وَأَمَّا ٱلطَّعَامُ ٱلْقَوِيُّ فَلِلْبَالِغِينَ، ٱلَّذِينَ بِسَبَبِ ٱلتَّمَرُّنِ قَدْ صَارَتْ لَهُمُ ٱلْحَوَاسُّ مُدَرَّبَةً عَلَى ٱلتَّمْيِيزِ بَيْنَ ٱلْخَيْرِ وَٱلشَّرِّ.
أَمَّا النَّاضِجُونَ رُوحِيّاً، فَهُمْ قَادِرُونَ عَلَى تَنَاوُلِ الطَّعَامِ الْقَوِيِّ: لأَنَّ حَوَاسَّهُمْ قَدْ تَدَرَّبَتْ، بِالْمُمَارَسَةِ الصَّحِيحَةِ، عَلَى التَّمْيِيزِ بَيْنَ الْخَيْرِ وَالشَّرِّ.
