| كَانَ يَخْلَعُهُ عِنْدَ مُثُولِهِ أَمَامَ الرَّبِّ لِيَتَحَادَثَ مَعَهُ إِلَى أَنْ يَنْصَرِفَ مِنْ لَدُنْهِ، ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ لِيُخَاطِبَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ بِمَا أَوْصَاهُ. |

কিন্তু যখনই তিনি সদাপ্রভুর সাথে কথা বলার জন্য তাঁর উপস্থিতিতে প্রবেশ করতেন, বের হয়ে না আসা পর্যন্ত তিনি সেই আবরণ সরিয়ে রাখতেন। আর যখনই তিনি বাইরে বেরিয়ে এসে ইস্রায়েলীদের বলতেন তাঁকে কী কী আদেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে,

और जब जब मूसा भीतर यहोवा से बात करने को उसके सामने जाता तब-तब वह उस ओढ़नी को निकलते समय तक उतारे हुए रहता था; फिर बाहर आकर जो-जो आज्ञा उसे मिलती उन्हें इस्राएलियों से कह देता था।
मोशेह जब कभी भी याहवेह के पास जाते तब मुंह बिना ढंके जाते, लेकिन जब बाहर लोगों के पास आते और जो आज्ञा याहवेह ने दी हैं उन्हें वैसा ही इस्राएलियों से कह देते,

Musa tetap menutupi wajahnya sampai dia masuk kembali ke Kemah Pertemuan untuk berbicara dengan TUHAN. Setiap kali Musa masuk ke kemah itu, dia melepaskan kain dari wajahnya dan baru memakainya lagi saat keluar. Ketika dia keluar, umat Israel dapat melihat wajah Musa masih bercahaya. Karena itulah dia segera menutupi wajahnya dan menyampaikan berbagai pesan TUHAN kepada umat.
