2 i Mbretërve 21

1 Manasi ishte dymbëdhjetë vjeç kur filloi të mbretërojë, dhe e mbajti fronin pesëdhjetë e pesë vjet në Jeruzalem. E ëma quhej Eftsibah.

[was] a son of Two plus ten year[s] Manasseh when became king he and fifty and five year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Hephzi-bah.

2 Ai bëri atë që ishte e keqe në sytë e Zotit, sipas zakoneve të neveritshme të kombeve që Zoti kishte dëbuar para bijve të Izraelit.

And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to [the] abominations of the nations which he had dispossessed Yahweh from before [the] people of Israel.

3 Ai rindërtoi vende të larta që Ezekia, i ati, kishte shkatërruar; ngriti altarin e Baalit, bëri një Asherah ashtu si kishte bërë Ashabi, mbret i Izraelit; dhe adhuroi tërë ushtrinë e qiellit dhe u vu në shërbim të tij.

And he returned and he built the high places which he had destroyed Hezekiah father his and he set up altars to Baal and he made an Asherah pole just as he had done Ahab [the] king of Israel and he bowed down to all [the] host of the heavens and he served them.

4 Ai ngriti gjithashtu altare në shtëpinë e Zotit, lidhur me të cilën Zoti kishte thënë: “Në Jeruzalem do të vë emrin tim”.

And he built altars in [the] house of Yahweh which he had said Yahweh in Jerusalem I will put name my.

5 I ngriti altare tërë ushtrisë së qiellit në dy oborret e shtëpisë të Zotit.

And he built altars to all [the] host of the heavens in [the] two [the] courtyards of [the] house of Yahweh.

6 Kaloi edhe nëpër zjarr të birin, u muarr me magji dhe shortari dhe u këshillua me mediume dhe magjistarë. Bëri atë që është plotësisht e keqe në sytë e Zotit, duke shkaktuar zemërimin e tij.

And he made pass son his in the fire and he practiced soothsaying and he practiced divination and he dealt with necromancer and soothsayers he increased to do the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh to provoke [him] to anger.

7 Vuri madje një shëmbëlltyrë të gdhendur të Asherahut, që kishte bërë, në tempull, lidhur me të cilin Zoti i kishte thënë Davidit dhe Salomonit, birit të tij: “Në këtë tempull dhe në Jeruzalem, që kam zgjedhur ndër gjithë fiset e Izraelit, do të vendos emrin tim përjetë;

And he put [the] image of Asherah which he had made in the house which he had said Yahweh to David and to Solomon son his in the house this and in Jerusalem which I have chosen from all [the] tribes of Israel I will put name my for ever.

8 dhe nuk do të bëj që këmba e Izraelit të endet larg vendit që u kam dhënë etërve të tyre, me kusht që ata të kujdesen të zbatojnë në praktikë atë që kam urdhëruar dhe gjithë ligjin që Moisiu, shërbëtori im, u ka urdhëruar”.

And not I will repeat to make wander [the] foot of Israel from the ground which I gave to ancestors their only - if they will take care to do according to all that I have commanded them and to all the law which he commanded them servant my Moses.

9 Por ata nuk e dëgjuan dhe Manasi i shtyu të vepronin më keq se kombet që Zoti kishte shkatërruar para bijve të Izraelit.

And not they listened and he misled them Manasseh to do evil more than the nations which he had destroyed Yahweh from before [the] people of Israel.

10 Atëherë Zoti foli me anë të shërbëtorëve të tij, profetëve, duke thënë:

And he spoke Yahweh by [the] hand of servants his the prophets saying.

11 “Meqenëse Manasi, mbret i Judës, ka kryer këto gjëra të neveritshme (ka bërë një të keqe më të madhe se ajo që kanë bërë Amorejtë, që ishin para tij, dhe me anë të idhujve të tij e ka bërë edhe Judën të kryejë mëkate),

Because that he has done Manasseh [the] king of Judah the abominations these he has done evil more than all that they did the Amorite[s] who [was] before him and he has caused to sin also Judah with idols his.

12 kështu thotë Zoti, Perëndia i Izraelit: “Ja, unë do të sjell mbi Jeruzalemin dhe mbi Judën një fatkeqësi të tillë, sa që kushdo që ta dëgjojë do t’i tronditen veshët.

Therefore thus he says Yahweh [the] God of Israel here I [am] about to bring calamity on Jerusalem and Judah which every ([one who] hears of it *QK) they will tingle [the] two ears his.

13 Do të zgjas mbi Jeruzalem rripin matës të Samarisë dhe plumbçen e shtëpisë së Ashabit, dhe do ta pastrojë Jeruzalemin si pastrohet një pjatë e cila, pasi të jetë pastruar, kthehet përmbys.

And I will stretch out over Jerusalem [the] measuring-line of Samaria and [the] leveling tool of [the] house of Ahab and I will wipe clean Jerusalem just as someone wipes clean the bowl he wipes [it] clean and he turns [it] over on face its.

14 Kështu do të braktis mbetjen e trashëgimisë sime dhe do ta jap në duart e armiqve të tyre, dhe ata do të bëhen preja dhe plaçka e gjithë armiqve të tyre,

And I will abandon [the] remnant of inheritance my and I will give them in [the] hand of enemies their and they will become spoil and plunder to all enemies their.

15 sepse kanë bërë atë që është e keqe në sytë e mi dhe kanë shkaktuar zemërimin tim nga dita që etërit e tyre dolën nga Egjipti e deri më sot”.

Because that they have done the evil in eyes my and they have been provoking to anger me since the day when they came out ancestors their from Egypt and until the day this.

16 Manasi derdhi gjithashtu shumë gjak të pafajshëm, duke e mbushur Jeruzalemin nga njeri skaj në tjetrin, përveç mëkatit të tij që e shtyu Judën të mëkatojë, duke bërë atë që është e keqe në sytë e Zotit.

And also blood innocent he shed Manasseh much very until that he had filled Jerusalem mouth to mouth apart from sin his which he caused to sin Judah to do the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh.

17 Pjesa tjetër e veprave të Manasit, tërë ato që kreu dhe mëkatet që bëri a nuk janë të shkruara në librin e Kronikave të mbretërve të Judës?

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Manasseh and all that he did and sin his which he sinned ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.

18 Kështu Manasin e zuri gjumi me etërit e tij dhe e varrosën në kopshtin e pallatit të tij, në kopshtin e Uzas. Në vend të tij mbretëroi i biri, Amoni.

And he lay down Manasseh with ancestors his and he was buried in [the] garden of house his in [the] garden of Uzzah and he became king Amon son his in place of him.

19 Amoni ishte njëzet e dy vjeç kur filloi të mbretërojë, dhe mbajti fronin dy vjet në Jeruzalem. E ëma quhej Meshulemeth, ishte e bija e Harutsit nga Jotbahu.

[was] a son of Twenty and two year[s] Amon when became king he and two years he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Meshullemeth [the] daughter of Haruz from Jotbah.

20 Ai bëri atë që është e keqe në sytë e Zotit, ashtu si kishte vepruar i ati, Manasi.

And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh just as he had done Manasseh father his.

21 Ndoqi plotësisht rrugën e ndjekur nga i ati, u shërbeu idhujve të cilëve u kishte shërbyer i ati dhe i adhuroi.

And he walked in all the way which he had walked father his and he served the idols which he had served father his and he bowed down to them.

22 Braktisi Zotin, Perëndinë e etërve të tij, dhe nuk eci në rrugën e Zotit.

And he forsook Yahweh [the] God of ancestors his and not he walked in [the] way of Yahweh.

23 Shërbëtorët e Amonit kurdisën një komplot kundër tij dhe e vranë mbretin në pallatin e tij.

And they conspired [the] servants of Amon on him and they killed the king in own house his.

24 Por populli i vendit vrau tërë ata që kishin marrë pjesë në komplot kundër mbretit Amon dhe në vend të tij u bë mbret i biri, Josia.

And it struck down [the] people of the land all those [who] had conspired on the king Amon and they made king [the] people of the land Josiah son his in place of him.

25 Pjesa tjetër e bëmave të kryera nga Amoni a nuk janë të shkruara në librin e Kronikave të mbretit të Judës?

And [the] rest of [the] matters of Amon which he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.

26 aaa add Ai u varros në varrin e tij, në kopshtin e Uzas. Në vendin e tij mbretëroi i biri, Josia.

And someone buried him in grave his in [the] garden of Uzzah and he became king Josiah son his in place of him.
