Numbers 20:19
The children of Israel said to him, “We will go up by the highway; and if we drink your water, I and my livestock, then I will give its price. Only let me, without doing anything else, pass through on my feet.”

| فَأَجَابَهُ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ: «لَنْ نَسِيرَ إِلاَّ عَلَى طَرِيقِ السَّفَرِ، وَإِنِ اسْتَقَيْنَا نَحْنُ وَمَوَاشِينَا مِنْ مَائِكَ نَدْفَعْ ثَمَنَهُ. إِنَّنَا لاَ نَطْلُبُ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ الْمُرُورِ رَاجِلِينَ». |

Toen zeiden de kinderen Israels tot hem: Wij zullen door den gebaanden weg optrekken, en indien wij van uw water drinken, ik en mijn vee, zo zal ik deszelfs prijs daarvoor geven; ik zal alleenlijk, zonder iets anders, te voet doortrekken.
De Israëlieten drongen bij hem aan: Wij zullen de gebaande wegen houden, en mocht ik of mijn vee van uw water drinken, dan zal ik daarvoor betalen. Het heeft toch niets te betekenen, dat ik te voet er doorheen trek.
Toen zeiden de kinderen Israels tot hem: Wij zullen door den gebaanden weg optrekken, en indien wij van uw water drinken, ik en mijn vee, zo zal ik deszelfs prijs daarvoor geven; ik zal alleenlijk, zonder iets anders, te voet doortrekken.

“We'll keep to the main road,” the Israelites persisted. “If we or our livestock drink your water, we'll pay you for it. That's all we want—just to pass through on foot.”
Then the children of Israel said vnto him, We will goe vp by the hie way: and if I and my cattell drinke of thy water, I will then pay for it: I will onely (without any harme) goe through on my feete.

The Israeli messengers replied, “[If we travel through your country], we will stay on the main road. If we and any of our livestock drink any of your water, we will pay for it. We want only to travel through your country. We do not want anything else.”

[W. es ist gar keine Sache [nichts Außerordentliches], mit meinen Füßen usw.]
Und die Kinder Israel sprachen zu ihm: Auf der Landstraße wollen wir hinaufziehen; und wenn wir von deinem Wasser trinken, ich und mein Vieh, so will ich den Preis dafür geben; mit meinen Füßen will ich durchziehen, weiter nichts.

ત્યારે ઇઝરાયલના લોકોએ તેને કહ્યું, “અમે રાજમાર્ગે થઈને જઈશું. જો અમે કે અમારાં જાનવરો તારા કૂવાનું પીએ, તો અમે તેનું મૂલ્ય આપીશું. બીજું કશું નહિ તો અમને પગે ચાલીને પેલી બાજુ જવા દે.”
