ഭൂമുഖത്തെങ്ങും അവിടന്നു കൽപ്പിക്കുന്നതൊക്കെയും നിറവേറ്റുന്നതിന് അവിടത്തെ നിർദേശപ്രകാരം അവ ചുറ്റിസഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു.
तो ढगांना सर्व पृथ्वीभर त्याच्या मार्गदर्शनाने पसरण्याची आज्ञा करतो देव जी आज्ञा देतो ती त्यांनी सर्व पृथ्वीच्या पाठीवर पाळावी.
