Do not be carried away by various and strange teachings, for it is good that the heart be established by grace, not by foods, through which those who were so occupied were not benefited.

فَلاَ تَنْخَدِعُوا وَتَتْبَعُوا تِلْكَ التَّعَالِيمَ الْغَرِيبَةَ الْمُتَنَوِّعَةَ، فَمِنَ الأَفْضَلِ أَنْ يُثَبَّتَ الْقَلْبُ بِالنِّعْمَةِ لاَ بِنُظُمِ الأَطْعِمَةِ الَّتِي لَمْ تَنْفَعِ الْمُتَقَيِّدِينَ بِهَا.

Tidak ada orang yang pernah berhasil menjadi sempurna di mata Allah dengan mengikuti aturan-aturan semacam itu.
