Psalms 142:5
I cried to you, LORD. I said, “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”

യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ അങ്ങയോടു നിലവിളിച്ചു; “അവിടുന്ന് എന്റെ സങ്കേതവും ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്ത് എന്റെ ഓഹരിയും ആകുന്നു” എന്ന് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.
യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു നിലവിളിച്ചു; നീ എന്റെ സങ്കേതവും ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്തു എന്റെ ഓഹരിയും ആകുന്നു എന്നു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.
യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ അങ്ങയോട് നിലവിളിക്കുന്നു; “അങ്ങാണ് എന്റെ സങ്കേതം, ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്ത് എന്റെ ഓഹരി,” എന്നു ഞാൻ പറയുന്നു.

အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကိုအော်ဟစ်ပါ၏။ အသက်ရှင်သောသူတို့၏ နေရာ၌ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ခိုလှုံရာ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ခံစားရာအဘို့ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။
အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို အော်ဟစ် ပါ၏။ အသက်ရှင် သောသူတို့၏ နေရာ ၌ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ခိုလှုံရာ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ခံစားရာအဘို့ ဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။

ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ କାକୂକ୍ତି କରେ; ମୁଁ କହିଲି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଆଶ୍ରୟ, ଜୀବିତ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ବାଣ୍ଟ।
