He who sits in the heavens will laugh. The Lord will have them in derision.

যিহোৱাই স্বৰ্গৰ সিংহাসনত বহি হাঁহিছে; যিহোৱাই তেওঁলোকক বিদ্রূপ কৰিছে।

वह जो स्वर्ग में विराजमान है, हँसेगा, प्रभु उनको उपहास में उड़ाएगा।
