Isaiah 37:3
They said to him, “Hezekiah says, ‘Today is a day of trouble, and of rebuke, and of rejection; for the children have come to the birth, and there is no strength to give birth.

| وَقَالُوا لَهُ: يَقُولُ حَزَقِيَّا: «هَذَا الْيَوْمُ يَوْمُ ضِيقٍ وَإِهَانَةٍ وَكَرْبٍ، صِرْنَا فِيهِ كَامْرَأَةٍ تُقَاسِي الْمَخَاضَ وَهِيَ عَاجِزَةٌ عَنِ الْوِلاَدَةِ. |

“হিষ্কিয় বলেছেন, আজকের দিন টা হল সংকটের, তিরস্কার এবং অপমানের দিন। কিন্তু সন্তান জন্ম হবার মুখে মায়ের জন্ম দেবার শক্তি নেই।
তারা গিয়ে তাঁকে বললেন, “হিষ্কিয় একথাই বলেন: আজকের এই দিনটি হল মর্মান্তিক যন্ত্রণা, তিরস্কার ও কলঙ্কময় একদিন, ঠিক যেমন সন্তান প্রসবের সময় এসে গিয়েছে, অথচ যেন সন্তান প্রসবের শক্তিই নেই।

καὶ εἶπαν αὐτῷ τάδε λέγει Εζεκιας ἡμέρα θλίψεως καὶ ὀνειδισμοῦ καὶ ἐλεγμοῦ καὶ ὀργῆς ἡ σήμερον ἡμέρα ὅτι ἥκει ἡ ὠδὶν τῇ τικτούσῃ ἰσχὺν δὲ οὐκ ἔχει τοῦ τεκεῖν
તેઓએ તેને કહ્યું, “હિઝકિયા એવું કહે છે કે, આ દિવસ તો સંકટનો, ઠપકાનો તથા ફજેતીનો દિવસ છે; કેમ કે આ તો છોકરાંનો પ્રસવ થવાની તૈયારી છે, પણ જન્મ આપવાની શક્તિ ના હોય તેવી સ્થિતિ છે.
