पर यूसुफ के भाई बिन्यामीन को याकूब ने यह सोचकर भाइयों के साथ न भेजा कि कहीं ऐसा न हो कि उस पर कोई विपत्ति आ पड़े।
किंतु याकोब ने योसेफ़ के भाई बिन्यामिन को नहीं भेजा क्योंकि उन्हें यह डर था कि कहीं उस पर कोई कष्ट न आ पड़े.
