Jeremiah 13:11
For as the belt clings to the waist of a man, so I have caused the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah to cling to me,’ says the LORD; ‘that they may be to me for a people, for a name, for praise, and for glory; but they would not hear.’

| وَكَمَا أَنَّ الْمِنْطَقَةَ تَلْتَفُّ حَوْلَ حَقْوَيِ الإِنْسَانِ، هَكَذَا جَعَلْتُ كُلَّ ذُرِّيَّةِ يَهُوذَا تَلْتَفُّ حَوْلِي، لِيَكُونُوا لِي شَعْباً وَمَثَارَ شُهْرَةٍ وَفَخْرٍ وَمَجْدٍ. وَلَكِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَسْمَعُوا». |
কিয়নো যিহোৱাই কৈছে, মানুহৰ কঁকালত যেনেকৈ টঙালি লাগি থাকে, তেনেকৈ মই গোটেই ইস্ৰায়েল বংশক আৰু গোটেই যিহূদা বংশক মোৰ প্ৰজা, আৰু মোৰ কীৰ্ত্তি, প্ৰশংসা, আৰু ভুষণস্বৰূপ কৰিবৰ অৰ্থে নিজতে লগাই ৰাখিছিলোঁ; কিন্তু তেওঁলোকে মোৰ কথা নুশুনিলে।’
Rəbb deyir: “Qurşaq insanın belinə necə yapışırsa, bütün İsrail nəslini və Yəhuda nəslini Özümə eləcə yapışdırdım ki, Öz xalqım olub Mənə şöhrət, tərif və izzət gətirsinlər, ancaq onlar qulaq asmadı”.

কারণ লোকের কোমরে যেমন করে অন্তর্বাস রাখে, তেমনি আমি সম্পূর্ণ ইস্রায়েল ও যিহূদার সমস্ত লোকেদের আমার সঙ্গে আটকে রেখেছিলাম, এটি সদাপ্রভুর ঘোষণা, আমার প্রজা হও, আমার সুনাম, প্রশংসা ও সম্মান কর। কিন্তু তারা আমার কথা শোনেনি।

耶和华说：“腰带怎样紧贴人腰，照样，我也使以色列全家和犹大全家紧贴我，好叫他们属我为子民，使我得名声，得颂赞，得荣耀；他们却不肯听。”

Just like a waistcloth clings closely/tightly to a man’s waist, I wanted the people [MTY] of Israel and Judah to cling closely to me. I wanted them to be my people, people who would praise me and honor me. But they would not pay attention [to me]. “

यहोवा की यह वाणी है कि जिस प्रकार से कमरबन्द मनुष्य की कमर में कसी जाती है, उसी प्रकार से मैंने इस्राएल के सारे घराने और यहूदा के सारे घराने को अपनी कमर में बाँध लिया था कि वे मेरी प्रजा बनें और मेरे नाम और कीर्ति और शोभा का कारण हों, परन्तु उन्होंने न माना।
क्योंकि जिस प्रकार कमरबंध मनुष्य की कमर से बंधा हुआ रहता है, ठीक उसी प्रकार मैंने सारे इस्राएल वंश तथा सारे यहूदाह गोत्र को स्वयं से बांधे रखा,’ यह याहवेह की वाणी है, ‘वे मेरी कीर्ति, स्तवन तथा गौरव के लिए मेरी प्रजा हो जाएं; किंतु उन्होंने इसे महत्व ही न दिया.’

ಸಮಸ್ತ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ ವಂಶವೂ ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಲ ಯೆಹೂದ ವಂಶವೂ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಜೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ನನಗೆ ಹೆಸರೂ, ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವೂ, ಮಹಿಮೆಯೂ ಆಗಿರಲೆಂದು ನಡುಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಸೊಂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಗಿದಿರುವಂತೆ ಇವರನ್ನು ಬಿಗಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಆದರೂ ಇವರು ಕೇಳದೆ ಹೋದರು ಎಂದು ಯೆಹೋವನು ನುಡಿಯುತ್ತಾನೆ” ಎಂಬುದೇ.

അരപ്പട്ട ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്റെ അരയോടു പറ്റിച്ചേർന്നിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ഇസ്രായേൽഗൃഹംമുഴുവനെയും യെഹൂദാഗൃഹംമുഴുവനെയും എന്റെ പ്രശസ്തിയും പ്രശംസയും മഹത്ത്വവുമാകാനായി എന്നോടു ചേർത്തു ബന്ധിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ അവരോ അതിൽ ശ്രദ്ധവെച്ചില്ല,’ എന്ന് യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്.

ခါးပန်းသည် လူ၏ခါး၌မှီဝဲသကဲ့သို့၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးရှိသမျှတို့နှင့် ယုဒအမျိုးအပေါင်းတို့သည် ငါ၏ လူမျိုး၊ ဘွဲ့နာမ၊ ဘုန်းအသရေဖြစ်စေခြင်းငှါ၊ ငါ၌မှီဝဲ စေသော်လည်း၊ သူတို့သည်နားမထောင်ကြဟု ထာဝရ ဘုရား မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

जसरी एउटा पटुका कसैको कम्मरमा कसिएको हुन्छ, त्यसरी नै मैले इस्राएलका सबै घराना र यहूदाका सबै घरानालाई मेरो जाति हुन, मेरो नाउँ राख्न, मलाई इज्जत, प्रशंसा र आदर गर्न ममा कसिन लगाएको छु, यो परमप्रभुको घोषणा हो । तर तिनीहरूले मेरो कुरा सुन्दैनन् ।

କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ମନୁଷ୍ୟର କଟିଦେଶରେ ପଟୁକା ଯେରୂପ ସଂଲଗ୍ନ ଥାଏ, ତଦ୍ରୂପ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମୁଦାୟ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଓ ସମୁଦାୟ ଯିହୁଦା-ବଂଶକୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ଲୋକ, କୀର୍ତ୍ତି, ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଓ ଗୌରବ ସ୍ୱରୂପ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭଠାରେ ସଂଲଗ୍ନ କରାଇଲୁ; ମାତ୍ର ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ କଥା ଶୁଣିବାକୁ ଅସମ୍ମତ ହେଲେ।

ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਮਰ ਕੱਸਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਲੱਕ ਨਾਲ ਬੱਝਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਿਵੇਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਘਰਾਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਘਰਾਣਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਝੇ ਰਹਿਣ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਵਾਕ ਹੈ, ਭਈ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਪਰਜਾ, ਨਾਮ, ਉਸਤਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਹੱਪਣ ਹੋਣ ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਾ ਮੰਨਿਆ ।

Đức Giê-hô-va phán: Như cái đai dính vào lưng người, thì ta khiến cả nhà Y-sơ-ra-ên và cả nhà Giu-đa dính vào ta cũng vậy, đặng chúng nó làm dân ta, làm danh vọng, ca tụng, vinh quang ta; nhưng chúng nó chẳng khứng nghe.

Như dây đai thắt chặt vào lưng người, Ta đã cho Giu-đa và Giê-ru-sa-lem thắt chặt với Ta, Chúa Hằng Hữu phán vậy. Chúng là dân Ta, sự mãn nguyện của Ta, vinh quang của Ta, hương thơm của Danh Ta. Nhưng chúng chẳng vâng lời Ta.
Nítorí bí a ti lẹ àmùrè mọ́ ẹ̀gbẹ́ ènìyàn, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni a lẹ agbo ilé Israẹli àti gbogbo ilé Juda mọ́ mi,’ ni Olúwa wí, ‘kí wọn kí ó lè jẹ́ ènìyàn ògo àti ìyìn fún mi, ṣùgbọ́n wọn kò fẹ́ gbọ́.’
