मैं चित्त लगाकर तुम्हारी सुनता रहा। परन्तु किसी ने अय्यूब के पक्ष का खण्डन नहीं किया, और न उसकी बातों का उत्तर दिया।
मैं आपके वक्तव्य बड़े ही ध्यानपूर्वक सुनता रहा हूं. निःसंदेह ऐसा कोई भी न था जिसने महोदय अय्योब के शब्दों का विरोध किया हो; आप में से एक ने भी उनका उत्तर नहीं दिया.
