Nehemiah 13:25
I contended with them, cursed them, struck certain of them, plucked off their hair, and made them swear by God, “You shall not give your daughters to their sons, nor take their daughters for your sons, or for yourselves.

| فَأَنَّبْتُهُمْ وَلَعَنْتُهُمْ وَضَرَبْتُ مِنْهُمْ قَوْماً وَنَتَفْتُ شُعُورَهُمْ، وَاسْتَحْلَفْتُهُمْ بِاسْمِ اللهِ قَائِلاً: «إِيَّاكُمْ أَنْ تُزَوِّجُوا بَنَاتِكُمْ مِنْ بَنِيهِمْ، وَلاَ تَأْخُذُوا بَنَاتِهِمْ لأَبْنَائِكُمْ وَلاَ لَكُمْ. |
তাতে মই তেওঁলোকৰ লগত বিবাদ কৰিলোঁ আৰু তেওঁলোকক শাও দিলোঁ। তেওঁলোকৰ কিছুমান লোকক কোবাই তেওঁলোকৰ চুলি চিঙিলোঁ। মই তেওঁলোকক ঈশ্ৱৰৰ নামেৰে শপত দি কলোঁ, “আপোনালোকে আপোনালোকৰ ছোৱালীক তেওঁলোকৰ পুত্রলৈ বিয়া নিদিব, আৰু আপোলোকৰ পুত্রলৈ বা নিজৰ বাবেও তেওঁলোকৰ ছোৱালীক বিয়া কৰাই নানিব।”

And I strove with them and cursed them; and I smote some of them, and plucked off their hair, and made them swear by God, [saying, ]Ye shall not give your daughters to their sons, and ye shall not take of their daughters to your sons.

So I rebuked those men, and I [asked God to] curse them, and I beat them and pulled out [some of] their hair. Then I forced them to solemnly promise, knowing that God [MTY] was [listening], that they would never again marry foreigners, and never allow their children to marry foreigners.
I confronted them, and I cursed them, and I hit some of them and pulled out their hair. I made them swear by God, saying, “You shall not give your daughters to their sons, or take their daughters for your sons, or for yourselves.

Je les pris à partie, les menaçai de malédictions, en frappai quelques-uns, leur arrachai les cheveux; et je les adjurai au nom de Dieu: "Ne donnez pas, leur dis-je, vos filles à leurs fils et ne prenez pas de leurs filles comme épouses pour vos fils et pour vous!

ତହୁଁ ମୁଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବାଦାନୁବାଦ କଲି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିଶାପ ଦେଲି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର କାହା କାହାକୁ ପ୍ରହାର କଲି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର କେଶ ଉତ୍ପାଟନ କଲି, ଆଉ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ଶପଥ କରାଇ କହିଲି, “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ଆପଣାର କନ୍ୟା ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ, ଅବା ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପୁତ୍ର ନିମନ୍ତେ କି ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ କନ୍ୟା ଗ୍ରହଣ କର ନାହିଁ।
