Judges 14:9
He took it into his hands, and went on, eating as he went. He came to his father and mother and gave to them, and they ate, but he did not tell them that he had taken the honey out of the lion’s body.

| فَٱشْتَارَ مِنْهُ عَلَى كَفَّيْهِ، وَكَانَ يَمْشِي وَيَأْكُلُ، وَذَهَبَ إِلَى أَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ وَأَعْطَاهُمَا فَأَكَلَا، وَلَمْ يُخْبِرْهُمَا أَنَّهُ مِنْ جَوْفِ ٱلْأَسَدِ ٱشْتَارَ ٱلْعَسَلَ. |
| فَتَنَاوَلَ مِنْهُ قَدْراً عَلَى كَفِّهِ وَمَضَى وَهُوَ يَأْكُلُ. ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى وَالِدَيْهِ فَأَعْطَاهُمَا فَأَكَلاَ، وَلَمْ يُخْبِرْهُمَا أَنَّهُ اشْتَارَ الْعَسَلَ مِنْ جَوْفِ الأَسْدِ. |
তেতিয়া তেওঁ তাক আনি হাতত লৈ খাই খাই গ’ল আৰু বাপেক মাকৰ ওচৰ পাই তেওঁলোককো কিছু দিয়াত, তেওঁলোকেও খালে। কিন্তু তেওঁ যে সেই মৌ সিংহৰ শৱৰ পৰা আনিলে, সেই বিষয়ে তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক নক’লে।

তখন তিনি তা হাতে নিয়ে চললেন, ভোজন করতে করতে চললেন এবং মা বাবার কাছে গিয়ে তাঁদেরকেও কিছু দিলে তাঁরাও ভোজন করলেন; কিন্তু সেই মধু যে সিংহের দেহ থেকে এনেছেন, তা তিনি তাঁদেরকে বললেন না।
তিনি হাত দিয়ে কিছুটা মধু বের করলেন ও পথে যেতে যেতে তা খেতে থাকলেন। তিনি যখন তাঁর বাবা-মার সঙ্গে আবার মিলিত হলেন, তখন তিনি তাঁদেরও খানিকটা মধু দিলেন ও তাঁরাও তা খেলেন। কিন্তু তিনি তাঁদের বলেননি যে সেই মধু তিনি সিংহের মৃতদেহ থেকে সংগ্রহ করেছেন।

Il prit entre ses mains le miel, dont il mangea pendant la route; et lorsqu’il fut arrivé près de son père et de sa mère, il leur en donna, et ils en mangèrent. Mais il ne leur dit pas qu’il avait pris ce miel dans le corps du lion.

Diesen nahm er heraus in seine hohlen Hände und aß im Weitergehen davon; und als er dann zu seinen Eltern gekommen war, gab er auch ihnen davon zu essen, ohne ihnen jedoch mitzuteilen, daß er den Honig aus dem Körper des toten Löwen herausgenommen hatte.
Und er nahm davon in seine Hand und aß davon unterwegs und ging zu seinem Vater und zu seiner Mutter und gab ihnen, und sie aßen auch. Er verriet ihnen aber nicht, daß er den Honig von dem Aas des Löwen genommen hatte.

હાથમાં મધ લઈને તે ખાતા ખાતા ચાલ્યો. અને પોતાના માતાપિતા પાસે આવ્યો, ત્યારે તેણે તેઓને થોડું આપ્યું અને તેઓએ ખાધું. પણ તેણે તેઓને કહ્યું નહિ કે સિંહના શરીરનો જે ભાગ બાકી હતો તેના પરથી આ મધ કાઢી લાવ્યો છું.
