Woe to him who builds a town with blood, and establishes a city by iniquity!

हाय उस पर जो हत्या करके नगर को बनाता, और कुटिलता करके शहर को दृढ़ करता है।
“उस पर हाय, जो रक्तपात के द्वारा शहर का निर्माण करता है और अन्याय से नगर बसाता है!
