Ezekiel 20:8
“‘“But they rebelled against me and would not listen to me. They did not all throw away the abominations of their eyes. They also did not forsake the idols of Egypt. Then I said I would pour out my wrath on them, to accomplish my anger against them in the middle of the land of Egypt.

| فَتَمَرَّدُوا عَلَيَّ وَلَمْ يُرِيدُوا أَنْ يَسْمَعُوا لِي، وَلَمْ يَطْرَحِ ٱلْإِنْسَانُ مِنْهُمْ أَرْجَاسَ عَيْنَيْهِ، وَلَمْ يَتْرُكُوا أَصْنَامَ مِصْرَ. فَقُلْتُ: إِنِّي أَسْكُبُ رِجْزِي عَلَيْهِمْ لِأُتِمَّ عَلَيْهِمْ سَخَطِي فِي وَسْطِ أَرْضِ مِصْرَ. |
| وَلَكِنَّهُمْ تَمَرَّدُوا عَلَيَّ وَلَمْ يَسْمَعُوا لِي، وَلَمْ يَتْرُكُوا الأَرْجَاسَ الَّتِي تُنَجِّسَ عُيُونَهُمْ، وَلَمْ يَهْجُرُوا أَصْنَامَ مِصْرَ. فَقُلْتُ: سَأَسْكُبُ عَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبِي وَأَنْفُثُ فِيهِمْ كَامِلَ سَخَطِي فِي وَسَطِ دِيَارِ مِصْرَ. |
কিন্তু তেওঁলোকে মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে বিদ্ৰোহ কৰিলে আৰু মোৰ কথা শুনিবলৈ অমান্তি হ’ল। তেওঁলোকে তেওঁলোকৰ চকুত লগা ঘিণলগীয়া বস্তুবোৰ দূৰ নকৰিলে, বা মিচৰৰ প্রতিমাবোৰো ত্যাগ নকৰিলে। তেতিয়া মই মিচৰ দেশৰ মাজত তেওঁলোকৰ অহিতে মোৰ ক্ৰোধ সিদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ, তেওঁলোকৰ ওপৰত মোৰ কোপ বৰষাবলৈ মন কৰিছিলোঁ।
Ancaq onlar Mənə qarşı üsyankar oldu və qulaq asmaq istəmədi. Heç biri gözünə xoş gələn iyrənc şeyləri atmadı və Misir bütlərindən əl çəkmədi. Ona görə Mən dedim: ‹Misir torpağında qəzəbimi üstlərinə tökəcəyəm, hədsiz qızğınlığımı onlara göstərəcəyəm›.

“‘কিন্তু তারা আমার বিরুদ্ধে বিদ্রোহ করল আর আমার কথা শুনতে রাজি হল না; যেসব ঘৃণ্য মূর্তি তাদের ভালো লাগত তা তারা দূর করেনি এবং মিশরের প্রতিমাগুলিও ত্যাগ করেনি। সেইজন্য আমি বলেছিলাম মিশরে আমি তাদের উপর আমার ক্রোধ ও ভীষণ অসন্তোষ ঢেলে দেব।
Те обаче въстанаха против Мене и не искаха да Ме послушат; не отхвърлиха всеки мерзостите, които бе поставил пред очите си, нито оставиха египетските идоли. Тогава рекох да излея яростта Си върху тях, за да изчерпя гнева Си против тях всред Египетската земя.

Apan sila mingsukol batok kanako, ug wala mamati kanako; ang tagtatagsa kanila wala magsalibay sa mga dulumtanan sa ilang mga mata, ni mingbiya sila sa mga dios-dios sa Egipto. Unya ako miingon, ibubo ko ang akong kaligutgut diha sa ibabaw nila, aron sa pagtibawas sa akong kasuko batok kanila sa taliwala sa yuta sa Egipto.

Men de var genstridige imod mig og vilde ikke høre mig; de bortkastede ikke deres væmmelige Guder, som deres Øjne hang ved, og lod ikke Ægyptens Afgudsbilleder fare. Så tænkte jeg på at udøse min Vrede over dem og køle min Harme på dem midt i Ægypten.
Men de vare genstridige imod mig og vilde ikke høre mig. Ingen af dem bortkastede deres Øjnes Vederstyggeligheder, og de forlode ikke Ægyptens Afguder; da sagde jeg, at jeg vilde udøse min Harme over dem for at fuldbyrde min Vrede paa dem midt i Ægyptens Land.

But they rebelled against me. They would not pay attention to me. They did not get rid of the disgusting idols they loved, and they did not reject those [that they saw] in Egypt. So because I was angry with them, I said that I would punish [MTY] them in Egypt.
But they rebelled against me and were unwilling to listen to me. Each man did not throw away the detestable things from before his eyes nor forsake the idols of Egypt, so I determined to pour out my fury upon them to satisfy my wrath among them in the middle of the land of Egypt.

And thei terriden me to wraththe, and nolden here me; ech man castide not awei the abhomynaciouns of hise iyen, nether thei forsoken the idols of Egipt.
And — they rebel against Me, And have not been willing to hearken to Me, Each, the detestable things of their eyes, They have not cast away, And the idols of Egypt have not forsaken, And I say — to pour out My fury on them, To complete Mine anger against them, In the midst of the land of Egypt.

“‘ಅವರಾದರೋ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿ, ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದರು; ತಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಕಾಣುವ ಇಷ್ಟವಾದ ಅಸಹ್ಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಬಿಸಾಡಿಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆಗ ನಾನು ಇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದೇಶದೊಳಗೆ ನನ್ನ ರೋಷಾಗ್ನಿಯನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು’ ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡೆನು.

Nhưng chúng nó phản nghịch, không chịu nghe Ta. Chúng không xa lìa lòng ham mê thần tượng, không từ bỏ các thần Ai Cập. Ta nói Ta sẽ trút cơn giận Ta lên chúng, trị chúng cho hả cơn giận của Ta khi chúng còn ở Ai Cập.
