread[s] and one hundred bunches of raisins and one hundred summer fruit and a skin of wine.
2 Mbreti i tha Tsibas: “Ç’ke ndërmënd të bësh me këto gjëra?”. Tsiba iu përgjigj: “Gomarët do t’i shërbejnë shtëpisë së mbretit për të hipur; buka dhe frutat e verës do të përdoren për të ushqyer të rinjtë, dhe vera do të pihet nga ata që do të jenë të lodhur në shkretëtirë”.
And he said the king to Ziba what? [are] these [things] to you and he said Ziba the donkeys [are] for [the] household of the king to ride (and the bread *QK) and the summer fruit [are] to eat the young men and the wine [is] to drink the weary [person] in the wilderness.
3 Mbreti tha: “Ku është biri i zotërisë tënd?”. Tsiba iu përgjigj mbretit: “Ja, mbeti në Jeruzalem, sepse tha: “Sot shtëpia e Izraelit do të më kthejë mbretërinë e atit tim””.
And he said the king and where? [is] [the] son of master your and he said Ziba to the king there! [he is] dwelling in Jerusalem for he said this day they will restore to me [the] house of Israel [the] kingdom of father my.
4 Atëherë mbreti i tha Tsibas: “Ja, të gjitha ato që janë pronë e Mefiboshethit janë të tua”. Tsiba iu përgjigj: “Unë po bie përmbys para teje. Paça hirin tënd, o mbret, o imzot!”.
And he said the king to Ziba here! [belongs] to you all that [belonged] to Mephi-bosheth and he said Ziba I bow down may I find favor in eyes your O lord my the king.
5 Kur mbreti David arriti në Bahurim, që andej doli një njeri që ishte i fisit të shtëpisë së Saulit, ai quhej Shimei dhe ishte bir i Gerit. Ai po dilte duke shqiptuar mallkime,
And he came the king David to Bahurim and there! from there a man [was] coming out from [the] clan of [the] house of Saul and name his [was] Shimei [the] son of Gera [he was] coming out continuously and cursing.
6 dhe hidhte gurë kundër Davidit dhe gjithë shërbëtorëve të mbretit David, ndërsa tërë populli dhe tërë trimat ishin radhitur në të djathtë dhe në të majtë të mbretit.
And he stoned with stones David and all [the] servants of the king David and all the people and all the warriors [were] from right his and from left his.
7 Ndërsa mallkonte, Shimei thoshte: “Shko, pra, shko, njeri gjakatar dhe i kobshëm!
And thus he said Shimei when cursed he get out get out O man of blood and O man of worthlessness.
8 Zoti ka bërë që mbi kokën tënde të bjerë gjaku i shtëpisë së Saulit, në vend të cilit ti ke mbretëruar; dhe Zoti e ka dhënë mbretërinë në duart e Absalomit, birit tënd; dhe ja, tani je bërë rob i vetë ligësisë sate, sepse je njeri gjakatar”.
He has brought back on you Yahweh all - [the] blood of [the] house of Saul whom you have reigned (in place of him *Qk) and he has given Yahweh the kingship in [the] hand of Absalom son your and here you [are] in calamity your for [are] a man of blood you.
9 Atëherë Abishai, bir i Tserajahut, i tha mbretit: “Pse ky qen i ngordhur duhet të mallkojë mbretin, zotërinë time? Të lutem, më lër të shkoj t’i pres kokën!”.
And he said Abishai [the] son of Zeruiah to the king why? will he curse the dog dead this lord my the king let me pass over please and let me remove head his.
10 Por mbreti iu përgjigj: “Ç’kam të bëj unë me ju, bijtë e Tserujahut? Prandaj lëreni të mallkojë, sepse Zoti i ka thënë: “Mallko Davidin!”. Dhe kush mund të thotë: “Pse silleni kështu?”
And he said the king what? [is] to me and to you O sons of Zeruiah (thus *QK) he is cursing (for *QK) Yahweh he has said to him curse David and who? will he say why? have you done thus.
11 Pastaj Davidi i tha Abishait dhe tërë shërbëorëve të tij: “Ja, im bir, që ka dalë nga barku im, kërkon të më heqë jetën aq më shumë dhe ky Beniaminit! Lëreni të rrijë dhe të mallkojë, sepse ia ka urdhëruar Zoti.
And he said David to Abishai and to all servants his here! son my who he went out from inward parts my [is] seeking life my and indeed? for now [the] Ben-jaminite leave alone him so he may curse for he has spoken to him Yahweh.
12 Ndoshta Zoti do ta shohë hidhërimin tim dhe do të më bëjë të mira në vend të mallkimeve që më drejton sot”.
Perhaps he will look Yahweh (on sin my *QK) and he will repay Yahweh to me good in place of curse his the day this.
13 Kështu Davidi dhe njerëzit e tij e vazhduan rrugën e tyre; edhe Shimei ecte anës së malit, përballë Davidit, dhe rrugës e mallkonte atë, i hidhte gurë dhe pluhur.
And he went David and men his on the road. And Shimei [was] going on [the] side of the mountain parallel with him he went and he cursed and he stoned [them] with stones parallel with him and he dusted [them] with dust.
14 Mbreti dhe tërë njerëzit që ishin me të arritën në vendin e caktuar të lodhur, dhe aty e morën veten.
And he came the king and all the people which [was] with him exhausted and he refreshed himself there.
15 Ndërkohë Absalomi dhe tërë populli, njerëzit e Izraelit, kishin hyrë në Jeruzalem; Ahithofeli ishte me të.
And Absalom and all the people [the] man of Israel they came Jerusalem and Ahithophel [was] with him.
16 Kur Hushai, Arkiti, miku i Davidit, arriti tek Absalomi, Hushai i tha Absalomit: “Rroftë mbreti! Rroftë mbreti!”.
And it was just when came Hushai the Arkite [the] friend of David to Absalom and he said Hushai to Absalom may he live the king may he live the king.
17 Absalomi i tha Hushait: “Kjo është dashuria që ke për mikun tënd? Pse nuk shkove me mikun tënd?”.
And he said Absalom to Hushai [is] this loyalty your with friend your why? not did you go with friend your.
18 Hushai iu përgjigj Absalomit: “Jo, unë do të jem me atë që Zoti, gjithë ky popull dhe tërë njerëzit e Izraelit kanë zgjedhur, dhe do të mbetem me të.
And he said Hushai to Absalom In-deed [the one] whom he has chosen Yahweh and the people this and every man of Israel (to him *QK) I will belong and with him I will remain.
19 A nuk duhet vallë, të vihem në shërbim të birit të tij? Ashtu si i kam shërbyer atit tënd, në të njëjtën mënyrë do të të shërbej edhe ty”.
And the second [thing] whom? I will I serve ¿ not before son his just as I served before father your so I will be before you.
20 Atëherë Absalomi i tha Ahithofelit: “Jepni këshillën tuaj! Ç’duhet të bëjmë?”.
And he said Absalom to Ahithophel give for yourselves counsel what? will we do.
21 Ahithofeli iu përgjigj kështu Absalomit: “Hyrë te konkubinat e atit tënd që ai ka lënë për të ruajtur shtëpinë, kështu tërë Izraeli do të mësojë që je bërë i urryer për atin tënd dhe ata që janë me ty do të marrin guxim”.
And he said Ahithophel to Absalom go into [the] concubines of father your whom he left to keep the house and it will hear all Israel that you have made yourself odious with father your and they will be strong [the] hands of all who [are] with you.
22 Ngritën pastaj një çadër mbi taracën për Absalomin, dhe Absalomi hyri te konkubinat e atit të tij në sytë e tërë Izraelit.
And they pitched for Absalom the tent on the roof and he went Absalom into [the] concubines of father his to [the] eyes of all Israel.
23 Në ato ditë, këshilla e dhënë nga Ahithofeli kishte po atë vlerë të atij që kishte konsultuar fjalën e Perëndisë. Këtë vlerë kishte çdo këshillë e Ahithofelit si për Davidin ashtu dhe për Absalomin.
And [the] counsel of Ahithophel which he counseled in the days those [was] just as (he enquires anyone *QK) by [the] word of God [was] so all [the] counsel of Ahithophel both to David as well as to Absalom.
