| لِذَلِكَ قُلْ لِشَعْبِ إِسْرَائِيلَ هَذَا مَا يُعْلِنُهُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ: هَلْ دَنَّسْتُمْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ كَمَا فَعَلَ آبَاؤُكُمْ وَغَوَيْتُمْ وَرَاءَ أَصْنَامِكُمُ الرَّجْسَةِ؟ |
এই হেতুকে তুমি ইস্ৰায়েল-বংশক কোৱা, ‘প্ৰভু যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: “তোমালোকৰ পূৰ্বপুৰুষসকলৰ দৰে তোমালোকে তোমালোকক অশুচি কৰা নাই নে? আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ ঘিণলগীয়া বস্তুৰ পাছে পাছে ব্যভিচাৰী হৈ যোৱা নাই নে?

Because of this, say to the house of Israel: Thus says the Lord God: Certainly, you are defiled by the way of your fathers, and you have fornicated after their stumbling blocks.
Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Do ye defile yourselves after the manner of your fathers? and do ye commit fornication after their abominations?
Wherefore say to the house of Israel: Thus saith the Lord God: Verily, you are defiled in the way of your fathers, and you commit fornication with their abominations.
Therefore tell the people of Israel that this is what the Lord God says: Are you going to make yourselves unclean like your forefathers, turning yourselves into prostitutes, acting the way they did with the same disgusting practices?
Wherefore, say vnto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord God, Are ye not polluted after the maner of your fathers? and commit ye not whoredome after their abominations?

| לָכֵ֞ן אֱמֹ֣ר ׀ אֶל־בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה הַבְּדֶ֥רֶךְ אֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם אַתֶּ֣ם נִטְמְאִ֑ים וְאַחֲרֵ֥י שִׁקּוּצֵיהֶ֖ם אַתֶּ֥ם זֹנִֽים׃ |
इसलिए इस्राएल के घराने से कह, प्रभु यहोवा तुम से यह पूछता है: क्या तुम भी अपने पुरखाओं की रीति पर चलकर अशुद्ध होकर, और उनके घिनौने कामों के अनुसार व्यभिचारिणी के समान काम करते हो?
“इसलिये इस्राएलियों से कहो: ‘परम प्रधान याहवेह का यह कहना है: क्या तुम लोग अपने पूर्वजों की तरह अपने आपको अशुद्ध करोगे और उनकी निकम्मी मूर्तियों के पीछे भागोगे?
