or he who exhorts, to his exhorting; he who gives, let him do it with generosity; he who rules, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

أَمِ ٱلْوَاعِظُ فَفِي ٱلْوَعْظِ، ٱلْمُعْطِي فَبِسَخَاءٍ، ٱلْمُدَبِّرُ فَبِٱجْتِهَادٍ، ٱلرَّاحِمُ فَبِسُرُورٍ.
أَوِ الْوَعْظَ، فَفِي الْوَعْظِ؛ أَوِ الْعَطَاءَ، فَلْيُعْطِ بِسَخَاءٍ؛ أَوِ الْقِيَادَةَ، فَلْيَقُدْ بِاجْتِهَادٍ؛ أَوْ إِظْهَارَ الرَّحْمَةِ، فَلْيَرْحَمْ بِسُرُورٍ.

ա՛ն որ կը յորդորէ՝ յորդորելով. ա՛ն որ կը բաշխէ՝ թող յարատեւէ պարզամտութեամբ, ա՛ն որ վերակացու է՝ փութաջանութեամբ, ա՛ն որ կ՚ողորմի՝ ուրախութեամբ:
উদগাওঁতাই উদগোৱা কাৰ্যত থাকক; দান দিওঁতাই দানশীলতাৰে দান কৰক; শাসন কৰা জনে যত্নেৰে শাসন কৰক; দয়া কৰা জনে হৰ্ষিত মনেৰে দয়া কৰক।

যে উপদেশ দেওয়ার দান পেয়েছে, সে উপদেশ দিক; যে দান করার দান পেয়েছে, সে সরল ভাবে দান করুক, যে শাসন করার দান পেয়েছে, সে যত্ন সহকারে করুক, যে দয়া করার দান পেয়েছে, সে আনন্দিত মনে দয়া করুক।
যদি তা হয় উৎসাহদানের, তবে সে উৎসাহ দান করুক। যদি তা হয় অন্যের প্রয়োজনে দান করার, সে উদারভাবে দান করুক; যদি তা হয় নেতৃত্বদানের, সে নিষ্ঠার সঙ্গে শাসন করুক; তা যদি হয় করুণা প্রদর্শনের, সে আনন্দের সঙ্গেই তা করুক।
अगर तुश्शू वरदान हिम्मत देने बालू भोए त तुसेईं हिम्मत देती लोड़े रावरी, अगर कोन्ची दान देनेरू वरदान मैलोरू भोए तैने खुल्ले दिले सेइं लोड़े दितोरू, अगर केन्ची अगवाई केरनेबालोए, तै जोशे सेइं अगवाई केरे, ते ज़ै दया केरे तै खुशी सेइं दया केरे।
अगर कुसी जो लोकां जो उत्साहित करणे दा बरदान मिलया हो, सै उत्साहित करणे च लगी रे, अगर कुसी जो दुज्जयां दी जुरूरतां जो पूरा करणे दा बरदान हो, तां उस दान जो जादा ला जादा दे कर, अगर कुसी जो अगुवाई करणे दा बरदान मिलया हो, तां सै पूरी लगन ने करे, जड़ा दया करे, सै खुशिया ने दया करे।
