Leviticus 20:21
“‘If a man takes his brother’s wife, it is an impurity. He has uncovered his brother’s nakedness. They shall be childless.

আৰু যদি কোনোবাই নিজ ককায়েক কি ভায়েকৰ ভাৰ্য্যাক গ্ৰহণ কৰে, তেন্তে সেয়ে অশুচি কৰ্ম। নিজ ককায়েক কি ভায়েকৰ ভাৰ্য্যাৰ উলঙ্গতা অনাবৃত কৰাত, তেওঁলোক নিঃসন্তান হৈ থাকিব।

“‘যদি কোনো পুরুষ তার ভাইয়ের বউকে বিয়ে করে, এই কাজ অশুদ্ধাচার; সে তার অগ্রজকে অশ্রদ্ধা করেছে। তারা নিঃসন্তান থাকবে।

So the man that taketh his brothers wife, committeth filthines, because he hath vncouered his brothers shame: they shalbe childles.

‘If a man marries his brother’s wife [while his brother is still living], that is disgraceful. He has dishonored his brother; and they both will die without having any children.

જો કોઈ પુરુષ પોતાના ભાઈની સ્ત્રી સાથે લગ્ન કરે તો તે અપવિત્ર ગણાય; કેમ કે તેણે એના ભાઈને કલંક લગાડયું છે. એ બન્ને નિઃસંતાન અવસાન પામશે.

| וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִקַּח אֶת־אֵשֶׁת אָחִיו נִדָּה הִוא עֶרְוַת אָחִיו גִּלָּה עֲרִירִים יִהְיֽוּ׃ |
| וְאִ֗ישׁ אֲשֶׁ֥ר יִקַּ֛ח אֶת־אֵ֥שֶׁת אָחִ֖יו נִדָּ֣ה הִ֑וא עֶרְוַ֥ת אָחִ֛יו גִּלָּ֖ה עֲרִירִ֥ים יִהְיֽוּ׃ |
यदि कोई अपनी भाभी को अपनी पत्नी बनाए, तो इसे घिनौना काम जानना; और वह अपने भाई का तन उघाड़नेवाला ठहरेगा, इस कारण वे दोनों निःसन्तान रहेंगे।
“‘यदि कोई व्यक्ति अपनी भाभी से विवाह करता है, यह घिनौना काम है, उसने अपने भाई की लज्जा को उघाड़ा है. वे निसंतान ही रह जाएंगे.

Bila seorang laki-laki mengambil isteri saudaranya, itu suatu kecemaran, karena ia melanggar hak saudaranya laki-laki, dan mereka akan tidak beranak.

ഒരുവൻ സഹോദരന്റെ ഭാര്യയെ പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചാൽ അത് മാലിന്യം; അവൻ സഹോദരന്റെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കി; അവർ സന്തതിയില്ലാത്തവർ ആയിരിക്കണം.
ഒരുത്തൻ സഹോദരന്റെ ഭാൎയ്യയെ പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചാൽ അതു മാലിന്യം; അവൻ സഹോദരന്റെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാക്കി; അവർ സന്തതിയില്ലാത്തവർ ആയിരിക്കേണം.
