Nahum 1:14
The LORD has commanded concerning you: “No more descendants will bear your name. Out of the house of your gods, I will cut off the engraved image and the molten image. I will make your grave, for you are vile.”

| وَلَكِنْ قَدْ أَوْصَى عَنْكَ ٱلرَّبُّ: «لَا يُزْرَعُ مِنِ ٱسْمِكَ فِي مَا بَعْدُ. إِنِّي أَقْطَعُ مِنْ بَيْتِ إِلَهِكَ ٱلتَّمَاثِيلَ ٱلْمَنْحُوتَةَ وَٱلْمَسْبُوكَةَ. أَجْعَلُهُ قَبْرَكَ، لِأَنَّكَ صِرْتَ حَقِيرًا». |
| وَهَا الرَّبُّ قَدْ أَصْدَرَ قَضَاءَهُ بِشَأْنِكَ يَاأَشُّورُ: لَنْ تَبْقَى لَكَ ذُرِّيَّةٌ تَحْمِلُ اسْمَكَ. وَأَسْتَأْصِلُ مِنْ هَيْكَلِ آلِهَتِكَ مَنْحُوتَاتِكَ وَمَسْبُوكَاتِكَ، وَأَجْعَلُهُ قَبْرَكَ، لأَنَّكَ صِرْتَ نَجِساً. |
আৰু হে নীনবি নগৰ, তোমালোকৰ বিষয়ে যিহোৱাই আজ্ঞা দিছে যে, তোমালোকৰ কোনো বংশধৰৰ নাম ৰখা নাযাব; মই তোমালোকৰ দেৱতাবোৰৰ ঘৰৰ পৰা কটা-মূৰ্ত্তি আৰু সাঁচত ঢলা মূৰ্ত্তিবোৰ উচ্ছন্ন কৰিম; মই তোমালোকৰ মৈদাম খান্দিম, কিয়নো তোমালোক পাপিষ্ঠ।

হে নীনবী, সদাপ্রভু তোমার বিষয়ে একটি আদেশ দিয়েছেন, তোমার নাম রক্ষা করবার জন্য তোমার কোন বংশধর থাকবে না। তোমার দেবালয়ে যে সব খোদিত প্রতিমা ও ছাঁচে ঢালা মূর্ত্তি রয়েছে সেগুলো আমি ধ্বংস করে ফেলব। আমি তোমার কবর খুড়ব, কারণ তুমি অধার্ম্মিক।
হে নীনবী, তোমার বিষয়ে সদাপ্রভু এক আদেশ দিয়েছেন: “তোমার নাম ধারণ করার জন্য তোমার আর কোনও বংশধর থাকবে না। তোমার দেবতাদের মন্দিরে রাখা প্রতিমা ও মূর্তিগুলি আমি ধ্বংস করে দেব। আমি তোমার কবর প্রস্তুত করব, কারণ তুমি নীচ।”
Но за тебе, Ниневио, Господ даде заповед Да се не посее вече потомство с твоето име; От капището на боговете ти ще изсека ваяните и леяните идоли; Ще го направя твой гроб, защото си осквернен.

Car l'Eternel a donné commission contre toi; il n'en naîtra plus de ton nom; je retrancherai de la maison de tes dieux les images de taille et de fonte; je ferai [de cette maison-là] ton sépulcre, après que tu seras tombé dans le mépris.
Et le Seigneur donnera ses ordres à ton sujets on ne sèmera plus en ton nom; du temple de ton Dieu je détruirai l’image taillée au ciseau, et la statue jetée en fonte, j’en ferai ton sépulcre, parce que tu t’es déshonoré.
Voici ce qu’a ordonné sur toi l’Éternel: Tu n’auras plus de descendants qui portent ton nom; J’enlèverai de la maison de ton dieu les images taillées ou en fonte; Je préparerai ton sépulcre, car tu es trop léger.
Quant à toi, voici ce qu’a ordonné Yahweh: Il n’y aura plus de postérité de ton nom; je détruirai de la maison de ton Dieu les images taillées et celles de fonte; je prépare ton sépulcre, parce que tu as été léger.

Voici ce que sur toi, Ninive, a prescrit le Seigneur: Ta renommée ne sera plus semée au loin; Je détruirai dans le temple de ton dieu les images sculptées ou jetées en fonte; Je vais comme en courant préparer ton sépulcre.
Mais contre toi l’Eternel rend ce décret: Nul rejeton, se rattachant à ton nom, ne sortira plus de toi; de la maison de ton dieu j’extirperai images sculptées et statues de fonte, et j’en ferai ton tombeau, car tu es bien peu de chose."
Und wider dich hat den Beschluß der Herr gefaßt: "Dein Name soll sich weiter nicht verbreiten. Aus deinem Gotteshaus vertilge ich die Schnitz- und Gußbilder und richte her die Stätte deines Grabes. Du bist ein Scheusal."
Und über dich [d. i. den Assyrer] hat Jehova geboten, daß von deinem Namen nicht mehr gesät werden soll; aus dem Hause deines Gottes werde ich das geschnitzte und das gegossene Bild ausrotten; ich werde dir ein Grab machen, denn verächtlich bist du [O. zu leicht bist du erfunden.]

Und der HERR hat gegen dich den Befehl erlassen: Dein Name soll nicht mehr fortgepflanzt werden; vom Hause deines Gottes rotte ich gemeißelte und gegossene Bilder aus; ich will dir dein Grab herrichten, denn du bist zu leicht erfunden worden!
Und Jehovah gebeut über dir: Nicht soll hinfort von deinem Samen mehr gesät werden. Vom Hause deines Gottes rotte Ich das Schnitzbild und das Gußbild aus, Ich setze dir dein Grab, denn du wardst gering.

Και ο Κύριος έδωκε προσταγήν περί σου, ότι δεν θέλει σπαρθή πλέον εκ του ονόματός σου· από του οίκου των θεών σου θέλω εκκόψει τα γλυπτά και τα χωνευτά· θέλω κάμει αυτόν τάφον σου, διότι είσαι βδελυκτός.
