Zechariah 11:17
Woe to the worthless shepherd who leaves the flock! The sword will strike his arm and his right eye. His arm will be completely withered, and his right eye will be totally blinded!”
Mjerë bariu i pavlerë që e braktis kopenë! Një shpatë do të jetë kundër krahut të tij dhe kundër syrit të tij të djathtë. Krahu i tij do të thahet krejt dhe syri i tij do të verbohet fare.
| وَيْلٌ لِلرَّاعِي ٱلْبَاطِلِ ٱلتَّارِكِ ٱلْغَنَمِ! اَلسَّيْفُ عَلَى ذِرَاعِهِ وَعَلَى عَيْنِهِ ٱلْيُمْنَى. ذِرَاعُهُ تَيْبَسُ يَبْسًا، وَعَيْنُهُ ٱلْيُمْنَى تَكِلُّ كُلُولًا! |
| وَيْلٌ لِلرَّاعِي الأَحْمَقِ الَّذِي يَهْجُرُ الْقَطِيعَ. لِيَبْتُرِ السَّيْفُ ذِرَاعَهُ وَيَفْقَأْ عَيْنَهُ الْيُمْنَى، فَتَيْبَسَ ذِرَاعُهُ وَتَكُفَّ عَيْنُهُ الْيُمْنَى عَنِ الْبَصَرِ». |
হায়, জাক এৰি যোৱা অযোগ্য মেৰ-ৰখীয়া! তেওঁৰ সোঁ চকু আৰু সোঁ হাতৰ বিৰুদ্ধে তৰোৱাল লৈ আহা! তেওঁৰ সোঁ হাত নিষ্কৰ্মা হৈ যাব আৰু তেওঁৰ সোঁ চকু অন্ধ হ’ব।
Sürünü tərk edən yaramaz çobanın vay halına! Qılınc onun qolunu və sağ gözünü vursun! Qoy onun qolu qurusun, sağ gözü kor olsun!”»

“ধিক, সেই অপদার্থ পালককে, যে ভেড়ার পালকে ত্যাগ করে! তলোয়ার যেন তার হাত ও ডান চোখের বিরুদ্ধে উপস্থিত হয়! যেন তার ডান হাত শুকিয়ে যায় এবং তার ডান চোখ অন্ধ হয়ে যায়!”
“ধিক্ সেই অপদার্থ মেষপালক, যে সেই পাল ছেড়ে চলে যায়! তরোয়াল যেন তার হাত ও ডান চোখ আঘাত করে! তার হাত যেন সম্পূর্ণ শুকিয়ে যায়, তার ডান চোখ সম্পূর্ণ অন্ধ হয়ে যায়!”
Горко на безполезния пастир, Който оставя стадото! Меч ще удари върху мишцата му И върху дясното му око, Мишцата му съвсем ще изсъхне, И дясното му око съвсем ще се помрачи.

But terrible things will happen to that foolish/useless king who abandons the people [MET] over whom he rules. [His enemies] will strike his arm and his right eye with their swords. [The result will be that] he will have no strength in his arm, and his right eye will become completely blind.”

A! the scheepherd, and ydol, forsakynge the floc; swerd on his arm, and on his riyt iye; the arm of hym schal be dried with drynesse, and his riyt iye wexynge derk schal be maad derk.

Voi sitä kelvotointa paimenta, joka lauman hylkää! tulkaan miekka hänen käsivarteensa ja oikiaan silmään; kuivukoon hänen käsivartensa peräti, ja hänen oikea silmänsä tulkoon kokonansa pimiäksi!

Ουαί εις τον μάταιον ποιμένα, τον εγκαταλείποντα το ποίμνιον· ρομφαία θέλει ελθεί επί τον βραχίονα αυτού και επί τον δεξιόν οφθαλμόν αυτού· ο βραχίων αυτού θέλει ολοτελώς ξηρανθή και ο δεξιός οφθαλμός αυτού ολοκλήρως αμαυρωθή.
ὦ οἱ ποιμαίνοντες τὰ μάταια καὶ οἱ καταλελοιπότες τὰ πρόβατα μάχαιρα ἐπὶ τοὺς βραχίονας αὐτοῦ καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν ὀφθαλμὸν τὸν δεξιὸν αὐτοῦ ὁ βραχίων αὐτοῦ ξηραινόμενος ξηρανθήσεται καὶ ὁ ὀφθαλμὸς ὁ δεξιὸς αὐτοῦ ἐκτυφλούμενος ἐκτυφλωθήσεται
ટોળાંને તજી દેનાર નકામા પાળકને અફસોસ! તેના જમણા હાથ તથા તેની જમણી આંખ વિરુદ્ધ તલવાર આવશે. તેનો જમણો હાથ પૂરેપૂરો સુકાઈ જશે અને તેની જમણી આંખ અંધ થઈ જશે.”

Auwe ke kahuhipa lapuwale! ka mea haalele i ka ohana! e ku kona lima a me kona maka akau i ka pahikaua: e maloo auanei kona lima, a e pouli hoi kona maka akau.

हाय उस निकम्मे चरवाहे पर जो भेड़-बकरियों को छोड़ जाता है! उसकी बाँह और दाहिनी आँख दोनों पर तलवार लगेगी, तब उसकी बाँह सूख जाएगी और उसकी दाहिनी आँख फूट जाएगी।”
