“The incense that you burned in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem, you and your fathers, your kings and your princes, and the people of the land, did not the LORD remember them, and did not it come into his mind?

| «أَلَيْسَ مَا أَحْرَقْتُمُوهُ مِنْ بَخُورٍ فِي مُدُنِ يَهُوذَا وَفِي شَوَارِعِ أُورُشَلِيمَ أَنْتُمْ وَآبَاؤُكُمْ وَمُلُوكُكُمْ وَرُؤَسَاؤُكُمْ وَسُكَّانُ الأَرْضِ، هُوَ الَّذِي ذَكَرَهُ الرَّبُّ وَخَطَرَ عَلَى بَالِهِ؟ |
“যিহূদাৰ নগৰবোৰত আৰু যিৰূচালেমৰ আলিত তোমালোকে, তোমালোকৰ পূৰ্বপুৰুষসকল, তোমালোকৰ ৰজা, তোমালোকৰ প্ৰধান লোকসকল আৰু দেশৰ প্ৰজাসকলে যি ধূপ দাহ কৰিছিল, সেই ধূপ দাহ জানো যিহোৱাই সোঁৱৰণ কৰা নাই? এই সকলো তেওঁৰ মনত আছিল।

“你们与你们列祖、君王、首领，并国内的百姓，在犹大城邑中和耶路撒冷街市上所烧的香，耶和华岂不记念，心中岂不思想吗？

L’Éternel ne s’est-il pas rappelé, n’a-t-il pas eu à la pensée l’encens que vous avez brûlé dans les villes de Juda et dans les rues de Jérusalem, vous et vos pères, vos rois et vos chefs, et le peuple du pays?

Et le roi donna ses ordres; et on le mit dans la prison ordinaire, et on lui donna, outre la viande que l'on cuisait, un pain par jour, jusqu'à ce que le pain manquât dans la ville; et Jérémie demeura dans le préau de la prison.
"Précisément, dit-il, cet acte que vous avez commis de brûler de l’encens dans les villes de Juda et les rues de Jérusalem, vous et vos pères, vos rois et vos princes, ainsi que les gens du peuple, l’Eternel s’en est souvenu et il l’a pris à coeur.

Ich meine ja, der HERR habe gedacht an das Räuchern, so ihr in den Städten Judas und auf den Gassen zu Jerusalem getrieben habt, samt euren Vätern Königen, Fürsten und allem Volk im Lande, und hat's zu Herzen genommen,

Hat etwa der HERR nicht an das Räuchern gedacht, das ihr, eure Väter, eure Könige und eure Fürsten samt dem Volk des Landes in den Städten Judas und auf den Gassen Jerusalems getrieben habt? Er hat daran gedacht, und es ist ihm in den Sinn gekommen!
Hat nicht eurer Räucherungen, mit denen ihr in Jehudahs Städten und in den Gassen Jerusalems, ihr und eure Väter, eure Könige und eure Obersten und das Volk des Landes räucherten, hat nicht ihrer Jehovah gedacht, und stieg es nicht auf in Sein Herz?

Μήπως το θυμίαμα, το οποίον εθυμιάζετε εν ταις πόλεσι του Ιούδα και εν ταις πλατείαις της Ιερουσαλήμ, σεις και οι πατέρες σας, οι βασιλείς σας και οι άρχοντές σας και ο λαός του τόπου, δεν ενεθυμήθη αυτό ο Κύριος και δεν ανέβη εις την καρδίαν αυτού;
