2 i Mbretërve 15
1 Në vitin e njëzeteshtatë të Jeroboamit, mbretit të Izraelit, filloi të mbretërojë Azariahu, bir i Amatsiahut dhe mbret i Judës.
In year twenty and seven year of Jeroboam [the] king of Israel he became king Azariah [the] son of Amaziah [the] king of Judah.
2 Ishte gjashtëmbëdhjetë vjeç kur filloi të mbretërojë, dhe mbretëroi pesëdhjetë e dy vjet në Jeruzalem. E ëma quhej Jekoliah dhe ishte nga Jeruzalemi.
A son of six-teen year[s] he was when became king he and fifty and two year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Jecholiah from Jerusalem.
3 Ai bëri atë që është e drejtë në sytë e Zotit, pikërisht ashtu si kishte vepruar i ati, Amatsiahu.
And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Amaziah father his.
4 Megjithatë vendet e larta nuk u hoqën nga vendi, populli vazhdonte të bënte flijime dhe të digjte temjan në vendet e larta.
Only the high places not they were removed still the people [were] sacrificing and [were] making smoke at the high places.
5 Pastaj Zoti goditi mbretin, që u bë lebroz deri në ditën e vdekjes së tij dhe banoi në një shtëpi të izoluar; Jothami, bir i mbretit ishte mbikqyrësi i pallatit mbretëror dhe i siguronte drejtësinë popullit të vendit.
And he struck Yahweh the king and he was having a skin disease until [the] day of death his and he dwelt in [the] house of separateness and Jotham [the] son of the king [was] over the house judging [the] people of the land.
6 Pjesa tjetër e bëmave të Azariahut dhe tërë ato që bëri a nuk janë të shkruara në librin e Kronikave të mbretërve të Judës?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Azariah and all that he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.
7 Kështu Azariahun e zuri gjumi me etërit e tij dhe e varrosën bashkë me etërit e tij në qytetin e Davidit. Në vend të tij mbretëroi i biri, Jotham.
And he lay down Azariah with ancestors his and people buried him with ancestors his in [the] city of David and he became king Jotham son his in place of him.
8 Vitin e tridhjetetetë të Azariahut, mbretit të Judës, Zakaria, bir i Jeroboamit, filloi të mbretërojë mbi Izraelin në Samari, dhe e mbajti fronin gjashtë muaj.
In year thirty and eight year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Zechariah [the] son of Jeroboam over Israel in Samaria six months.
9 Ai bëri atë që është e keqe në sytë e Zotit, ashtu si kishin bërë etërit e tij; nuk u largua nga mëkatet e Jeroboamit, birit të Nebatit, që e kishte çuar në mëkat Izraelin.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh just as they had done ancestors his not he turned aside from [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel.
10 Pastaj Shalumi, bir i Jabeshit, kurdisi një komplot kundër tij; e goditi dhe e vrau përpara popullit, dhe mbretëroi në vend të tij.
And he conspired on him Shallum [the] son of Jabesh and he struck down him before [the] people and he killed him and he became king in place of him.
11 Pjesa tjetër e bëmave të Zakarisë a nuk është shkruar në librin e Kronikave të mbretërve të Izraelit?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Zechariah there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
12 Kjo ishte fjala e Zotit që i kishte thënë Jehut: “Bijtë e tu do të ulen në fronin e Izraelit deri në brezin e katërt”. Dhe kështu ndodhi.
It [was] [the] word of Yahweh which he had spoken to Jehu saying descendants of a fourth [generation] they will sit of you on [the] throne of Israel and it was thus.
13 Shalumi, bir i Jabeshit, filloi të mbretërojë vitin e tridhjetenëntë të Uziahut, mbretit të Judës, dhe mbretëroi plot një muaj në Samari.
Shallum [the] son of Jabesh he became king in year thirty and nine year of Uzziah [the] king of Judah and he reigned a month of days in Samaria.
14 Pastaj Menahemi, bir i Gadit, doli nga Titrtsahu dhe hyri në Samari; në Samaria goditi Shalumin, birin e Jabeshit, e vrau dhe mbretëroi në vend të tij.
And he went up Menahem [the] son of Gadi from Tirzah and he came Samaria and he struck down Shallum [the] son of Jabesh in Samaria and he killed him and he became king in place of him.
15 Pjesa tjetër e bëmave të Shalumit dhe komploti që ai kurdisi a nuk janë të shkruara në librin e Kronikave të mbretërve të Izraelit?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Shallum and conspiracy his which he conspired there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
16 Pastaj Menahemi, duke u nisur nga Tirtsahu, goditi Tifsahun, tërë ata që gjendeshin aty dhe territorin e tij, sepse nuk i kishin hapur portat; kështu i goditi dhe u çau barkun grave me barrë.
Then he struck Menahem Tiphsah and all [those] who [were] in it and territories its from Tirzah for not it opened and he struck [it] all pregnant [women] its he ripped open.
17 Vitin e tridhjetenëntë të mbretërisë së Azariahut, mbretit të Judës, Menahemi, bir i Gadit, filloi të mbretërojë mbi Izraelin, dhe e mbajti fronin dhjetë vjet në Samari.
In year thirty and nine year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Menahem [the] son of Gadi over Israel ten years in Samaria.
18 Ai bëri atë që është e keqe për sytë e Zotit; nuk u largua nga mëkatet e Jeroboamit, birit të Nebatit, që e kishte bërë Izraelin të kryente mëkate.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh not he turned aside from on [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel all days his.
19 Puli, mbret i Sirisë, erdhi kundër vendit. Atëherë Menahemi i dha Pulit një mijë talenta argjendi me qëllim që ta ndihmonte për ta bërë më të qëndrueshme mbretërinë në duart e tij.
He came Pul [the] king of Assyria on the land and he gave Menahem to Pul a thousand talent[s] of silver to be hands his with him to strengthen the kingdom in hand his.
20 Menahemi bëri që këto të holla të paguheshin nga Izraeli, nga të gjithë njerëzit e pasur, në masën pesëdhjetë sikla argjendi për frymë, për t’ia dhënë mbretit të Asirisë. Kështu mbreti i Asirisë u kthye dhe nuk qëndroi në vend.
And he brought out Menahem the silver on Israel on all [the] mighty [men] of wealth to give [it] to [the] king of Assyria fifty shekels silver to a man one and he returned [the] king of Assyria and not he remained there in the land.
21 Pjesa tjetër e bëmave të Menahemit dhe tërë ato që bëri a nuk janë të shkruara në librin e Kronikave të mbretërve të Izraelit?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Menahem and all that he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
22 Kështu Menahemin e zuri gjumi me etërit e tij. Në vend të tij mbretëroi i biri, Pekahiahu.
And he lay down Menahem with ancestors his and he became king Pekahiah son his in place of him.
23 Në vitën e pesëdhjetë të Azariahut, mbretit të Judës, Pekahiahu, bir i Menahemit, filloi të mbretërojë mbi Izraelin në Samari; dhe mbretëroi dy vjet.
In year fifty year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Pekahiah [the] son of Menahem over Israel in Samaria two years.
24 Ai bëri atë që është e keqe në sytë e Zotit; nuk u largua nga mëkatet e Jeroboamit, birit të Nebatit, që e kishin bërë Izraelin të kryente mëkate.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh not he turned aside from [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel.
25 Pastaj Pekahu, bir i Remaliahut, kapitenit të tij, kurdisi një komplot kundër tij dhe e goditi në Samari, në kullën e pallatit mbretëror, bashkë me Argobin dhe Ariehun, duke pasur me vete pesëdhjetë burra të Galaadit. Ai vrau dhe mbretëroi në vend të tij.
And he conspired on him Pekah [the] son of Remaliah officer his and he struck down him in Samaria in [the] fortress of [the] house of (the king *QK) with Argob and with Arieh and [were] with him fifty man from [the] sons of [the] Gileadites and he killed him and he became king in place of him.
26 Pjesa tjetër e bëmave të Pekahiahut dhe tërë ato që bëri a nuk janë të shkruara në librin e Kronikave të mbretërve të Izraelit?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Pekahiah and all that he did there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
27 Vitin e pesëdhjetedytë të Azariahut, mbretit të Judës, Pekahu, bir i Remaliahut, filloi të mbretërojë mbi Izraelin në Samari, dhe mbretëroi njëzet vjet.
In year fifty and two year of Azariah [the] king of Judah he became king Pekah [the] son of Remaliah over Israel in Samaria twenty year[s].
28 Ai bëri atë që është e keqe në sytë e Zotit; nuk u largua nga mëkatet e Jeroboamit, birit të Nebatit, që e kishte bërë Izraelin të kryente mëkate.
And he did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh not he turned aside from [the] sins of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat which he caused to sin Israel.
29 Në kohën e Pekahiahut, mbretit të Izraelit erdhi Tiglath-Pileseri, mbret i Asirisë, dhe pushtoi Ijonin, Abel-Keth-Maakahun, Janoahun, Kedeshin, Hatsorin, Galaadin, Galilenë dhe tërë vendin e Neftalit; dhe i internoi tërë banorët e tyre në Asiri.
In [the] days of Pekah [the] king of Israel he came Tiglath-pileser [the] king of Assyria and he took Ijon and Abel Beth Maacah and Janoah and Kedesh and Hazor and Gilead and Galilee towards all [the] land of Naphtali and he took into exile them Assyria towards.
30 Pastaj Hosea, bir i Elahut, kurdisi një komplot kundër Pekahut, birit të Remaliahut, e goditi dhe e vrau; kështu mbretëroi në vendin e tij, vitin e njëzetë të mbretërimit të Jothamit, birit të Uziahut.
And he conspired a conspiracy Hoshea [the] son of Elah on Pekah [the] son of Remaliah and he struck down him and he killed him and he became king in place of him in year twenty of Jotham [the] son of Uzziah.
31 Pjesa tjetër e bëmave të Pekahut dhe tërë ato që bëri a nuk janë të shkruara në librin e Kronikave të mbretërve të Izraelit?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Pekah and all that he did there they [are] written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Israel.
32 Vitin e dytë të mbretërisë së Pekahut, birit të Remaliahut, mbret i Izraelit, filloi të mbretërojë Jothami, bir i Uziahut, mbret i Judës.
In year two of Pekah [the] son of Remaliah [the] king of Israel he became king Jotham [the] son of Uzziah [the] king of Judah.
33 Kur filloi të mbretërojë ishte njëzet e pesë vjeç, dhe mbajti fronin gjashtëmbëdhjetë vjet në Jeruzalem. E ëma quhej Jerusha; ishte bijë e Tsadokut.
A son of twenty and five year[s] he was when became king he and six-teen year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his [was] Jerusha [the] daughter of Zadok.
34 Ai bëri atë që është e drejtë në sytë e Zotit; ashtu si kishte vepruar Uziahu, i ati.
And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Uzziah father his he did.
35 Megjithatë vendet e larta nuk u hoqën nga vendi; populli vazhdonte të bënte flijime dhe të digjte temjan në vendet e larta. Ai ndërtoi portën e sipërme të shtëpisë të Zotit.
Only the high places not they were removed still the people [were] sacrificing and [were] making smoke at the high places he he built [the] gate of [the] house of Yahweh upper.
36 Pjesa tjetër e bëmave të Jothmit dhe tërë ato që bëri a nuk janë të shkruara në librin e Kronikave të mbretërve të Judës?
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Jotham which he did ¿ not [are] they written on [the] scroll of [the] matters of the days of [the] kings of Judah.
37 Në atë kohë Zoti dërgoi kundër Judës, Retsinin, mbretin e Sirisë dhe Pekahun, birin e Remaliahut.
In the days those he began Yahweh to send in Judah Rezin [the] king of Aram and Pekah [the] son of Remaliah.
38 Kështu Jothamin e zuri gjumi me etërit e tij dhe u varros me ta në qytetin e Davidit, atit të tij. Në vend të tij mbretëroi i biri, Ashazi.
And he lay down Jotham with ancestors his and he was buried with ancestors his in [the] city of David ancestor his and he became king Ahaz son his in place of him.
