When they cried out to the LORD, he put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and brought the sea on them, and covered them; and your eyes saw what I did in Egypt. You lived in the wilderness many days.

| اسْتَغَاثُوا بِي فَأَقَمْتُ حَاجِزاً مِنْ ظَلاَمٍ بَيْنَهُمْ وَبَيْنَ الْمِصْرِيِّينَ، وَرَدَدْتُ الْبَحْرَ فَأَطْبَقَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَغَرِقُوا. وَشَهِدُوا بِأُمِّ أَعْيُنِهِمْ مَا صَنَعْتُهُ فِي مِصْرَ. وَأَقَامُوا فِي الصَّحْرَاءِ حِقْبَةً طَوِيلَةً. |
সেই সময়ত যেতিয়া তোমালোকৰ পূর্ব পুৰুষ সকলে যিহোৱাৰ আগত কাতৰোক্তি কৰিলে, তেতিয়া যিহোৱাই মিচৰীয়াসকলৰ আৰু তোমালোকৰ মাজত অন্ধকাৰ স্থাপন কৰিলে৷ তেওঁ তেওঁলোকৰ ওপৰলৈ সমুদ্ৰ আনিলে আৰু তেওঁলোকক ঢাকি পেলালে৷ মই মিচৰত কৰা কাৰ্য তোমালোকে নিজ চকুৰে দেখিলা৷ তাৰ পাছত তোমালোকে বহুকাল মৰুপ্ৰান্তত বাস কৰিলা।
Onlar Rəbbə fəryad edəndə O, Misirlilərlə sizin aranızda qaranlıq yaratdı, onların üstünə dənizi gətirdi, onlar suların altında qaldılar. Misirdə etdiyim şeyləri gözünüzlə gördünüz və uzun müddət səhrada yaşadınız.
