1 Për klasat e derëtarëve: të Korahitëve, Meshelemiahu, bir i Koreut, nga bijtë e Asafit.
For the courses of the gatekeepers: of the Korhites [is] Meshelemiah son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph;
2 Bijtë e Meshelemiahut ishin Zakaria, djali i parë, Jediaeli i dyti, Zebadiahu i treti, Jathnieli i katërti,
and to Meshelemiah [are] sons, Zechariah the first-born, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,
3 Eliami, i pesti, Jehohanani, i gjashti, Eljehoenai i shtati.
Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Elioenai the seventh.
4 Bijtë e Obed-Edomit ishin Shemajahu, djali i parë, Jehozabadi i dyti, Joahu i treti, Sakari i katërti, Nethaneli i pesti,
And to Obed-Edom [are] sons, Shemaiah the first-born, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fifth,
5 Amieli i gjashti, Isakari i shtati, Peulthai i teti, sepse Perëndia e kishte bekuar.
Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peullethai the eighth, for God hath blessed him.
6 Shemajahut, birit të tij, i lindën bij që sundonin në shtëpitë e tyre atërore, sepse ishin njerëz të fortë dhe trima.
And to Shemaiah his son have sons been born, who are ruling throughout the house of their father, for they [are] mighty of valour.
7 Bijtë e Shemajahut ishin Othni, Rafaeli, Obedi dhe Elzabadi, vëllezërit e të cilëve Elihu dhe Semakiahu ishin njerëz trima.
Sons of Shemaiah [are] Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad; his brethren [are] sons of valour, Elihu and Semachiah,
8 Tërë këta ishin bij të Obed-Edomit; ata, bijtë e tyre dhe vëllezërit e tyre, ishin njerëz të zotë, të fuqishëm dhe të aftë të kryenin shërbimin: gjashtëdhjetë pasardhës të Obed-Edomit.
all these [are] of the sons of Obed-Edom; they, and their sons, and their brethren, men of valour with might for service, [are] sixty and two of Obed-Edom.
9 Meshelemiahu pati bij dhe vëllezër, tetëmbëdhjetë trima.
And to Meshelemiah [are] sons and brethren, sons of valour, eighteen;
10 Hosahu, nga bijtë e Merarit, pati si bij: Shimrin, i pari (megjithëse nuk ishte i parëlinduri, i ati e caktoi të parë),
and to Hosah, of the sons of Merari, [are] sons: Shimri the head (though he was not first-born, yet his father setteth him for head),
11 Hilkiahun i dyti, Tebaliahun i treti, Zakarian i katërti: të marrë së bashku bijtë dhe vëllezërit e Hosahut ishin trembëdhjetë.
Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth; all the sons and brethren of Hosah [are] thirteen.
12 Këtyre klasave të derëtarëve, nëpërmjet të parëve të tyre, por edhe nëpërmjet vëllezërve të tyre, iu besuan shërbimi në shtëpinë e Zotit.
According to these [are] the courses of the gatekeepers; to the heads of the mighty ones [are] charges over-against their brethren, to minister in the house of Jehovah,
13 U hodh në short për çdo portë, qoftë të vegjëlit apo të mëdhenjtë, sipas shtëpive atërore.
and they cause to fall lots, as well the small as the great, according to the house of their fathers, for gate and gate.
14 Për portën lindore shorti i ra Shelemiahut. Pastaj u hodh shorti për portën veriore, e cila i ra birit të tij Zakaria, një këshilltar me mend.
And the lot falleth eastward to Shelemiah; and [for] Zechariah his son — a counsellor with understanding — they cause to fall lots, and his lot goeth out northward:
15 Porta jugore i ra Obed-Edomit dhe magazinat bijve të tij,
to Obed-Edom southward, and to his sons, the house of the gatherings;
16 Shupimit dhe Osahut i ra në perëndim, me portën e Shalekethit, në rrugën përpjetë, një postë roje përballë tjetrës.
to Shuppim and to Hosah to the west, with the gate Shallecheth, in the highway, the ascent, charge over-against charge;
17 Në krahun lindor qëndronin gjithnjë gjashtë Levitë çdo ditë, në krahun jugor katër çdo ditë, dhe në magazinat nga dy për secilën prej tyre.
to the east the Levites [are] six; to the north daily four, to the south daily four, and to the gatherings two by two,
18 Në Parbar, në krahun perëndimor, ishin caktuar katër veta për rrugën dhe dy për Parbarin.
at Parbar, to the west, [are] four at the highway, two at Parbar.
19 Këto ishin klasat e derëtarëve të zgjedhur midis bijve të Koreut dhe bijve të Merarit.
These are the courses of the gatekeepers, of the sons of the Korhite, and of the sons of Merari.
20 Nga Levitët, Ahijahu ishte caktuar për ruajtjen e thesareve të shtëpisë së Perëndisë dhe të thesareve të gjërave të shenjtëruara.
And of the Levites, Ahijah [is] over the treasures of the house of God, even for the treasures of the holy things.
21 Bijtë e Ladanit, bijtë e Gershonitëve që rridhnin nga Ladani, të parët e shtëpive atërore të Ladanit, Gershonitit, domethënë Jehieli.
Sons of Laadan: sons of the Gershonite, of Laadan, heads of the fathers of Laadan the Gershonite: Jehieli.
22 Bijtë e Jehielit, Zethami dhe i vëllai Joeli, ishin caktuar për ruajtjen e thesareve të shtëpisë të Zotit.
Sons of Jehieli: Zetham, and Joel his brother, over the treasures of the house of Jehovah,
23 Midis Amramitëve, Jitsharitët, Hebronitët dhe Uzielitët,
for the Amramite, for the Izharite, for the Hebronite, for the Uzzielite.
24 Shebueli, bir i Gershomit, që ishte bir i Moisiut, ishte kryeintendenti i thesareve.
And Shebuel son of Gershom, son of Moses, [is] president over the treasures.
25 Vëllezërit e tij, me anë të Eliezerit, ishin i biri i Rehabiahu, bir i të cilit ishte Jeshajahu, bir i të cilit ishte Jorami, bir i të cilit ishte Zikri, bir i të cilit ishte Shelomithi.
And his brethren, of Eliezer, [are] Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son.
26 Ky Shelomith dhe vëllezërit e tij ishin caktuar për ruajtjen e të gjitha thesareve të gjërave të shenjta që mbreti David, të parët e shtëpive atërore dhe komandantët e ushtrisë kishin shenjtëruar.
This Shelomith and his brethren [are] over all the treasures of the holy things, that David the king, and heads of the fathers, even heads of thousands, and of hundreds, and heads of the host, sanctified;
27 Ata kishin shenjtëruar një pjesë të plaçkës që kishin shtënë në dorë gjatë luftës për të mbajtur shtëpinë e Zotit.
from the battles, even from the spoil they sanctified to strengthen the house of Jehovah;
28 Përveç kësaj të gjitha ato që ishin shenjtëruar nga Samueli, shikuesi, nga Sauli, bir i Kishit, nga Abneri, bir i Nerit dhe nga Joabi, bir i Tserujahut, dhe çdo gjë tjetër e shenjtëruar nga cilido qoftë ishte nën përgjegjësinë e Shelomithit dhe të vëllezërve të tij.
and all that Samuel the seer, and Saul son of Kish, and Abner son of Ner, and Joab son of Zeruiah sanctified, every one sanctifying [any thing — it is] by the side of Shelomith and his brethren.
29 Ndër Jitsharitët, Kenajahu dhe bijtë e tij ishin të ngarkuar me punët e jashtme të Izraelit, në cilësinë e tyre si magjistrarë dhe si gjyqtarë.
Of the Izharite, Chenaniah and his sons [are] for the outward work over Israel, for officers and for judges.
30 Ndër Hebronitët, Hashabiahu dhe vëllezërit e tij, një mijë e shtatëqind trima, u caktuan të mbikqyrnin Izraelin, këndej Jordanit, në perëndim, në të tëra çështjet e Zotit dhe të shërbimit të mbretit.
Of the Hebronite, Hashabiah and his brethren, sons of valour, a thousand and seven hundred, [are] over the inspection of Israel, beyond the Jordan westward, for all the work of Jehovah, and for the service of the king.
31 Jerijahu ishte i pari i Hebronitëve, sipas brezave të shtëpive të tyre atërore. Në vitin e dyzetë të mbretërimit të Davidit u bënë kërkime dhe u gjetën midis tyre njerëz të fortë dhe trima në Jazer të Galaadit.
Of the Hebronite, Jerijah [is] the head, of the Hebronite, according to his generations, for the fathers — in the fortieth year of the reign of David they have been sought out, and there are found among them mighty ones of valour, in Jazer of Gilead —
32 Vëllezërit e tij ishin dy mijë e shtatëqind trima, të parë të shtëpive atërore. Mbreti David u besoi atyre mbikqyrjen e Rubenitëve, të Gaditëve, të gjysmës së fisit të Manasit për të gjitha gjërat që kishin të bënin me Perëndinë dhe me punët e mbretit.
and his brethren, sons of valour, two thousand and seven hundred, [are] heads of the fathers, and king David appointeth them over the Reubenite, and the Gadite, and the half of the tribe of Manasseh, for every matter of God and matter of the king.
