1 i Kronikave 16
1 Kështu e prunë arkën e Perëndisë dhe e vendosën në mes të tabernakullit që Davidi kishte ngritur për të; pastaj ofruan olokauste dhe flijime falenderimi përpara Perëndisë.
Therfor thei brouyten the arke of God, and settiden it in the myddis of the tabernacle, that Dauid hadde araied therto; and thei offriden brent sacrifices and pesible sacrifices bifor the Lord.
2 Kur Davidi mbaroi së ofruari olokaustet dhe flijimet e falenderimit, ai bekoi popullin në emër të Zotit;
And whanne Dauid offrynge brent sacrifices and pesible sacrifices hadde fillid, he blesside the puple in the name of the Lord;
3 pastaj u ndau tërë Izraelitëve, burra dhe gra, secilit prej tyre një bukë, një racion mish dhe një sasi rrushi të thatë.
and departide to alle to ech bi hym silf fro a man til to a womman o cake of breed, and a part of rostid fleisch of a bugle, and flour fried in oile.
4 Pastaj vendosi përpara arkës të Zotit disa Levitë për të kryer shërbimin për të kujtuar, për të falenderuar dhe për të lëvduar Zotin, Perëndinë e Izraelit;
And he ordeynede bifor the arke of the Lord, of the Leuytis, that schulden mynystre, and haue mynde of the werkis of the Lord, and glorifie and preyse the Lord God of Israel;
5 Asafi, i pari, Zakaria i dyti mbas tij, pastaj Jeieli, Shemiramothi, Jehieli, Matithiahu, Eliabi, Benajahu, Obed-Edomi dhe Jejeli. Ata u binin harpave dhe qesteve, ndërsa Asafi u binte cembaleve.
`he ordeynede Asaph the prince, and Zacharie his secounde; forsothe `he ordeynede Jahiel, and Semiramoth, and Jahel, and Mathathie, and Eliab, and Banaye, and Obededom, and Jehiel, on the orguns, on the sautrie, and on the harpis; but he ordeynede Asaph to sowne with cymbalis;
6 Priftërinjtë Benajah dhe Jahaziel përkundrazi i binin trombës vazhdimisht përpara arkës së besëlidhjes së Perëndisë.
sotheli he ordeynede Banaye and Aziel, preestis, bifor the arke of the boond of pees of the Lord, for to trumpe contynueli.
7 Atë ditë Davidi u besoi për herë të parë Asafit dhe vëllezërve të tij detyrën që të këndonin lëvdata Zotit.
In that dai Dauid made Asaph prince, and hise britheren, for to knowleche `to the Lord.
8 Kremtoni Zotin, kujtoni emrin e tij; bëjini të njohura veprat e tij midis popujve.
Knowleche ye to the Lord, and inwardli clepe ye his name; make ye hise fyndyngis knowun among puplis.
9 Këndojini atij, lëvdoheni, mendoni të gjitha mrekullitë e tij.
Synge ye to hym, and seie ye salm to hym, and telle ye alle his merueylis.
10 Lëvdohuni me emrin e tij të shenjtë; u gëzofshin zemrat e të gjithë atyre që kërkojnë Zotin!
Preise ye his hooli name; the herte of men sekynge the Lord be glad.
11 Kërkoni Zotin dhe forcën e tij, kërkoni vazhdimisht fytyrën e tij!
Seke ye the Lord and his vertu; seke ye euere his face.
12 Kujtoni mrekullitë që ka bërë, çuditë e tij dhe gjykimet që kanë dalë nga goja e tij,
Haue ye mynde of hise merueilis whiche he dide; of hise signes, and of the domes of his mouth.
13 ju, o stermpa të Izraelit, shërbëtorit të tij, o bij të Jakobit, të zgjedhurit e tij!
The seed of Israel, his seruaunt, preise thou God; the sones of Jacob, his chosun, preise ye God.
14 Ai është Zoti, Perëndia ynë; gjykimet e tij i gjejmë mbi të gjithë tokën.
He is `oure Lord God; hise domes ben in ech lond.
15 Mos harroni kurrë besëlidhjen e tij, fjalën e tij të urdhëruar për një mijë breza,
Haue ye mynde with outen ende of his couenaunt; of the word whiche he couenauntide `in to a thousynde generaciouns.
16 besëlidhjen e lidhur me Abrahamin, betimin që i ka bërë Isakut,
Which word he couenauntide with Abraham; and of his ooth to Ysaac.
17 që ia konfirmoi Jakobit si një statut dhe Izraelit si një besëlidhje të përjetshme,
And he ordeynede that to Jacob in to a comaundement; and to Israel in to euerlastynge couenaunt.
18 duke thënë: “Unë do t’ju jap vendin e Kanaanit si pjesë e trashëgimisë suaj”.
And seide, To thee Y schal yyue the lond of Canaan; the part of youre erytage.
19 kur nuk ishin veçse një numër i vogël, fare i pakët dhe të huaj në vend.
Whanne thei weren fewe in noumbre; litle, and pilgrims therof.
20 Kur shkonin nga një komb në një tjetër, nga një mbretëri në një popull tjetër,
And thei passiden fro folk in to the folk; and fro a rewme to another puple.
21 ai nuk lejoi që ndokush t’i shtypte; përkundrazi dënoi disa mbretër për dashurinë që ushqente për ta,
He suffride not ony man falseli chalenge hem; but he blamyde kyngis for hem.
22 duke thënë: “Mos prekni të vajosurit e mi dhe mos u bëni asnjë të keqe profetëve të mi”.
Nyle ye touche my cristis; and nyle ye do wickidli ayens my prophetis.
23 Këndojini Zotit, o banorë të të gjithë tokës, lajmëroni çdo ditë shpëtimin e tij!
Al erthe, singe ye to the Lord; telle ye fro dai into dai his helthe.
24 Shpallni lavdinë e tij midis kombeve dhe mrekullitë e tij midis tërë popujve!
Telle ye among hethen men his glorie; hise merueylis among alle puplis.
25 Sepse Zoti është i madh dhe i denjë të lëvdohet në kulm; ai është me friksuësi nga tërë perënditë.
For the Lord is greet, and worthi to be preisid ful myche; and he is orible, `ethir griseful, ouer alle goddis.
26 Sepse tërë perënditë e kombeve janë idhuj, kurse Zoti ka krijuar qiejtë.
For alle the goddis of puplis ben idols; but the Lord made heuenes.
27 Shkëlqimi dhe madhëria janë para tij, forca dhe gëzimi ndodhen në banesën e tij.
Knoulechyng and greet doyng ben bifor hym; strengthe and ioy ben in the place of hym.
28 Jepini Zotit, o familje të popujve, jepini Zotit lavdi dhe forcë.
Ye meynees of puplis, `bringe ye to the Lord; brynge ye to the Lord glorie and empire.
29 Jepini Zotit zulmin që i takon emrit të tij, çojini oferta dhe ejani para tij. Bini përmbys para Zotit në shkëlqimin e shenjtërisë së tij;
Yyue ye glorie to his name, reise ye sacrifice, and come ye in his siyt; and worschipe ye the Lord in hooli fairnesse.
30 dridhuni para tij, o banorë të të gjithë tokës! Po, bota është e qëndrueshme dhe nuk do të tundet.
Al erthe be mouyd fro his face; for he foundide the world vnmouable.
31 Le të gëzohen qiejtë dhe toka, dhe le të thonë kombet: “Zoti mbretëron”.
Heuenes be glad, and the erthe `ioy fulli; and seie thei among naciouns, The Lord schal regne.
32 Le të gjëmojë deti dhe tërë ato që janë në të;
The see thundre, and his fulnesse; the feeldis fulli ioye, and alle thingis that ben in tho.
33 atëherë tërë drurët e pyllit do të lëshojnë britma gëzimi përpara Zotit, sepse ai vjen të gjykojë tokën.
Thanne the trees of the forest schulen preyse bifor the Lord; for he cometh to deme the erthe.
34 Kremtoni Zotin, sepse ai është i mirë, sepse mirësia e tij vazhdon përjetë.
Knouleche ye to the Lord, for he is good; for his mersi is withouten ende.
35 Thoni: “Shpëtona, o Perëndi i shpëtimit tonë! Na mblidh dhe na çliro nga kombet, me qëllim që të kremtojmë emrin tënd të shenjtë dhe të mburremi se të kemi lëvduar”.
And seie ye, Thou God oure sauyour, saue vs, and gadere vs, and delyuere vs fro hethen men; that we knowleche to thin hooli name, and be fulli glade in thi songis.
36 I bekuar qoftë Zoti, Perëndia i Izraelit, nga amshimi në amshim! Dhe tërë populli tha: “Amen”, dhe lëvdoi Zotin.
Blessid be the Lord God of Israel fro with oute bigynnyng and til `in to with outen ende; and al the puple seie, Amen, and seie heriyng to God.
37 Kështu Davidi la Asafin dhe vëllezërit e tij atje përpara arkës së besëlidhjes të Zotit, me qëllim që të shërbenin vazhdimisht përpara arkës, sipas nevojave të çdo dite,
Therfor Dauid lefte there, bifor the arke of boond of pees of the Lord, Asaph and hise britheren, for to mynystre in the siyt of the arke contynueli bi alle daies and her whilis.
38 la edhe Obed-Edomin dhe të gjashtëdhjetë e tetë vëllezërit e tij (Obed-Edomi, bir i Jeduthunit dhe Hosahu si derëtarë),
Forsothe he ordeynede porteris, Obededom and hise britheren, eiyte and sixti, and Obededom, the sone of Idithum, and Oza.
39 dhe priftin Tsadok dhe priftërinjtë vëllezër të tij përpara tabernakullit të Zotit, në vendin e lartë që ishte në Gabaon,
Sotheli `he ordeynede Sadoch preest, and hise britheren, preestis bifor the tabernacle of the Lord, in the hiy place that was in Gabaon,
40 me qëllim që ata t’i ofronin Zotit olokauste mbi altarin e olokausteve, vazhdimisht në mëngjes e në mbrëmje, sipas tërë atyre që janë shkruar në ligjin e Zotit, që ai ia kishte imponuar Izraelit.
for to offre brent sacrifices to the Lord on the auter of brent sacrifice contynueli, in the morwetid and euentid, bi alle thingis that ben writun in the lawe of the Lord, which he comaundide to Israel.
41 Dhe me ta ishin Hemani, Jeduthuni dhe të tjerët që ishin zgjedhur dhe caktuar me emër për të lëvduar Zotin, sepse mirësia e tij është e përjetshme.
And aftir hym Dauyd ordeynede Eman, and Idithum, and other chosene, ech man bi his name, for to knowleche to the Lord; for his mercy is withouten ende.
42 Me ta ishin gjithashtu Hemani dhe Jeduthuni me bori dhe cembale, për ata që do t’u binin veglave, dhe me vegla muzikore për të shoqëruar këngët e Perëndisë. Bijtë e Jeduthunit duhet të rrinin te porta.
Also he ordeynede Eman, and Idithum, trumpynge, and schakynge cymbalis, and alle orguns of musikis, for to synge to God; forsothe he made the sones of Idithum to be portours, `ether bereris.
43 Më në fund tërë populli u kthye, secili në shtëpinë e vet, dhe Davidi u kthye për të bekuar shtëpinë e vet.
And al the puple turnede ayen in to her hows, and Dauid turnede ayen, to blesse also his hows.
