Judges 11:35
When he saw her, he tore his clothes, and said, “Alas, my daughter! You have brought me very low, and you are one of those who trouble me; for I have opened my mouth to the LORD, and I cannot go back.”

| وَكَانَ لَمَّا رَآهَا أَنَّهُ مَزَّقَ ثِيَابَهُ وَقَالَ: «آهِ يَا بِنْتِي! قَدْ أَحْزَنْتِنِي حُزْنًا وَصِرْتِ بَيْنَ مُكَدِّرِيَّ، لِأَنِّي قَدْ فَتَحْتُ فَمِي إِلَى ٱلرَّبِّ وَلَا يُمْكِنُنِي ٱلرُّجُوعُ». |
| فَلَمَّا رَآهَا مَزَّقَ ثِيَابَهُ وَوَلْوَلَ قَائِلاً: «آهِ يَاابْنَتِي، لَقَدْ أَحْزَنْتِنِي وَحَطَّمْتِنِي، لأَنَّنِي نَذَرْتُ نَذْراً لِلرَّبِّ وَلاَ سَبِيلَ لِلرُّجُوعِ عَنْهُ». |
যিপ্তহে নিজৰ জীয়েকক দেখা পোৱা মাত্ৰে নিজৰ কাপোৰ ফালি ক’লে, “হায়, মোৰ মাজনী! তুমি মোলৈ এয়া কি সর্বনাশ কৰিলা! তুমি যে মোক অতিশয় বেজাৰ দিলা! কিয়নো মই যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে যি শপত খালো, মই তাৰ পৰা ঘূৰিব নোৱাৰোঁ।”

তাকে দেখামাত্রই যিপ্তহ তাঁর পোশাক ছিঁড়ে ফেলে চিৎকার করে উঠলেন, “হায় হায়, বাছা! তুমি আমাকে শোকাকুল করে দিলে এবং আমি বিধ্বস্ত হয়ে গেলাম। আমি সদাপ্রভুর কাছে মানত করেছি, যা আমি ভঙ্গ করতে পারব না।”
И като я видя той, раздра дрехите си и каза: Горко ми, щерко моя! ти съвсем си ме унижила, и си от ония, които ме смущават; защото аз изговорих думи към Господа, и не мога да отстъпя.

And it came to pass, when he saw her, that he tore his clothes, and said, Alas, my daughter! Thou have brought me very low, and thou are one of those who trouble me, for I have opened my mouth to Jehovah, and I cannot go back.

And when he saw her he was overcome with grief, and said, Ah! my daughter! I am crushed with sorrow, and it is you who are the chief cause of my trouble; for I have made an oath to the Lord and I may not take it back.
And it came to pass when he saw her, that he rent his garments, and said, Ah, ah, my daughter, thou hast indeed troubled me, and thou wast the cause of my trouble; and I have opened my mouth against thee to the Lord, and I shall not be able to return from it.
And it came to pass when he saw her, that he tore his garments, and said, Ah, ah, my daughter, you have indeed troubled me, and you were the cause of my trouble; and I have opened my mouth against you to the Lord, and I shall not be able to return from it.
And upon seeing her, he tore his garments, and he said: “Alas, my daughter! You have cheated me, and you yourself have been cheated. For I opened my mouth to the Lord, and I can do nothing else.”
And it came to pass, when he saw her, that he rent his garments, and said, Alas, my daughter! thou hast brought me very low, and thou art one of them that trouble me; for I have opened my mouth to Jehovah, and I cannot go back.
And when he saw her, he rent his garments, and said: Alas! my daughter, thou hast deceived me, and thou thyself art deceived: for I have opened my mouth to the Lord, and I can do no other thing.
The moment he saw her, he ripped his clothes in agony and cried out, “Oh no, my daughter! You have crushed me completely! You have destroyed me, for I made a solemn promise to the Lord and I can't go back on it.”
And when hee sawe her, hee rent his clothes, and saide, Alas my daughter, thou hast brought me lowe, and art of them that trouble me: for I haue opened my mouth vnto the Lord, and can not goe backe.
And it came to pass, when he saw her, that he rent his clothes, and said: 'Alas, my daughter! thou hast brought me very low, and thou art become my troubler; for I have opened my mouth unto the LORD, and I cannot go back.'

And it happened, when he saw her, that he tore his clothes, and said, "Alas, my daughter. You have brought me very low. You have become a stumbling block in my sight. And you are among those who trouble me. For I have given my word to the LORD, and I can't break it."

When Jephthah saw his daughter, he tore his clothes [to show that he was very sad about what he was going to do]. He said to her, “My daughter, you have caused me to become very sad [DOU] because I made a solemn promise to Yahweh [to sacrifice the first one who came out of my house], and I must do what I promised.”

Et il arriva qu'aussitôt qu'il l'eut aperçue, il déchira ses vêtements, et dit: Ha! ma fille, tu m'as entièrement abaissé, et tu es du nombre de ceux qui me troublent; car j'ai ouvert ma bouche à l'Eternel, et je ne m'en pourrai point rétracter.
L’ayant vue, il déchira ses vêtements, et dit: Hélas! ma fille, tu m’as trompé, et toi-même tu t’es trompée; car j’ai ouvert ma bouche au Seigneur, et je ne pourrai pas faire autre chose.
Dès qu’il la vit, il déchira ses vêtements, et dit: Ah! Ma fille! Tu me jettes dans l’abattement, tu es au nombre de ceux qui me troublent! J’ai fait un vœu à l’Éternel, et je ne puis le révoquer.
Dès qu’il la vit, il déchira ses vêtements et dit: « Ah! ma fille, tu me renverses et tu es parmi ceux qui me troublent. J’ai ouvert ma bouche à Yahweh, et je ne puis revenir en arrière. »
Et sitôt qu'il l'eut aperçue, il déchira ses vêtements, et dit: Ah! ma fille! tu m'accables, tu m'accables! Et tu es du nombre de ceux qui me troublent! Car j'ai fait un vœu à l'Éternel, et je ne puis le révoquer.
Et quand il la vit, il déchira ses vêtements et dit: Ah! ma fille! tu m'atterres, tu m'atterres! c'est toi qui me plonges dans l'affliction! J'ai laissé ma bouche promettre à l'Éternel et je ne puis revenir en arrière!
Lorsqu'il la vit il déchira ses vêtements, et il dit: Hélas! hélas! ma fille, tu m'as consterné cruellement, et toi seule causes ma consternation, car j'ai contre toi ouvert la bouche devant le Seigneur, et je ne puis m'en dédire.
Quand il la vit, il déchira ses vêtements et s’écria: "Hélas! ma fille, tu m’accables! c’est toi qui fais mon malheur! Mais je me suis engagé devant l’Eternel, je ne puis m’en dédire."

Und es geschah, als er sie sah, da zerriß er seine Kleider und sprach: Ach, meine Tochter! tief beugst du mich nieder; und du, du bist unter denen, die mich in Trübsal bringen! denn ich habe meinen Mund gegen Jehova aufgetan und kann nicht zurücktreten!

Als er sie nun erblickte, zerriß er seine Kleider und rief: Ach, meine Tochter! Wie tief beugst du mich nieder: gerade du stürzest mich ins Unglück! Habe ich doch meinen Mund aufgethan Jahwe gegenüber und kann es nicht zurücknehmen!
Und da er sie sah, zerriß er seine Kleider und sprach: Ach, meine Tochter, wie beugst du mich und betrübst mich! Denn ich habe meinen Mund aufgetan gegen den HERRN und kann's nicht widerrufen.
Bei ihrem Anblick zerriß er seine Kleider und rief aus: »Ach, meine Tochter! Du beugst mich tief darnieder! O daß gerade du mich in solches Leid bringen mußt! Ich habe mich ja gegen den HERRN verpflichtet und kann mein Gelübde nicht zurücknehmen!«
Und als er sie sah, zerriß er seine Kleider und sprach: Ach, meine Tochter, wie tief beugst du mich nieder und betrübst du mich! Denn ich habe meinen Mund dem HERRN gegenüber aufgetan und kann es nicht widerrufen!
Und es geschah, da er sie sah, zerriß er seine Kleider und sprach: Ach, meine Tochter, du beugst mich und zerrüttest mich. Und ich habe meinen Mund aufgetan dem Jehovah und kann nicht zurückgehen.

Και ως είδεν αυτήν, διέσχισε τα ιμάτια αυτού και είπεν, Οίμοι θυγάτηρ μου· όλως κατελύπησάς με, και συ είσαι εκ των καταθλιβόντων με· διότι εγώ ήνοιξα το στόμα μου προς τον Κύριον, και δεν δύναμαι να λάβω οπίσω τον λόγον μου.
