You said, ‘I will surely do you good, and make your offspring as the sand of the sea, which cannot be counted because there are so many.’”

| وَأَنْتَ قُلْتَ: إِنِّي أُحْسِنُ إِلَيْكَ وَأَجْعَلُ ذُرِّيَّتَكَ كَرَمْلِ الْبَحْرِ فَلاَ تُحْصَى لِكَثْرَتِهَا». |

Pourtant, tu as dit: ‘Je te comblerai de faveurs et j’égalerai ta descendance au sable de la mer, dont la quantité est incalculable.’"

तूने तो कहा है, कि मैं निश्चय तेरी भलाई करूँगा, और तेरे वंश को समुद्र के रेतकणों के समान बहुत करूँगा, जो बहुतायत के मारे गिने नहीं जा सकते।”
आपने कहा था कि निश्चय मैं तुम्हें बढ़ाऊंगा तथा तुम्हारे वंश की संख्या सागर तट के बालू समान कर दूंगा.”

‘ನಿನಗೆ ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಉಸುಬಿನಂತೆ ಅಸಂಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾಡುವೆನೆಂದು ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೀಯಲ್ಲಾ?’” ಎಂದನು.
