Psalms 23:4
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
Edhe sikur të ecja në luginën e hijes së vdekjes, nuk do të kisha frikë nga asnjë e keqe, sepse ti je me mua; shkopi yt dhe thupra jote janë ato që më japin zemër.

এনে কি, মই মৃত্যুছায়াৰ উপত্যকায়েদি চলিলেও, মই কোনো আপদলৈ ভয় নকৰোঁ, কিয়নো তুমি মোৰ সঙ্গত আছা; তোমাৰ লাখুটি আৰু লাঠিয়ে মোক শান্তনা দিয়ে।

যদি আমি মৃত্যু ছায়ার উপত্যকার মধ্যে দিয়ে যাই, আমি অমঙ্গলের ভয় করব না কারণ তুমি আমার সঙ্গে আছ; তোমার লাঠি এবং ছড়ি আমাকে সান্ত্বনা করে।

જો કે હું મૃત્યુની છાયાની ખીણમાં ચાલું, તોય હું કંઈપણ દુષ્ટતાથી બીશ નહિ, કેમ કે તમે મારી સાથે છો; તમારી લાકડી તથા તમારી છડી મને દિલાસો આપે છે.

चाहे मैं घोर अंधकार से भरी हुई तराई में होकर चलूँ, तो भी हानि से न डरूँगा, क्योंकि तू मेरे साथ रहता है; तेरे सोंटे और तेरी लाठी से मुझे शान्ति मिलती है।
यद्यपि मैं भयानक अंधकारमय घाटी में से होकर आगे बढ़ता हूं, तौभी मैं किसी बुराई से भयभीत नहीं होता, क्योंकि आप मेरे साथ होते हैं, आपकी लाठी और आपकी छड़ी, मेरे आश्वासन हैं.
Még ha a halál árnyékának völgyében járok is, nem félek a gonosztól, mert te velem vagy; a te veszsződ és botod, azok vigasztalnak engem.

Og jafnvel þótt ég fari um dimman dal, óttast ég ekkert illt, því að þú ert hjá mér og hughreystir mig!

Meskipun aku melalui lembah yang gelap, aku tidak takut bahaya, sebab Engkau menemani aku. Engkau melindungi aku seperti seorang gembala melindungi dombanya dengan tongkat dan gada.
Sekalipun aku berjalan dalam lembah kekelaman, aku tidak takut bahaya, sebab Engkau besertaku; gada-Mu dan tongkat-Mu, itulah yang menghibur aku.

たといわたしは死の陰の谷を歩むとも、わざわいを恐れません。あなたがわたしと共におられるからです。あなたのむちと、あなたのつえはわたしを慰めます。
たとひわれ死のかげの谷をあゆむとも禍害をおそれじ なんぢ我とともに在せばなり なんぢの笞なんぢの杖われを慰む

ನಾನು ಕಾರ್ಗತ್ತಲಿನ ಕಣಿವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವಾಗಲೂ, ನೀವು ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಕೇಡಿಗೆ ಹೆದರೆನು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೊಣ್ಣೆಯೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೋಲೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಂತೈಸುತ್ತವೆ.
